호안을 보호하기 위해 테트라포드(TTP)로 대표되는 소파블록이 항만, 어촌 어항지역 등 해안 전역에 걸쳐 사용되고 있다. 하지만 친수활동의 증가로 테트라포드에서의 해안안전사고가 증가하고 있으며, 테트라포드가 가지는 형태적, 색상적 특성으로 인해 안전, 경관, 환경 측면에서 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있어 보다 안전한 친수활동 공간을 제공할 수 있으며 해안경관을 향상시킬 수 있는 소파블록 디자인 개발이 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 사용되고 있는 소파블록의 문제점을 분석하고 국내외 기술개발 현황을 바탕으로 소파블록 디자인 개선사항을 제시하였다.

IMF체제 하의 우리 과학기술계는 기업의 연구비 조달이 어렵게 되어 기술개발을 위한 연구활동이 공동화 현상을 빚고 있다. 국가 기술개발 투자의 80% 이상을 담당해 왔던 민간부문의 투자 감소는 21세기 기술선진국 진입의 꿈을 깨는 가장 큰 장애요소가 되고 있다. 폭넓은 경험과 우수한 인적자원을 갖고 있는 기업들이 앞으로 기술개발에 적극 참여토록 유도하여 민간주도의 기술개발시대를 열어야 하겠다.

지구온난화와 환경오염을 줄일 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 고연비의 경유를 사용하는 운송수단이 각광을 받아왔으나, 입자상 오염물질 및 질소산화물 배출량의 증가 등 경유 차량의 이용에도 문제점이 드러나고 있다. 주요 선진국들이 이와 관련한 규제를 강화함에따라 이에 대응할 수 있는 기술 개발이 요구되는 가운데 녹색 기술 개발을 이끄는 국가핵융합연구소는 플라즈마를 활용한 경유 차량의 후처리장치 개발을 추진하고 있다.

This study intends to analyze the impact of technology commercialization activities in the area of basic research on the technology utilization performances and the corporate business performances. The technology commercialization activities are divided into the experiences of promoting technology commercialization, the department dedicated to technology commercialization, and the technology commercialization consulting. Additionally, this study has used the tracked information of the companies that adopted the basic research-related technologies. Therefore, we conducted the analysis on the mediating effects under the assumption that it can be extended to the business performance of companies in addition to technology utilization performance. To do this, we developed the empirical model through previous studies and developed various research models by subdividing the types of technology commercialization. As the result, it was analyzed that all the variables of activities involved in the technology commercialization utilizing basic research results had positive effects on the technology utilization performance and business performances, and there were also mediating effects on the technology-related performance.

Recently, technology intelligence (TI) activities that support technological and/or market innovation have been important for many organizations to develop their competitiveness in trend of strengthening innovation-led economy. It is required to thorough understanding of TI-related activities and investigating methodology that can support these activities to facilitate technology opportunity exploration activities and increase the possibility of innovation. Thus, this research aims at first, investigating the taxonomy of objectives, information and methodology for technology opportunity development (TOD) through literature survey, second, deriving the TOD needs and current status analysis by conducting interview with various domestic firms, and finally, proposing an integrated framework of TI by synthesizing the results of the aforementioned investigation. Therefore, this research can suggest the strategic and political implications on TOD activities and moreover, propose a theoretical foundation to develop a supporting system for TI.

Due to the technological developments and industrial changes , studying for the future has been attached great importance. According to the forthcoming ubiquitous computing environment or smart environment, it is necessary for a country and an enterprise to forecast the future or foresight the future technologies . Although many countries have been doing the foresight, it is difficult for the enterprise to try future foresight activity, because the foresight activity needs lots of the costs and time for good results. Also, almost methodologies used in foresight are suitable for country level foresight projects. In this research, a methodology is developed for an enterprise to use easily, and a case based on the proposed methodology is presented. The proposed foresight methodology is developed based on the traditional forecasting methods, FAR, Future Wheel, and Scenario. Especially, the methodology focused on the customers of a company.

This paper attempts to investigate how and why the additionality effects occur in the case when a firm receives government subsidy as opposed to counterfactual situation. To demonstrate this, we selected 12 SMEs(small and medium enterprises) firms in Daejeon area and have conducted multiple case studies. In order to analyse the multiple cases of firms, we classified firms innovative activities into three stages which are composed of input, behaviour and output stages and related various factors. Furthermore, we investigated the differences according to types of firms and stages of firm growth. Empirical results show that various input, behaviour and output additionality effects exist when firms receive public subsidies. Compared to companies in the growth and mature stages, startup phase companies depend on government subsidy extensively and they use public subsidies strategically to develop new product and to change their strategic direction. The attitude of firms to use government subsidies is different according to their types and stage of growth as well.

대용량 ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network)용 전전자 교환기 TDX-10 연구개발 사업의 궁극적 목적은 미래 통신망이 요구하는 다양한 음성 및 비음성 정보통신 서비스를 제공하고 정보의 교환, 가공, 축적 및 처리에 고도의 융통성을 부여할 수 있는 국내표준 전전자 교환기를 개발하여 통신투자의 경제적 통신운영기술 자립화를 달성하는데 있다. 현재 대용량 전전자 교환기인 TDX-10 ISDN의 상용화 단계의 마무리 업무가 진행중이며, 통신서비스의 다양화, 광대역화, 고속화를 위한 광대역통신망의 주축이 되는 ATM교환기가 개발중에 있다. 본 고에서는 TDX-10 ISDN 시스템개발단계에서 구현된 시스템 시험수행 과정 및 평가작업을 토대로한 체계적이며 전략적인 품질보증 활동에 관해 기술하였으며, 신뢰성 있는 시험결과를 도출할 수 있는 다양한 시험관리 기법과 그 결과를 분석하고 차후 시험 및 보완작업을 위한 제반 활동체계가 소개된다.
