Development of Digital Photogrammetric Systems for Three-Dimensional Topographic Information Analysis (3차원 지형정보분석을 위한 수치사진측량시스템 개발)

  • Lately, with the development of the fields of computer and photogrammetry, Digital Photogrammetric Systems are widely used for the generation of GIS basemap, the acquisition of topographic information and DEM, the formation of digital orthophoto, three-dimensional viewing and so on. According as the demand for the systems is rapidly increasing, we suggest keenly the necessity of domestic technical development, because all of these systems depend on foreign technology until now. In this study, by using digital photogrammetry method, with Visual C++ language, we have developed Digital Photogrammetric Systems for Windows which is able to get three-dimensional coordinates through interior orientation, exterior orientation, epipolar line, image matching from a pair of aerial photos taken with metric camera. This system consists of not only a module which can revise digital map that is being made at National Geographic Institute as a part of data construction project of National Geographic Information System, but also a module which can view three-dimensional image on the screen monitor by using anaglyph for three-dimensional analysis. The digital photogrammetry modules developed in this study are expected to be used as primary modules for the effective management of the urban as well as main modules in developing professional digital photogrammetric systems.

  • The national framework data is being constructed by the second plan of NGIS(National geographic information system). However, themes of national framework data are not reflecting various geographic information of marine that demand is increasing. Also, it is mean that national framework data did not consider concept of country which is integrate land and marine. Therefor, this study perform to organize marine framework data through analysis of overseas framework data, and present the composition of national framework data that land and marine are integrated through investigate relationship between national framework data and marine framework data.

  • 위치기반서비스(LBS: Location Based Service)는 점차 확대되어 가는 무선정보통신 환경을 통해서 지리정보와 특정목적의 컨텐츠를 결합, 제공하는 서비스이다. 이 글에서는 현재 국내에서 상용화되어 있는 서비스 사례와 함께 위치기반서비스의 기본적인 구성과 무선측위기술, 그리고 최근 기술동향을 정리하였고 기술발전과 함께 진행되고 있는 국내, 국제표준화기구의 표준화방안과 무선측위기술의 위치정확도 향상방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 토지에 관한 각종 정보 중 현재 2차원에 국한된 지적정보를 지적공부에 등록하고 있으나 토지의 입체적인 활용의 증대 및 이에 따른 입체적 권리의 다양화 등으로 2차원적인 토지정보의 등록방법으로는 효율적인 토지관리 및 소유권 보호에 한계에 이르고 있어 이에 대한 대안으로 3차원 지적정보를 지적공부에 등록할 수 있는 기본방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 국토개발에 대한 정책결정 정보를 효율적으로 제공 할 수 있으며, 국민소득의 증가에 따라 사회간접시설(SOC)분야 및 국민 개개인의 토지이용에 있어 각종 계획과 설계 등의 인프라 조성에 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • Our country is constructed the digital map in the first NGIS plan. Through digital map construction, it was had the potentiality that can more easily activate GIS. But these data included numerous problems from user's view. In the second NGIS plan, our government try to construct the framework data for the maximization of GIS utilization. This paper is showed a step of update that considered relationship between the national framework data themes, suggested the structure of maintenance activity for national framework data.

  • This paper presented the procedures for detecting gross errors, and described the influence of the number and distribution of points on the internal reliability in photogrammetric adjustment, such as relative orientation and independent model method. The use of the standard six points for relative orientation and the regular four points for independent model method result in low internal reliability. With such a distribution, gross erors in measured points might not be detected But using cluster of double or triple points instead of individual point, internal reliability improves remarkably.

  • 최근 인공위성 영상자료는 주기적인 획득 시기를 가지고 있고 수치 지형도에 비해 쉽게 인지할 수 있기 때문에 지형변화 모니터링 분야에서 활발하게 이용되고 있다 그러나 인공위성 영상자료들은 촬영조건 및 센서의 특성에 따라 다른 기하학적인 왜곡을 포함하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 공간, 방사 및 분광 해상도가 상이하기 때문에 정밀한 분석 결과 산출에 어려움이 있다. 즉, 두 개 이상의 영상을 비교 분석하기 위해 기본적인 센서 정보의 차이에서 발생하는 정오차를 소거하고 지형기복에 의해 발생하는 부정오차를 제거하기 위한 정밀 기하보정은 반드시 선행되어야 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 공간해상도가 다르기 때문에 발생하는 정오차 및 부정오차를 제거하기 위해 정밀정합을 실시하였다. 정밀 정합된 kompsat EOC 및 Landsat TM 영상으로 토지피복 변화를 탐지함으로써 위치정확도가 높은 탐지결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 정확한 위치정보를 가지는 탐지 결과는 지형지물의 갱신이나 다양한 GIS 응용의 기본자료로서 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

RAUT: An end-to-end tool for automated parsing and uploading river cross-sectional survey in AutoCAD format to river information system for supporting HEC-RAS operation (하천정비기본계획 CAD 형식 단면 측량자료 자동 추출 및 하천공간 데이터베이스 업로딩과 HEC-RAS 지원을 위한 RAUT 툴 개발)

  • In accordance with the River Law, the basic river maintenance plan is established every 5-10 years with a considerable national budget for domestic rivers, and various river surveys such as the river section required for HEC-RAS simulation for flood level calculation are being conducted. However, river survey data are provided only in the form of a pdf report to the River Management Geographic Information System (RIMGIS), and the original data are distributedly owned by designers who performed the river maintenance plan in CAD format. It is a situation that the usability for other purposes is considerably lowered. In addition, when using surveyed CAD-type cross-sectional data for HEC-RAS, tools such as 'Dream' are used, but the reality is that time and cost are almost as close as manual work. In this study, RAUT (River Information Auto Upload Tool), a tool that can solve these problems, was developed. First, the RAUT tool attempted to automate the complicated steps of manually inputting CAD survey data and simulating the input data of the HEC-RAS one-dimensional model used in establishing the basic river plan in practice. Second, it is possible to directly read CAD survey data, which is river spatial information, and automatically upload it to the river spatial information DB based on the standard data model (ArcRiver), enabling the management of river survey data in the river maintenance plan at the national level. In other words, if RIMGIS uses a tool such as RAUT, it will be able to systematically manage national river survey data such as river section. The developed RAUT reads the river spatial information CAD data of the river maintenance master plan targeting the Jeju-do agar basin, builds it into a mySQL-based spatial DB, and automatically generates topographic data for HEC-RAS one-dimensional simulation from the built DB. A pilot process was implemented.

  • Shoreline changes its shapes and attribution dynamically by natural, unnatural acts and is the most information for country. These shorelines can apply to framework data of MGIS (Marine Geographic Information System), and they are getting important to implement a phase of monitoring around coastal areas. This study proposed an algorithm automatically extracting shorelines to use a new developed LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) data which is applying in ocean and coastal areas. Then, in result, it was compared to shorelines which is derived from ground survey. In result, it shows stable shorelines in various coast areas such as nature, artificial coast. Additionally, and a possibility of shoreline extraction through LiDAR data.
