본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 사업별 과학기술정보 수요와 이용 행태에 관한 기초연구로 산업계 및 학계의 과학기술 연구자 정보 이용 특성 및 이용 행태를 분석하여 한국과학기술정보연구원 (KISTI)의 주요 서비스에 고객 정보 이용 특성을 분석하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 진행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 과학기술 정보 유통이 국가산업 생산력과 학술 연구의 경쟁력 기반이라는 사실을 인지하고 과학정보시스템 구축을 위한 기술정보정책을 수립하고 강화하는 노력이 계속되었으나 과학기술분야 연구자의 요구가 전문화되고 더운 세분화되고 전문화된 수준 높은 서비스를 요구된다고 본다. 또한 차별화된 정보서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자의 정보 이용형태와 특성 분석 및 기존 사용자 유형 분석을 통한 정보시스템 운영 개편이 필요하여 추진하였다.

The progress of nanotechnology as a new concept technology will affect greatly the security of the future national competitiveness such as IT, BT and ET. Since nanotechnology is a interdisciplinary research area, a combinatorial system and network is needed for Sharing, diffusion and cooperation of knowledge information. Then we study on the present status of national NT information resources, survey on the status of national NT information resources, and survey on users demand for NT information in korea This study is useful for planning and design of NT information service system.

The purpose of this study is developing a information support system for R&D decision making to maximize economic results of the R&D. This system is composed of studying the model of work flow for R&D decision making, analyzing a technology information, connecting with the databases from KISTI and others, and valuing R&D technology on line. Especially in the case of technology valuation, this system is combined with the valuation model which supports knowledge information for helping more objective estimation.

급변하는 국내외 환경속에서 국가의 과학기술 발전은 기술정보가 판가름한다고 할 수 있다. 그 기술정보중에서 금속표면처리의 분야는 해외 정보 입수의 어려움, 국내의 번역 및 소개책자의 전무로 정보와 자료를 얻기가 힘들어 선진기술 정보를 알 길이 막혀있다. 관련 기술 정보를 확산, 대중화하는 출판물 등을 통해서 기술 인력의 저변확대와 신기술의 개발에 기대가 클 것은 말할 나위 조차 없다. 다른 산업에 비하여 특히 금속표면처리 관련의 기술 정보 분야는 뒤떨어져 있는 것이 우리나라의 실정이다.

정보보호기술은 인터넷 등의 컴퓨터 통신망을 통하여 전달되거나 정보시스템에 저장되어 있는 정보에 대한 위조, 변조, 유출, 무단침입 등을 비롯한 각종 불법 행위로부터 조직 혹은 개인의 컴퓨터와 정보를 안전하게 보호하는 기술을 지칭하며, 이들은 무결성, 기밀성, 가용성 서비스를 통하여 실현된다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 일반 기술중에서 암호 및 인증 기술, 네트워크 보안 기술, 응용 보안 기술, 고리고 평가 및 인증체계 기술 등에 대한 표준화 동향을 파악하고, 이를 근거로 표준화 항목을 정의하고 표준화 추진체계 등을 고찰해 본다.

For the ubiquitous web environment internet, as an one of the R&D projects by Korean Land Spatialization Group, the project for platform technologies was initiated to provide customized land information and geospatial service. The platform technologies can be categorized for streaming, mashup and geosearch. More specifically, the 2D/3D hybrid streaming engine, mashup engine for u-GIS service and next generation search engine for land information have been developed. In this context, the patent analyses are required to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of these technologies. This study searches the related patents in Korea, US and EU, analyzes the trend of them for customized spatial information technologies, and finally proposes proper strategies.

Recently, the service of the technical information(journals, proceedings) which are taken in from abroad and provided has some difficulties to make users acquire the information with ease because the bibliographic information, article and document delivery service are not linked to the related organizations. In this paper we propose to supply a high-degree retrieval service by the systematic and unitary DB construction and management and to make a nation-wide efficient management and cooperation system of the foreign technical information from abroad as building up the assigning a part of the location guide and document delivery service and cooperation system of the bibliographic information from the foreign technical resources.

정보보호의 중요성이 확산되면서 국내 정보보호 산업의 발전과 함께 정보보호 전문인력 양성을 위한 노력이 다각도로 이루어져왔다. 특히 정보보호 인력의 질적인 양성을 위해서는 보다 체계적인 정보보호 교육 시스템이 필요하다는 전제 아래, 정보보호 분야 지식 및 기술 분석에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구는 정보보호 전문인력이 갖추어야 할 지식 및 기술에 대해 정보보호 주 직무군에 따른 차이를 분석하고 있다. 먼저 문헌고찰과 전문가 조사를 통해 55개의 정보보호 분야 전문지식 및 기술을 도출하였다. 55개 조사대상 기술 및 지식에 대해 현업에 종사하고 있는 정보보호 전문인력을 대상으로 정보보호 업무를 수행하기 위해 필요한 정도와 숙련 정도를 조사하였다. 최종적으로는 정보보호 분야의 4개 주 직무군에 따른 정보보호 전문지식 및 기술에 대한 필요정도 차이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 직무수행에 필요한 지식 및 기술을 도출하고, 수행 직무에서의 수요에 기반하여 정보보호 분야의 훈련 및 교육 체계를 수립하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

정보보호 인증기술 연구센터는 초경량 저비용의 인증 원천 기술 개발, 통합 인증 시스템 개발, 정보가전 네트워크에서의 인증기술 개발 등 정보보호를 위한 인증기술을 개발하기 위하여 연구 개발을 진행해왔다. 또한, 공통평가기준(CC, Common criteria) 및 CMVP(Cryptographic module verification program)와 같은 보안성 평가에 관한 많은 연구 및 과제수행을 진행하였다. 특히 본 연구센터는 대학기관 중 국내 최초로 정보보호제품에 대한 CC인증 자문을 수행하였으며, 센터에 소속된 연구원들이 대학원생 최초로 수습 평가자 자격증을 취득하였다. 또한 2008년에는 지문인식 시스템 보호프로파일, 개방형 스마트카드 플랫폼 보호파일 등 총 6종의 보호프로파일을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 센터는 우수한 정보보호인력 양성을 목표로 다양한 지원 및 제도를 운영하였다. 그 결과 다수의 우수 연구논문 발표, 국내외 특허 출원 및 등록, 기술이전 및 우수인력 배출 등 당초 목표 이상의 실적으로 달성하였다. 향후 정보보호 인증기술 연구센터는 지금까지 구축된 인증기술 및 보안기술과 산학협력 네트워크 등을 기반으로 우리나라가 인증기술 및 정보보호 산업의 강국으로 자리잡는데 지속적으로 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

과학(科學)과 기술(技術)의 발달(發達)은 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 증가(增加)를 의미(意味)하며 이것은 한 국가(國家)의 국력(國力)과 직결(直結)이 된다. 제(第) 1, 2 차(次) 세계대전(世界大戰)을 기점(起點)으로 한 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 폭발적인 증가(增加), 연구인력(硏究入力)의 증가(增加), 과학기술(科學技術)과 산업(産業)의 연계화 등 여러가지 요인(要因)이 복합적(複合的)으로 작용(作用)하여 정보유통문제(情報流通問題)가 대두되었다. 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 커뮤니케이션은 연구자(硏究者)의 연구개시(硏究開始)로부터 시작(始作)되어 연구결과(硏究結果)가 기록화(記錄化)되어 이용자(利用者)에게 전달(傳達)되는 제반 과정을 의미한다. 이러한 전달과정의 이해(理解)는 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 발생(發生)과 유통과정(流通過程), 그 특성(特性)의 이해(理解)를 의미한다. 현대(現代)에 있어서 과학기술정보(科學技術情報)의 발생량(發生量)은 국력(國力)의 척도로서 인식(認識)되고 있다.
