Opportunistic interference alignment (OIA) has been proposed for multi-cell random access networks (RAN), which minimizes the generating interference to neighboring RANs and yields better performance compared with the conventional techniques. The OIA for RANs considers both physical (PHY) and medium access control (MAC) layers. In this paper, we introduce a protocol of which each user maximizes the transmit signal regardless of the generating interference to neighboring RANs, contrary to the OIA technique. In addition, we compare the performance of the signal-maximization technique with the OIA technique.

본 연구의 목적은 개인정보 개념을 재검토하여 신뢰 기반 ICT 인프라가 주는 새로운 개인정보 활용 비즈니스 기회들을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 개인정보가 ICT 활용 비즈니스에 이용된 배경에 대해 살펴본 후, 이러한 비즈니스 환경에서의 불신요인과 파급력을 파악해 신뢰 기반 ICT 인프라가 줄 수 있는 새로운 개인정보 생태계 비즈니스모델들을 제시한다. 새로운 비즈니스 기회로는 옵트인 방식 적용 범위의 확대, 데이터 수집 없는 앱의 출시, 이용자 통제 기반의 개인정보 부가가치화, 그리고 신뢰 추구 업체 친화적인 개인정보 생태계 조성등이며, 이와 관련한 비즈니스모델들은 기존의 블록킹 툴 무료 제공 및 데이터 수집 없는 앱 외에 개인정보저장소 앱, 신뢰 기반 브랜드화된 쿠키 앱, 게이미피케이션이 가미된 자가분석 앱, 평판관리 앱, 개인정보 기부 앱 등으로 무한 확장이 가능할 것이다. 또한, 이러한 앱 생태계가 마련되기 위해서는 신뢰를 추구하는 앱 개발자들의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 있는 업체 최적화 플랫폼(VOP)의 역할이 매우 중요할 것으로 보인다.

필자는 지난 8월30일부터 9월4일까지 폴투갈 리스본(LISBON)에서 개최된 제9회 전력계통기술계산회의(PSCC)에 참석할 기회를 가졌었다. 이번 회의에서는 한전의 이경재 중앙급전지령소장과 김영한 급전운영부장과 함께 "KEPCO's New NCC System for Power System Operation"이라는 논문발표를 통하여 우리나라 전력계통의 소개 및 현재 도입추진중인 새로운 에너지 관리시스템(EMS)에 관한 연구내용을 보고하게 되었는데, 우선 이 PSCC는 우리나라에서 처음으로 참석한 국제협회이기 때문에 이 기회에 PSCC의 성격 및 그 주변에 관한 내용을 소개하면서 앞으로의 보다 활발한 활동을 기원하고자 하는 마음에서 이 참석보고를 기술하였다.보고를 기술하였다.

This study was conducted to find out the characteristics of H University's students admitted through affirmative action program. The differences between the affirmative action program enrollment students and all students were compared by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis methods. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted for students who entered the affirmative action program. A qualitative research method was used to analyze the contents of in-depth interviews. The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the entrance score, the higher the university score for students in the affirmative action program. Second, the college satisfaction of students entering the affirmative action program is higher than that of students enrolled. Third, according to the results of the in-depth interview, the affirmative action program students were both active and not. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a system in which students can actively prepare for their careers in universities. Accordingly, the expansion of the affirmative action program is likely to contribute to the development of universities.

Since mid and late 2000s, the smartphones has been widely diffused and Korea ranked first in global smartphone market in 2011 thanks to its rapid adoption of Android operating system, technology capability accumulated in featurephone development, vertical integration on smartphone production and premium positioning. However, Korea fell behind because of the rise of another latecomer, China, in four years (2015) after it recorded the top position globally. How did the leadership change occurred in the smartphone industry so rapidly? In order to answer the question, we investigated three favorable windows of opportunity for the rise of China, which are technological, demand, and institutional, and the strategic responses of Chinese firms as well as the rigidity and complacency with the past success of Korean firms. Our findings contribute to the extension of 'catch-up cycle' theory as well as provide in-depth insights for strategies and policies settings to overcome the recent rise of China in information and communication technology sector for Korea.

대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.
