  • 플라즈마 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 디스플레이 공정용 안테나 유도 결합 플라즈마 시스템에서의 플라즈마 변수들에 대한 공간분포를 살펴 보았다. 디스플레이 공정용 챔버 규격은 8세대, 안테나의 turn수는 4turn을 기본으로 하여 안테나 코일의 분할을 각각 4개 분할, 9개 분할로 구분하여 시뮬레이션을 진행한 결과 안테나 배치의 차이에 의한 플라즈마 밀도, 온도, 전위차의 공간분포의 균일도의 차이를 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 플라즈마 기본 변수인 전자밀도, 전자온도, 그리고 이온 유량을 제어하는 조정기를 설계하였다. 플라즈마 증착장비를 이용하여 상온에서 SiN 박막을 증착하는 과정에서 in-situ 센서인 Wise Probe를 이용하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터를 이용하여 플라즈마 확인 (Identification) 모델을 개발하고, 이를 이용하여 Linear Quadratic Regulator를 설계하였다. Noise와 Disturbance에 대한 응답특성을 고찰하였으며, 설계된 Regulator는 비교적 안정된 반응을 보였다.

  • 서비스는 기본적으로 고객과 서비스공급자간의 상호작용을 필요로 한다. 이때 서비스 공급자 구체적으로 종업원들이 자신의 직무에서 느낀 것들이 서비스 조우시 그대로 고객에게 전달되게 된다. 즉, 기업의 최종 지향점인 고객만족을 위해 내부 고객인 종업원의 만족이 필수적이라 할 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 내부고객을 대상으로 한 내부마케팅 구체적으로 내부고객에게 제공되는 서비스품질의 내용을 알아보기 위해 선행연구에 대한 포괄적인 검토를 통해 이를 파악하고, 종업원만족이나 고객만족 등의 후행변수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 병원에 근무하는 간호사들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였고, 연구결과 내부고객에게 제공되는 내부서비스품질이 높을수록 종업원만족이 상승함을 발견하였다.

Improvement of ALINEA Model Using Speed (속도를 이용한 ALINEA 모델 보완에 관한 연구)

  • ALINEA algorithm, which is one of the best on-ramp metering algorithms, was designed to control the traffic volume from on-ramp in order to maintain the optimal occupancy rate of the detectors installed downstream of the merge area. But, the reliability of occupancy rate estimated from the loop detectors, which are used most commonly in Korea, is relatively lower than other parameters such as speed and volume. Moreover, because occupancy rate depends on the length of loop detectors and site, lots of calibration work is required whenever they are installed in order to estimate the occupancy rate. Therefore, there exists room for improvement of ALINEA algorithm because only occupancy rate having some problems is considered as a control parameter in ALINEA algorithm. Practically it is difficult to measure or perceive the occupancy rate for traffic engineers and drivers. On the other hand, speed can be good alternative which can overcome the defect induced by using occupancy. In this study, occupancy based ALINEA algorithm is converted to speed based ALINEA assuming the linear relationship between density and speed.

A Study on Static Type Assignment for Static Single Assignment Form (정적 단일 배정 형태를 위한 정적 타입 배정에 관한 연구)

  • Although the Java bytecode has numerous advantages, there are also shortcomings such as slow execution speed and difficulty in analysis. In order to overcome such disadvantages, bytecode analysis and optimization must be performed. First control flow of the bytecode should be analyzed, after which information is required regarding where the variables are defined and used to conduct data flow analysis and optimization. There may be cases where variables with an identical name contain different values at a different location during the execution according to the value assigned to a variable in each location. Therefore, in order to statically determine the value and type, the variables must be separated according to allocation. In order to do so, the variables can be expressed using a static single assignment form. After the transformation into a static single assignment form, the type information of each node expressed by each variable and expression must be configured to perform static analysis and optimization. Based on the basic type information, this paper proposes a method for finding related equivalent nodes, setting the nodes with strongly connection components and efficiently assigning each node the type.

  • In this study, the steady state performance analysis program was developed for a turboprop engine, and its performance was analyzed at uninstalled and installed conditions. For the purpose of evaluation the developed program was compared with the performance data provided by the engine manufacturer and analysis results of GASTURB8.0 program. It was confirmed that the developed program was reliable because the results by the developed program were well agreed with those by GASTURB8.0 within %%. The linear and non-linear GPA(Gas Path Analysis) programs for performance diagnotics were developed, and selection of optimal measurement variables was studied. Furthermore, in order to investigate effects of the number and the kind of measurement variables, the linear and non-linear GPAs were analyzed with various measurement set. If the measurement parameters were properly selected, the reliable and economic faults detection might be possible even thought the small number of measuring parameters were used.

A Market Segmentation Scheme Based on Customer Information and QAP Correlation between Product Networks (고객정보와 상품네트워크 유사도를 이용한 시장세분화 기법)

  • In recent, hybrid market segmentation techniques have been widely adopted, which conduct segmentation using both general variables and transaction based variables. However, the limitation of the techniques is to generate incorrect results for market segmentation even though its methodology and concept are easy to apply. In this paper, we propose a novel scheme to overcome this limitation of the hybrid techniques and to take an advantage of product information obtained by customer's transaction data. In this scheme, we first divide a whole market into several unit segments based on the general variables and then agglomerate the unit segments with higher QAP correlations. Each product network represents for purchasing patterns of its corresponding segment, thus, comparisons of QAP correlation between product networks of each segment can be a good measure to compare similarities between each segment. A case study has been conducted to validate the proposed scheme. The results show that our scheme effectively works for Internet shopping malls.

DNBR Sensitivities to Variations in PWR Operating Parameters (가압경수로의 운전변수 변화에 대한 DNBR의 민감도)

  • Analyzed are the the DNBR(Departure from Nucleate Boiling Ratio) sensitivities to variations in various PWR operating parameters utilizing the Korea Nuclear Unit 1(KNU-1) design and operating data. Studied parameters in the analysis are core power level, system pressure, core inlet flow rate, core inlet temperature, enthalpy rise hot channel factor, and axial power peaking factor and axial offset. The calculations are performed using the steady state and transient thermal-hydraulics computer program, COBRA-IV-K, which is the revised version of COBRA-IV-i that has been adapted, partially modified and verified at KAERI. A reference case is established based on the design and operating condition of the KNU-1 reactor core, and this provides a basis for the subsequent sensitivity analysis. From the calculation results it is concluded that the most sensitive parameter in the DNBR thermal design is the coolant core inlet temperature while the axial power peaking factor is the least sensitive.

  • Data analysis is the universal classification techniques, which requires a lot of effort. It can be easily analyzed to understand the results. Decision tree which is developed by Breiman can be the most representative methods. There are two core contents in decision tree. One of the core content is to divide dimensional space of the independent variables repeatedly, Another is pruning using the data for evaluation. In classification problem, the response variables are categorical variables. It should be repeatedly splitting the dimension of the variable space into a multidimensional rectangular non overlapping share. Where the continuous variables, binary, or a scale of sequences, etc. varies. In this paper, we obtain the coefficients of precision, reproducibility and accuracy of the classification tree to classify and evaluate the performance of the new cases, and through experiments to evaluate.
