This study examined the factors affecting the behavioral intention for agricultural drone service. The survey results of 324 agricultural-related workers were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. The effects of technology acceptance factors by UTAUT on the behavioral intention for agricultural drone service and the mediating effects of perceived benefits were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the technology acceptance factors had positive (+) effects on perceived benefits and behavioral intention for agricultural drone service. Second, economics mediated between factors excluding performance expectancy and intention, convenience also mediated between factors excluding social influence and intention, and there was no significant mediating effect of practicality benefits. In the future, a further research is required for people trained in agriculture or drone or had a drone license.

근래 지구온난화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 장기 코로나19의 전염으로 사회적 비대면 필요성이 증대되면서 온라인을 통한 건강관리 및 의료 진단·처방 등 디지털 헬스케어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어로 기존 병원 진료의 온라인 원격 진료/처방이 지속 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 빅데이터를 모아 개인 건강과 질병 상태 정보를 취합하여 건강 관리 및 치료를 하는 디지털 치료제 개발이 급속 진행되고 있으며 관련 벤처 창업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 헬스케어, 디지털 치료제 산업의 활성화는 각 개인의 신체 상태를 상시 측정하고 이 정보를 관련 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스, 특히 스마트워치의 보급 증대에 힘입은 바가 크다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워치의 기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어의 수용성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확장된 통합기술수용모델을 적용하여 분석하고, 혁신 사례로 스마트워치를 활용한 디지털 수면 치료제 벤처 개발 현황을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치의 개인혁신성, 효용가치, 사용편의 등 ICT 변인들에 대한 기술발전의 매개 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 ICT 변인들과 기술발전 매개변수는 디지털 헬스케에 스마트워치 수용의도에 대부분 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 단 기술발전은 개인혁신성에는 크게 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 혁신기술의 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치 수용의도 영향 평가 결과는 스마트워치 각종 서비스 상품기획과 마케팅에 유효하게 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 추후 세분화 연구를 통하여 더욱 소비자 특화된 제품과 서비스를 창출하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.

This study is focused on analyzing the difference by demographical characteristics of users on acceptance behavior of tourism omnichannel based upon Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. Through field survey with 392 respondents, the results are as follows. Partially differences on acceptance behavior are found according to gender, age, education and job as demographic characteristics of tourism omnichannel. And the difference by demographic characteristics on acceptance behavior about preferring tourism information is not significant. However performance expectancy and effort expectancy as factors of UTAUT are significantly positive in thirties group of tourism omnichannel users.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard: 균형성과표)는 1992년 기존의 성과관리접근법의 한계를 인식한 Kaplan & Norton(1992)에 의해서 발표된 후 새로운 성과관리시스템이자 다양한 혁신을 통해 경쟁력을 키우려는 많은 기업들로부터 각광 받고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 경우 변화와 혁신을 강조하는 참여정부의 출범 이후 공공분야의 BSC도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며 많은 공공부문 기관들이 도입을 추진하고 있다. 하지만 BSC관련 기존의 연구들은 대부분 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보거나 도입 프로세스에 관한 연구가 대부분이어서, BSC 수용에 있어 중요시 되는 요인들에 관한 실증연구는 부족한 실정이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현되는 BSC를 보다 효율적으로 활용하기 위하여 BSC 수용요인에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC를 활용하는 사용자를 대상으로 실증분석을 통하여 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한것이다. 구체적인 BSC 사용자들의 적극적인 활용을 장려하여 기업의 경영성과를 높일 수 있도록 BSC 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 추출하고, TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본으로 영향정도를 파악하여 BSC를 이미 도입한 기업과 앞으로 도입하려는 기업들에게 사용자들의 보다 적극적인 활용을 장려할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 있다.

This study was conducted to identify factors that influenced teachers' adoption of digital textbooks and causal relationships among the factors identified. Chasm theory was used in developing strategies for adoption of digital textbooks that consider teachers' innovativeness. This study also employed the information technology adoption model of Davis (1989) that illustrates decision making processes for the adoption of instructional media such as digital textbooks. Based on these two theories, a measurement instrument measuring teachers' innovativeness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention of use was developed and validated through a series of reliability and validity tests. Causal relationships among the factors were examined using structural equation modeling. The result indicated that: a) perceived ease of use had a directional effect on perceived usefulness and an indirect effect on intention of use; and b) perceived usefulness had a direct effect on intention of use. Implications of this finding are discussed especially for the efforts in developing strategies for teachers' adoption of digital textbook. For example, when digital textbooks are introduced into public schools, teachers' perception of the usefulness of digital textbooks, beyond just ease of use, should be considered.

본 연구의 목적은 제3의 산업혁명을 이끌고 있는 3D프린터에 대해 미래 중추적 역할을 담당할 3D프린팅 교육생의 3D프린터 사용의도를 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기반하여 검증하기 기초연구이다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울의 3D프린팅 교육기관 교육전문가 조사를 실시하였으며, 차후 교육 대상자를 설문조사하여 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악하고 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 통해 미래 제조업 창업의 핵심 역할을 담당할 3D프린터 사용 활성화를 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 한다. '3D프린팅 넥스트 레볼루션'의 저자 크리스토퍼 바넷은 언젠가는 3D프린팅이 우리의 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿀 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 3D프린터를 통해 개개인은 맞춤형 제품을 만들어 낼 것이 틀림없다. 치과 의료, 운송 및 항공, 로봇, 군용, 우주, 건축, 요리 등에서 다양하게 3D프린터를 활용한 제품들이 미래에 쏟아져 나올 것으로 예상한다. 생산의 민주화를 이끌 3D프린터는 기존 산업에 큰 기회와 동시에 위협을 주고 있다. 크라우드 및 네트워크를 통한 3D데이터 거래와 지구촌 여러 곳에 3D프린터가 활용된다면, 기존 산업에 혁명적인 변화가 있으리라 짐작된다. 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 3D프린터 사용의도에 영향을 주는 5가지 요인으로 3D모델링 경험, 비용, 품질, 유희성, 혁신성이 나타났다. 5가지 독립변인은 TAM모델의 인지된 사용 유용성과 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악해 보고자 한다. 3D프린터 교육기간, 전공 및 학과, 개인의 경험과 혁신성의 차이가 3D프린터 기술수용 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 서울지역 3D프린터 관련 교육기관에서 교육을 받았거나 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 연구를 할 계획이며, 지역을 확대한 연구가 차후 필요할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.

2020년 자동차산업의 핵심 키워드는 새로운 교통수단과 이동 서비스를 제공함으로써 새로운 비즈니스의 기회를 창출해야 하는 '이동성의 재발견', 글로벌시장의 다양한 소비자에게 신속하고 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 모색해야 하는 '전방위적 유연성', 미래사회 산업의 패러다임 변화에 대응하기 위해 자동차업체 이외의 new players의 참여를 유도하고 공존할 수 있는 열린 산업문화를 구축해야 하는 '소통과 협력', 미래경쟁력 확보를 위해 핵심기술의 선점과 상품화 노력을 강화해야 하는 '첨단기술의 융합'으로 요약할 수 있다. 그리고 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력은 자동차 자체를 만드는 기술력 보다는 융합기술을 접목한 신서비스의 소비자 니즈 충족이 관건인 점을 감안할 때, 최근에 관심이 집중되고 있는 스마트카에 대한 적극적인 대처가 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 확보하고 우리나라 자동차산업의 지속 성장을 보장할 수 있다고 판단된다. 이러한 스마트카는 운전자 지원이 중요하고 운전자 수용성, 사회적 수용성, 산업적 수용성의 기본원칙을 만족해야 하며 여기서 운전자 지원의 형태로는 인식의 지원, 판단의 지원, 조작의 지원을 그리고 지원의 기능으로는 크게 지각기능의 확대, 정보제공, 경보, 사고회피 지원제어, 운전부하 경감제어를 들 수 있다. 운전자 수용성이란 스마트카의 다양한 기능들이 가능한한 운전자에게 쉽게 전달되어야 하고 운전자가 이들 기능들을 과신하여 의존하는 일이 발생해서는 안된다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 스마트카의 기능은 어떤 조건에서 효과가 어느 정도로 기대될까를 분명히 정해둘 필요가 있다. 즉 사회적 측면에서의 표준화, 법규화가 병행되어야 함을 의미하고 이것이 사회적 수용성이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 산업적 수용성이란 자동차 산업은 기존 사업을 지속 성장시키고 new players에게는 새로운 사업에 참여할 수 있는 기회가 정당하게 주어져야 함을 의미한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among public's risk characteristics, risk severity, risk perception and risk acceptability of human stem cell technology. The subjects were 300 Koreans selected. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeing analysis. The results were as followed. First, public's risk characteristics on human stem cell technology influenced positively on risk severity. Second, public's risk characteristics on human stem cell technology influenced positively on risk perception. Third, public's risk severity on human stem cell technology influenced positively on risk perception. Fourth, public's risk characteristics on human stem cell technology influenced negatively on risk acceptability. Fifth, public's risk severity on human stem cell technology influenced not significantly on risk acceptability. Sixth, public's risk perception on human stem cell technology influenced not significantly on risk acceptability. These results will contribute to develop the risk communication strategy on the acceptability of human stem cell technology.
