무선설비규칙은 전파법 제45조${\cdot}$제47조 및 제 58조의 규정에 의하여 무선설비와 전파응용설비의 기술기준 및 안전시설기준을 규정하고 있다. 무선기술의 급속한 발전과 전파이용환경의 변화를 고려하여 규칙에 대한 개정이 논의되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 전파 관련 법령 체계를 먼저 살펴보고 무선설비규칙에서 개정 논의되고 있는 공중선계 기술기준, 수신 설비의 감도 및 명료도 조건, 공중선전력의 허용편차 등에 대하여 국내외 규정 현황을 분석하여 관련 규정의 개선방안과 기대효과에 대하여 작성하고자 한다.

현재 KISTI에서 사용하고 있는 DOI번호 부여규칙은 일반적인 저널의 형식에 근거하여 부여할 수 있게 되어 있다. 하지만, 논문의 디지털화가 진행되면서 그리고 출판형태가 다변화되면서 기존의 DOI 부여규칙과는 다른 DOI번호부여규칙의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 과학 분야 논문 중 신속한 유통을 위해 인쇄저널로 출판되기 전에 미리 웹상에서 서비스되고 있는 저널인 경우 새로운 DOI번호 부여규칙 체계를 마련하여 시스템을 통해 학회나 기관이 적용할 수 있도록 했으며, 식별자로서 DOI번호의 중복을 방지하기 위한 지원시스템도 구현하였다. 외국의 DOI번호 부여 방식사례를 통해 새로운 DOI 부여규칙방안을 제시하였고 학회나 기관이 시스템을 통해 직접 DOI번호를 생성하고 중복 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 지원시스템을 연구하고 구현하였다.

비즈니스 규칙은 비즈니스의 어떤 모습을 정의하거나 제한사항을 나타내는 문장으로 비즈니스 정책과 로직을 기술한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 규칙과 비즈니스 규칙 시스템을 분석하고, 분석한 내용을 기반으로 비즈니스 규칙 표현과 시스템에서의 요구조건과 고려사항을 제시하며, 새로운 비즈니스 규칙 시스템을 설계한다. 또한 비즈니스 규칙 시스템을 위한 기본 모형인 비즈니스 규칙 객체 모델을 제안한다.

건설기술진흥법령 시행령 및 시행규칙과 건설기술자 등급 및 경력인정 등에 관한 기준이 지난 5월 23일부터 본격 시행에 들어갔다. 국토교통부(장관 서승환)는 "건설기술관리법"이 "건설기술진흥법"으로 전부 개정된 이후 그동안 추진해왔던 하위법령(시행령 및 시행규칙)의 개정 작업을 마무리했으며, 건설기술자 역량지수(ICEC)의 구체적인 내용을 담고 있는 "건설기술자의 등급 및 경력인정 등에 관한 기준"도 함께 개정 공포했다.

전기통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규칙은 전기통신사업자가 전기통신설비에 대해 의무적으로 준수해야 하는 규정이다. 현행 전기통신설비 기술기준 규칙은 통신망 독점체제에서 전반적인 골격이 형성되어 복수 통신사업자간 자유 시장경쟁 체제를 반영하지 않고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 현행 기술기준의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 국내 기술기준의 개선방향 및 개정내용에 대해 제시하였다.

We have to carry out systematic, definite requirements analysis for the successful development of software. The UML gives the ways to grasp user or customer requirements and decide the boundary of business systems from the use case modeling. This paper presents how to extract use case diagram from the requirements specification systematically by applying the standardized rules as a part of the study for use case modeling. We modify requirements specification by applying $R_{RS}$ (Rules for Requirements Specification) and extract actor, use case, relationship by applying $R_{A}$(Rules for Actors), $R_{U}$(Rules for Use Cases) and $R_{R}$(Rules for Relationships) to the modified requirements specification separately and then become to make out use case diagram in the end. By applying the rules presented in this paper to the requirements specification for personnel management, we can reduce the existing difficulties of extracting use case diagram based on the narrative descriptions without any standardized rules.rules.

This research intends to provide a basis which will lay the foundation of Cataloguing Rules for computer files by comparing the current cataloguing rules. Towards this goal, I researched both the major characteristics and various kinds of computer files. Secondly, I compared and analyzed the AACR2R and the ISBN(ER), which constitute the root and the trunk of cataloguing rules for computer no from a source of information to note area in the ISBD. This study finally examined the development process of cataloguing rules as well as the content of change in computer files.

연관규칙 마이닝은 트랜잭션 데이터를 이루고 있는 항목간의 잠재적인 의존관계를 발견하는 데이터 마이닝의 한 분야이다. 정량 연관규칙이란 부류적 속성과 정량적 속성을 모두 포함한 연관규칙이다. 정량 연관규칙 마아닝을 위한 퍼지 기술의 응용, 정량 연관규칙 마이닝을 위한 일반화된 연관규칙 마이닝, 사용자의 관심도를 반영한 중요도 가중치가 있는 연관규칙 마이닝 등에 대한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 이 논문에서는 중요도 가중치가 있는 일반화된 퍼지 정량 연관규칙 마이닝의 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 부류적 속성의 퍼지 개념 계층과 정량적 속성의 퍼지 언어항 일반화 계층을 일반화된 추출하기 위해 이용한다. 이것은 속성들의 수준별 일반화 계층과 속성의 중요도 가중치를 이용함으로써 사용자가 보다 융통성 있는 연관규칙을 마이닝할 수 있게 해준다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways to apply describing attributes and relationships of families to Korean Cataloging Rules. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the FRAD conceptual model, and the cataloging rules such as RDA, DACS2 and KCR2 were analyzed. For describing attributes of families, this study analyzed name, type, date, place, prominent member, hereditary title, language, history, and identifier of families. For describing relationships of families, this study investigated describing relationships to families associated with each resource, such as a work, an expression, a manifestation, and an item, and describing relationships between families, relationships between families and persons, and relationships between families and corporate bodies. Based on these analyses, this study suggested the application methods of describing attributes and relationships of families in Korean Cataloging Rules.
