This research empirically analyzes not only the direct impact of the external technological information network diversity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the sales growth from their technology development but also the mediating impact of their productivity improvement and the moderating effect of the technology development driven by CEO on this direct impact in order to deepen the research stream on SMEs' external technological information network. Based on the ordinary least squares regression by using 2,200 data of South Korean SMEs, this study reveals the three findings. First, SMEs' external technological information network diversity positively influences their sales growth from technology development. Second, SMEs' productivity improvement partially mediates this positive influence of the external technological information network diversity. Third, SMEs' technology development driven by CEO moderates the positive influence.

기술이 그 소임을 완벽하게 다하지 못하면 사고나 사건이 되고 그 부실을 탓하게 된다. 이런 물리적 잘못은 가려내기도 어렵지않고 회복도 가능하다. 부실은 객관적 합리성이나 옳고 정확한 것을 도외시하는 차원에서 생긴다. 과학기술의 특성은 정책수립 차원이나 기획차원에서부터 지켜져야 한다. 수요의 유효성ㆍ타당성, 물자나 인력의 수급성, 예산과 공정의 정당성 등을 정확하고 합리적으로 따져야 한다.

(재)전기통신단말기기심사협회(JATE)는 전기통신사업법에 기초하여, 우정성 장관으로부터 지정받고 우정성법령에 정해 놓은 기술기준(단말설비등의 규칙) 및 제1종 전기통신사업자가 우정성 장관의 인가를 받아 정한 접속 기술적 조건과의 적합성 심사를 하여, 적합인정을 일원화하고 있다. 1994년도 상반기의 인정상황 개요를 소개한다.

블록체인 기술은 분산형 네트워크를 통해 정보 등을 관리하고 저장함으로써 정보의 투명성 및 신뢰성을 제공해줄 수 있는 분산 컴퓨팅 기반의 데이터 위변조 방지 기술이다. 특히 수천만개 사물 기기들이 서로 통신을 하여 서비스를 제공하는 사물인터넷(IoT) 서비스 환경에서 블록체인 기술은 중앙 집중 방식의 관리 구조를 탈피하고 보안성을 향상시킬 수 있는 인프라 기술로 주목 받고 있다. IoT 서비스에 데이터 무결성 및 디바이스 제어 등의 보안서비스를 제공하고, 분산화된 방식으로 서비스의 확장성을 높이고자 최근 글로벌 기업들은 IoT 블록체인 개발을 위한 컨소시엄을 구성하여, IoT 서비스에 활용할 수 있는 블록체인 기반 기술들을 연구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인을 기반으로 한 IoT 연구 프로젝트들의 연구기술 동향을 분석하고, IoT 서비스에 블록체인을 적용한 사례와 응용 기술 등을 소개한다. 또한 IoT 응용 서비스에 효과적으로 적용하기 위해 기존 블록체인 기법들의 확장성 및 오버헤드 등의 문제를 개선한 Tangle 기술에 대해서 자세히 소개하고, IoT에 블록체인을 적용하기 위한 고려사항들을 논의한다.

본 논문에서는 국내 제조업 기업을 대상으로 한 $\ulcorner$기술혁신조사$\lrcorner$ 통계를 바탕으로 기업의 혁신 활동과 이를 지원하고 있는 각종 정부지원제도에 대한 실효성을 다루었다. 분석대상 기업의 수는 2,591개였고, 기술혁신지원 프로그램은 11개로 조세지원제도가 7개 기술지원제도가 6개였다. 기술혁신지원 프로그램의 실효성을 분석하는 실증모형에는 선택변수모형이 이용되었으며, 실증결과는 현재 시행중인 분석대상 기술혁신지원제도의 실효성이 실망스러운 것으로 나타났다. 이들 프로그램의 효과는 대체로 10% 미만이었고, 대기업과 중소기업에 대한 적절한 차등효과를 가져오지 못하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이에 따라 기술혁신지원제도에 대한 개선이 보다 현실성 있게 개선되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

This research evaluates the serviceability of ZigBee device that provides a potential technology to realizing the ubiquitous computing by improving the productivity and effectiveness in construction and data acquisition. Literature review was conducted in various application areas such as bridge monitoring, slope management, road management, highway traffic control. In addition characteristics and challenges in various wireless technologies are described to identify their adoptability to construction environment. Among them, ZigBee technology was selected to introduce the functionality on hardware, network, and security. Then, questionnaire survey was implemented by four different group, construction engineers, students, hardware developers, and researchers to explore the success and failure factors of ZigBee technology in construction area. The results proposes a guideline of the applicability of ZigBee technology in the area of serviceability, application area, considerations, and future direction. This paper would provide valuable information for future researches and technology development in designing the wireless sensor network applications.

침입감내기술은 기존의 침입차단이나 탐지기술에 의하여 해결될 수 없었던 알려지지 않은 취약점을 이용하는 공격에 의하여 발생하는 시스템의 피해를 방지하기 위한 기술이며, 중요 서비스의 품질요구사항과 지속성 요구사항 만족을 위하여 의존성 특성의 만족이 필요하다. 이러한 침입감내시스템은 결함허용기술과 정보보호기술이 결합된 형태로 접근이 시도되고 있다. 침입감내기술에서는 일반적으로 결함허용기법들이 고려하고 있는 우발적 사고가 아닌 악의적 공격에서 일어날 수 있는 상황들에 대한 고려가 매우 중요하다. 그러므로 침입감내기술에서는 결함허용기술에서 고려하는 것 외에 보안취약성과 공격 개념의 도입, 침입의 탐지와 대처 등 보안성에 대한 요구사항 만족이 필요하다.

키보드는 전통적인 입력 장치로서 사용자가 입력하는 값을 컴퓨터 내부로 전달한다. 공격자들은 인터넷뱅킹 사용자들이 입력하는 키보드 값을 알아냄으로써 사용자의 비밀번호와 중요정보를 얻어낼 수 있는데, 이를 방어하기 위해서 다양한 키보드보안 기술이 제안되었으며 일부는 실제로 구현되어 사용되고 있다. 하지만 키보드보안 기술의 복잡도가 높아지면 보안성은 강화되더라도 사용자의 편의성을 저하시킬 수 있으며, 이러한 기술들은 현실 세계에서 활용되지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷뱅킹 키보드보안을 강화하기 위해서 제안된 다양한 기술들을 정리해보고, 키보드보안 기술의 편의성과 안전성에 대해서 살펴본다.

전력케이블의 절연기술은 현재가지 많은 발전이 되어왔고 현재도 꾸준히 개발.진행되고 있다. 따라서 여기에서는 향후 절연기술의 개발에 대한 금후 전망으로 결론을 대치하고자 한다. 현재에 전력케이블의 최대기술 개발과제는 초고압, 대용량화로 대변할 수가 있는데 이의 개발은 우수한 절연설계와 경제성 그리고 사용시 신뢰성 측면에서의 안정성에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 지중송전선의 증가에 따라 보다 초고압화, 성에너지화를 위해 케이블 절연기술의 연구가 가속적으로 이루어지고 있으며 CV케이블에서는 보다 높은 절연성과 내열성을 가진 절연재료의 개발로 케이블의 두께를 저감하는 연구와 사용재료의 조청정화 기술개발이 추진되고 있다.

This study has the purpose to make a conceptual model which can explain the relationship between the research performance, and the fitness of environmental property and the technology development strategy. The environmental property consists of the competitiveness, the complexity of environment, and the market growth. The technology development strategy consists of the innovativeness of technology, the upgrade of product, and the usage of the out resource. And the ability to manage knowledge resource is a very important variable which can modulate the fitness of environmental property and the technology development strategy.
