International technology transfer(ITT) or technology trade is a very comprehensive term covering various mechanisms and channels for shifting technologies across borders. Thus, it refers to numerous complex processes, ranging from innovation and international marketing of technology to its absorption and imitation. It includes technology, trade, and investment. Markets for exchanging technologies are inherently subject to failure due to appropriability problems, spillovers, asymmetric information, and market power. Thus, there is strong justification for public intervention. Technology developers are interested in reducing the costs and uncertainty of making transfers, along with protecting their rights to profit from such transfers. On the other hand, technology importers are interested in acquiring knowledge at minimal costs, asking for restricting sharply the exclusive rights of foreign firms to exploit technology. The purpose of this paper is to review the characteristics, risks, legal issues and contractual check points of ITT, focusing on the avoidance of commercial disputes during the very complex processes of ITT.

Various defects that occur in the maintenance stage are connected to all kinds of wasted resources and economic losses as additional investments are made. Residents are harmed temporally, materially, and psychologically, and businesses suffer not only monetary losses but also reduced credit ratings. The aim of this study was to increase the efficiency of quality management and minimize defect disputes by estimating the importance of the defect type considering the defect frequency and severity in apartment buildings. For this, 7,548 defect items for 48 apartment buildings were examined. The analysis confirmed that defects are concentrated on RC, finishing and MEP work. In addition, defects with high importance are identified as broken, incorrect installation, missing tasks, and water problems. In addition, the exterior wall/roof, the Internal wall, ceiling, and floor, which are constructed in the field, are more important than the furniture and MEP equipment installed in the field.

Korea's seas have the potentials of dispute against China or Japan due to the overlap of the territorial waters and EEZ. In case of marine accidents, the nature of the sea tends to eliminate much of the track, making it another hardship in evidence adoption in case of an international dispute along with the false entries of fishing vessels' journals. Marine Digital Forensics protects the functions of computers and IT appliance on vessels and extracts evidence of voyage and accidents to resolve international dispute. The digital evidence, if tampered with its integrity, may lead to the rejection to a critical claim or may even fail to make a case. As a solution, this thesis suggests Marine Digital Forensics as a way to extract evidence and prove a claim. This may be utilized as means of scientific investigation on sea as overseas exchange increases and the vessels digitalize, leading to a solution in international disputes that may occur in the future.

웹 콘텐츠의 특성상 분배, 복제 및 조작이 용이하기 때문에 원 정보의 저작권 침해로 인한 재산권 침해 피해가 나날이 증가하고 있어, 막대한 비용이 투자된 웹 콘텐츠의 무단도용을 방지하고 분쟁 발생시 소유권에 대한 분쟁을 해결하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 콘텐츠의 소유권 및 저작권 보호를 위한 오디오 콘텐츠에 대한 워터마크 생성, 삽입 및 검출, 검증 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스템은 저작권 보호에 대한 전문지식이 없는 일반관리자도 용이하게 이용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 갖추고 있으며, 이러한 디지털 오디오 워터마킹의 적용을 통한 소유권 및 저작권 보호는 궁극적으로 콘텐츠 제작 의뢰자로 하여금 제작 의지를 강화하여 제작 의뢰 건수를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되어 문화콘텐츠 등의 디지털 콘텐츠 제작업체의 매출 신장에 도움을 주게될 것이다.
