2008년도 IT부품소재 기술 기획

  • 2008년도 정보통신부에서 추진할 IT부품소재 부문의 기술개발 후보 중 일부를 소개한다. 반도체 45nm technology 기반 회로설계기술로 차기 SoC의 요소 IP를 확보하고, 차세대 플렉시블 소자구현을 위하여 유연성 기판위에 디스플레이 기능을 기본으로 전자소자 등을 집적화하는 기술개발을 추진할 계획이다. 또한 모바일기기에서 항상 중요한 에너지원 확보차원에서 '에너지- 하베스트'라고 하는 주변의 다양한 진동에너지를 수확하여 전기에너지로 변환 저장하는 기술을 개발할 계획이며, 산업체에 바로 적용할 단기프로젝트로 LCD의 화상신호에 따라 후면 광의 휘도를 시간 및 위치적으로 변화시켜 구동하는 면 광원 기반의 백 라이트 유닛 기술 등의 주제를 기획 발굴하였다. 본 기획 중 일부는 1월에 기술개발 신규사업으로 공고되고, 1개월간의 접수과정 후 2월 선정평가를 거쳐 3월부터 사업이 시작될 예정이다.

  • 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 네트워크를 통한 정보의 공유가 보편화되어 다양한 형태의 서비스가 제공되면서 정보 보호와 정보를 이용하는 사용자 인증이 중요한 이슈가 되고있으며 이를 위한 암호기술의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이에 현대의 암호기술의 안전성과 관련된 가장 핵심적인 요소인 키를 안전하게 관리하고자 하는 키 관리 기술이 중요하게 연구되고 있으며 이를 위한 다양한 서비스들이 제공되고 있다. 키 관리 기술은 키의 생성에서부터 키를 폐기하기가지 여러 가지 단계로 정의되는데, 본 고에서는 대칭키와 공개키를 기반으로 키의 생성과 키 분배에 대하여 기술하고 있는 ISO/IEC l1770과 타원곡선 기반의 키 분배 프로토콜에 대하여 기술하고 있는 ISO/IEC 15946-3에 대하여 분석하고자 한다.

  • 실사 기반의 VR (Virtual Reality) 영상을 생성하기 위해서는 카메라 리그 (rig) 설계 기술, 스티칭(stitching) 기술, 3 차원 공간 정보 추정 기술 등 여러 기술이 필요하다. 이러한 기술에 대한 연구를 진행하려면 카메라 위치, 피사체 거리, 조명 정도 등 다양한 요소를 고려한 수 많은 실험을 수행해야 하는데, 실사 조건에서 이를 직접 수행하려면 상당한 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 따라서 원하는 실험 조건을 쉽게 구성할 수 있는 컴퓨터 그래픽스 (CG: Computer Graphics) 환경 상에서 먼저 실험을 진행한 이후 실사로 확장하는 것이 더욱 효율적인 접근법이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 VR 영상의 생성에 요구되는 다양한 기술을 연구할 때 활용할 수 있는 CG 기반의 툴을 소개하고자 한다.

  • 디지털 포렌식 기술이 발달하면서 그에 대항하는 안티포렌식 기술 역시 고도화되고 있다. 보안 메신저 사용, 클라우드 환경의 발달, 익명 네트워크의 등장은 안티포렌식 기술의 일종으로, 디지털 포렌식 조사 시 시간과 비용을 증가시키며, 데이터 수집 및 분석 과정에서도 어려움을 겪게 한다. 본 논문에서는 최신 안티포렌식 기술과 이에 대응하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 기술의 현황을 소개한다. 특히, 최근에 디지털 포렌식 활동을 어렵게 하는 대표적인 요소인 '보안 메신저 서비스', '클라우드 스토리지 서비스', 그리고 '익명 네트워크 기반 서비스'를 위주로 기술한다.

  • As the embedded software for weapon system is embossed, the information management system is required to service and manage the technical information of embedded software systematically. But the technical information documents are managed by its own organization separately, it's hard to service the information and share it with anyone who need. In this paper, to manage the embedded software information systematically, we analyze the information management system built in 2004 and the defence law/rule. Also we distinguish the software information from defence laws to manage systematically and analyze the requirements of the information system. Based on these, we suggest implementing the management system to increase efficiency of managing the weapon embedded software information. Through this, we can improve the utilization and reusability of the weapon embedded software.

  • In this modern era, human beings lead their life in complex environment where there are lots of parameters such as temperature, light, smell, sound, visual stimulus etc. that play important role for quality life. These parameters affect physical and mental behavior of a human being immensely. To ensure quality life the demand for quality products is always associated with human emotion and sensibility. Due to human sensibility and emotion involvement with quality life, the design stages of any kind of product must include some certain features related with emotion and sensibility. The cues for optimizing artificial environment are the physiological responses of human in that environment. The conventional approach of environmental physiology is to measure the relationship between environmental physical parameters and human psychological parameters under artificial conditions. Using that approach we tried to design an artificial environment for our daily lives and activities associated with both physiological and psychological behavior. We developed the technique to present the mock environment and software to measure and evaluate sensibility physiologically or psychologically and a simulator to measure and evaluate sensibility that can be utilized for large scale industrial production and design of environment. Simulator to measure and analyze human sensibility (SMAS) was constructed, which was utilized to estimate human sensibility and to simulate living and office environment.

A Study on the Management Efficiency of 'Da U' Sesame Farms in Yangpyeong County (양평군 다유들깨 농가의 경영 효율성 분석)

  • This paper studies the operational efficiency of the new sesame variety "da u" farmed by the Rural Development Administration. In the survey area--Gyeonggi-do Province, where sesame cultivation was the most intensive. Thirty farmers were surveyed by rural enterprises in the Yangpyeng area where 'da u' was planted. The efficiency of the operation was analyzed by studying the data of 30 farmers. In order to analyze the operational efficiency of the farmers, this survey used the DEA model for analysis in order to determine the technical efficiency of farmers. The result shows that the DEA technical efficiencies of most farmers are efficient, and only 6 farmers are inefficient. The reason for the inefficiency is the high cost of input factors. To analyze the determinants of efficiency through the Tobit model, reducing the pesticides and general fertilizers led to increased technical efficiency. This is inefficient use of pesticides and general fertilizers relative to the output factor, and efficient methods should reduce the cost issues.

  • Lawful interception(LI) standard of telephone networks has technical limitations to lawfully intercept IMS/SIP-based mobile communication network subscriber who using Android and iPhone device. In addition, the technical standards related to legal interception of the IMS/SIP of the wireless network is insufficient compared to the systematic study of the development of a wireless network infrastructure. The architecture proposed in the standard of ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute) for the seamless LI is insufficient to overcome the limitations of traditional voice-centric LI techniques. This paper proposes an IMS/SIP-based architecture to perform LI under 3G networks that focuses on mobility-supported environments with merging cellular networks and the Internet. We implemented the simulation to verify the efficiency of the proposed architecture, and the experimental results show that our method achieves higher lawful interception rate than that of existing interception methods.

Study on the Technical Security Factor for the Implementation of Secure DB System (안정적인 DB보안 시스템 구축을 위한 보안기술요소 분석에 관한 연구)

  • This paper introduces Database security to prevent the rapidly increasing issue of private information leakage. The Database security examined in the paper separates into DB access control area and DB encryption area which further leads the paper to analyze the factors of the two areas and suggest necessary elements for creating stable Database security. In addition, the paper examines previous DB security programs by areas and analyzes pros and cons from the tested result. The experiment indicated that while DB access control presents less degradation and reduced the need to modify the existing DBMS since the access control operates at the end point of the network, DB encryption presented strength in protecting the data from unauthorized access. On the other hand, DB access control is less useful in preventing the attack in advance which leaves the log to enable tracking afterward while DB encryption can only be operated by limited types of Database and causes degradation due to system load and shows higher percentage of failure when creating the system. This paper examines characteristics of Database security areas in order to be used as a reference for institutions or companies seeking stable Database security.

Workflow Procedures and Applications in BIM-based Design for Safety (DfS) (BIM 기반 설계안전성검토의 업무 절차와 활용 방안에 관한 연구)

  • A conventional Design for Safety (DfS), introduced to eliminate potential hazards in the design phase proactively, has encountered persistent challenges, such as perfunctory risk assessments and hazard identifications based on 2D drawings and inefficient workflow processes. This study proposes a BIM-based approach to Design for Safety (DfS) to address the limitations of conventional methods, aiming to enhance efficiency and achieve practical safety management benefits. The proposed workflow process for BIM-based DfS has been refined and validated for on-site applicability through various case studies, including risk assessments during the design phase and field applications for safety management activities during the construction phase. Specifically, the critical process of risk assessment within the DfS methodology has also been transitioned to a BIM-based approach. This BIM-based risk assessment process has been evaluated through case studies, encompassing safety reviews for structural design, construction equipment operation, and construction methodology with sequence in design projects. Additionally, the proposed BIM-based DfS has demonstrated exceptional on-site applicability and efficiency, as validated by the application of a BIM deliverable embedded in DfS information for CDE-based daily activity briefing, VR-based safety training, AR-based mitigation measures inspections, and other safety management activities in the construction phase.
