Value of Karatedo training as Security Guard Martial Art (경호무도로서 공수도 수련의 가치)

  • The value of Karatedo as security guard martial art can be categorized like following in connection with this point. The first one is value of defensive measure. It can raise dispassionate of dangerous condition by exact and dispassionate judgment and quick movement and it can raise capability being able to overpower opponent by exact judgment and quick action at incident. Secondly, it is physical value. The third one is psychological value. The forth one is technological value. The fifth value is education. The last one is value as martial art. Karatedo is martial art of noble man starting from proprieties and ending to proprieties. It include ethical aspects including proprietis, technology of 'Ilgekfilsal' being able to kill life and survive life.

  • The CT is all relation knowledge and technology which are applied to make the culture contents. Recently demand regarding the CT is increasing rapidly with a great growth and high technology of culture contents industry. In this paper we suggest a CT technology valuation model for promoting R & D results and technical diffusion of the CT. Also, It is shown how to derive a value of the CT using simulation. For it, we study a classification and distinctive characteristics of the CT. And this paper reviews the methods of technology valuation that have been developed by valuation specialists.

  • 4차 산업혁명은 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전으로 인한 다양한 산업분야의 혁명적 변화를 말한다. 이러한 변화는 한 기술자체의 발전뿐만 아니라 기술 간 융합과 연결을 통해 더 가속화될 수 있다. 학술적 영역에서도 ICT의 발전과 함께 디지털화에 소요되는 비용이 줄어들어 디지털화를 기반으로 한 학술논문의 공개, 공유의 움직임이 시작되었다. 학술논문의 공개와 공유는 기술 간 융합과 연결이 원동력이 되는 4차 산업혁명 시기에 더 중요하고 필요한 일이 되었다. 따라서 한 편의 학술논문이 가지는 고유의 가치와 수집된 논문이 집합체로서 활용을 통해 실현될 수 있는 잠재적 가치에 대해 알아보고자한다. 학술논문의 가치에 대한 평가를 통해 4차 산업혁명 시대를 더 잘 준비하기 위한 일환으로 학술논문의 가치 제고 방안에 대한 논의와 실행이 필요하다.

  • In light of the fact that the effect of intellectual property rights like patent on enterprise competitiveness is growing, rational valuation of patent rights, which are own by enterprises, is required because accurate patent valuation can bring about the activation of the technology exchange market and enhancing the values of enterprises as well as the security of funds through technology security. However, in reality, interest in the value of patent rights is not great due to many variables, affecting patent rights, and diverse attributes, and non-generalized methods of valuation. Therefore, studies on patent valuation for patent management of Small and Medium Enterprises is required. This thesis examined patent valuation for the patent management of Small and Medium Enterprises based on literature studies, and attempted to find factors, affecting patent valuation by finding patent valuation factors through experts, organizing, and analyzing these factors. 10 essential factors, which are demonstrated in this research, are the commercialization possibilities of technology, market competitiveness, the possibility of technology commercialization, market size, the originality of acquired technology, the stability of the right(the possibility of invalidating), the level of technology, technology competitiveness, the ripple effect of technology, and the characteristics of technology(original technology/application technology).

The Sociocultural Value Research of Man Image and Make-up in Media (미디어에 나타난 남성의 이미지와 메이크업의 사회문화적 가치 분석)

  • This study seeks to find the sociocultural value which influences the man image and make-up in media. It helps to gain the effective data that suggest the application of male make-up in promoting development of market. The man emphasizes the practical value which is the technical and instrumental value to express the man image rationally, aesthetic value to pursue aesthetic purely and symbolic value which is a volitional and intentional value experienced in the history and society to express preferring man images as the society is changed. As analysing the man image based on sociocultural value, the practical value of men's make-up is to maximize the utility vale in order to deliver a clear image considering their activity range, environment, and situation. Second, the aesthetical value of men's make-up is to emphasize femininity through women's make-up technic. Third, the symbolic value of men's make-up is to deliver a concept or intentionally create an image by maximizing overall characteristic image. It will be hopefully valuable as a basic data for developing make-up products and setting trend for men as well as for future studies.

  • The importance of the creation, diffusion and utilization of the knowledge and information has been magnified at the 21st century of knowledge and information society. If the utilization level of the web site of the national-level R&D information system is enhanced, the duplication of the researches as well as overlapped R&D investment could be greatly reduced. In this regards, this study aims to identify the factors which affect customer value and intention of continued usage for the national science & technology information services (NTIS & NDSL). The empirical research results show that information service quality have a significant influence on the continuous usage intention of science & technology information service. Customer value, as well, influence the continued usage intention as a mediating variable. In addition, the situational factors of information use by itself shows a significant effect on customer value, but it does not moderating the relationship between information service quality and customer value. After a description of research result, we discussed implications and limit of the study as well as future study direction.

  • 최근 이동통신기술이 급속히 발달함에 따라 국내는 물론 전세계 이동통신업계는 제 3세대 이동통신서비스의 성공여부에 많은 관심을 쏟고 있다. 지금까지의 이동통신산업의 성장이 빠른 기술개발에 의존한 기술추동적(technology-push) 성격을 지녔다면, 이동통신시장이 포화상태에 근접하고 있는 최근에는 서비스 및 장비 양면에서의 경쟁이 치열해 짐으로써 소비자의 기술에 대한 선택이 더욱 중요해짐에 따라 수요견인적(demand-pull) 기술혁신이 예상된다. 따라서, 이동통신서비스의 확대에 따른 특정기술에 대한 소비자의 선호에 대한 올바른 판단이 향후 산업의 기술진화방향을 예측하는데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 생각된다. 현재 이동통신기술의 진보의 키워드는 '멀티미디어화'이다 향후 VOD (Video On Demand) 등 비디오 스트리밍(video streaming) 기술을 이용한 동영상 서비스, 화상전화, 타 디지털기기(예를 들어 PDA, 디지털 카메라 등)와의 융합 등의 서비스가 본격화되고 차세대 이동통신망의 구축이 가시화됨에 따라 이동통신의 멀티미디어 기능은 더욱 주목받게 될 것이다. 따라서 이동전화 단말기 창의 컬러화는 이러한 이동통신기술의 새로운 패러다임을 떠받치고 있는 가장 중요한 이정표로서의 의미를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표시1창의 컬러화로 실현되는 기술혁신요소에 대해서 소비자가 부여하는 가치를 분석하고자 한다. 하지만, 컬러 단말기의 보급이 초기단계에 머무르고 있는 연구시점의 특성상 현시자료가 가용하지 않았기 때문에, 소비자에게 가상의 품질특성을 지닌 제품 조합을 제시하고 이에 대해 소비자가 순위를 매기게 함으로써 소비자의 선호를 측정하는 컨조인트(conjoint) 방법론을 사용하였으며, 소비자의 진술선호(stated preference)에 기초하여 이동통신단말기의 개별 특성에 대한 부분가치와 보상잉여를 측정하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 창의 컬러화로 인해 기대되는 초과이윤의 가능성 등 경제적인 효과들을 정량적으로 분석하고, 브랜드 가치 등 기존의 단말기 경쟁력 요소들과의 비교를 통하여 컬러화가 가져다 줄 경쟁요소들을 추정함으로서, 기술확산 메커니즘을 확인하고자 한다.

An Analysis on Evaluation of Construction Technology Value for Supporting Mid-small Construction Enterprises Pursuing Technical Innovation (기술기반 중소건설업체 지원을 위한 건설기술가치 평가 연구)

  • Based on Income-approach, this study develops the evaluation model which reflects construction industry's traits. Using Income approach, we derive future income's present value and evaluates the technological value by contribution to future income. As there exist more random variables in construction technology than in standardized manufactured products, we cannot help relying on not only quantitative estimation method but also qualitative evaluation by technology and market experts when we estimates construction technology value. Also, conservative estimation is needed for discount rate and cash-flow estimation, because of high uncertainty in sales and profits in construction industry. In empirical analysis, we applied economic periods of duration and cash-flow based on the standard guideline, and analyzed discount rate and technology factor based on characteristics of construction industry. The discount rate is estimated to 15% because of risk-premium increase by conservative evaluation. Technology factor is estimated to 46.7%, because technological intensity is estimated to 72% by technological superiority. Such implications can be inferred. Firstly, we need to build a database to diversify categories for division of sectors by activity or industrial classification which is now categorized only by two sectors in standard guideline. Secondly, the roles of experts who participate in technology evaluation are important because of volatility of construction technology.

  • 정보기술의 개발 및 도입을 위하여 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있으나 IT가치평가의 독특성과 IT가치의 다양성으로 계량적이고 객관적인 IT가치평가가 용이하지 않다. 이 연구에서는 IT의 가치를 평가하고 IT가치전략을 분석하기 위한 새로운 IT가치평가방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이 방법론은 경영 전반의 관리 및 성과 평가를 위한 Balanced Scorecard(이하 BSC)의 평가요소를 이용해 새로운 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 가능하다.
