This study aims to examine the capability of organizing local records. Based on literature reviews, this study identified that space can be a useful context of records. Accordingly, it designed a records model on additional space entity. It attempted to organize five sample records based on the space of the port of Busan (Busanhang) using CIDOC CRM (6.0). In conclusion, it presented that a space entity provides relations across other entities. As such, it is possible to propose a defining space entity when designing records model that can support the understanding of records' contexts.

The ultimate purpose of records management is for reference service. Archival exhibition provides an opportunity to raise the public's interest at archives and maintain records management and to offer the reference service to unknown users. As for archivists, archival exhibition allows to summarize generally the archives that he may have and to appraise its value. At the opening of the Memorial hall for the history and culture of Korean buddhism, the Archives of Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism held an archival exhibition by showing archives of Korean Buddhism History to the public. The exhibition mainly consists in 2 themes: History of Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism and its activities. Over 300 archives were selected in accordance with historicity, rarity and particularity of each archives that the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism posses. The present paper aims to suggest different models of Archival Exhibition with the help of detailed explanation on Exhibition planning, Selection of archives and the practice.

The Presidential Archives preserve and manage the president's records and archives, which accounts for the social and governmental operations during the president's term of office. However, search systems and online contents provided by the Presidential Archives are difficult to use. This study proposed an LOD-based archival information service for the comfort of users. The proposed service has a better extension of archival information service contents from President Roh's term. The provision of details is divided into three steps: first step sets up the establishment methods, second step creates ontological design, and third step converts it to RDF and connects to other institutions. Through the process, this study suggests an extension of archival information service in the Presidential Archives.

자기 기록 시스템이 더 높은 기록 밀도를 가지려면 기록 미디어에 더 작은 공간을 가지는 비트를 기록할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 가능하게 하기 위해서는 더 작은 비트를 보존 할 수 있는 고 보자력 기록 미디어와 이를 기록할 수 있는 자기 기록 헤드가 있어야 한다. 자기 기록 시스템에서 기록 밀도와 함께 중요시 되는 것이 바로 기록 속도이다. 시스템이 발전 할 수록 요구되는 속도 또한 높아지고 있다. 기록 속도가 빨라지려면 기록 주파수가 높아지고 기록 미디어의 회전 속도가 빨라져야 한다. 자기 기록 헤드는 자화되어 있는 고 보자력 기록 미디어 위를 빠른 속도로 직선 운동하고 있는 형태가 되고 이로 인하여 자기 기록 헤드에 와전류가 발생하게 된다. 발생되는 와전류의 형태는 기록 미디어에 자화된 형태에 따라 달라질 것이고 또한 자기 기록 미디어의 회전 속도와 와전류가 발생되는 기록 헤드의 전기전도도에 따라 변화 된다. 본 연구는 이렇게 발생된 와전류를 3차원 유한요소법을 이용하여 분석한 수 이 와전류가 기록 필드에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 제시 하였다.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the user satisfaction of 'the Presidential Web Record Service' using a proposed model of the user satisfaction index which consists of contents quality, service quality, and system quality. In addition, user's royalty and compliant are also measured in this study. This study shows that satisfaction of contents quallity and system quality influence significantly on the user satisfaction. And contents quality, service quality, user satisfaction show a significant relationships to user's royalty.

An understanding the information seeking-behaviour of archival users is a basic for archival reference services. This study tries to understand who are users of internet board of archives, how and why they ask questions. And the study examines how archivists answer the users' questions. The data used in this study are 3,760 answers and questions in the internet board of National Archives and Record Service during $2000\sim2005$. According to this analysis. lots of users of the board make queries for archival management and asking various archives. And they are public officials, archivists, students, researches, and producers of media. The users mainly ask simple questions and it take average 5 days for users to get answers.

Recently, the website of university archives is becoming greatly significant to users who retrieve and utilize university archives and records. This study aims to meta-analyze university archives in Korea in terms of usefulness, usability, information quality, and web accessibility in order to improve the functionality and usefulness of university archives websites. The result of the study suggests that university archives should increase the number of the digital records and to develop communication chanels, such as blog, chatting room, digital reference services for activating use of university records. Secondly, university archives make efforts to develop systematic collecting and managing procedures and to build relevant digital collections. Thirdly, the websites of university archives develops more user-friendly interfaces and web design to improve user satisfaction. Finally, the websties of university archives should follow the standards on web accessibility.

정보를 자기적으로 기록하는 장치는 전원이 제거되어도 정보를 잃지 않으며, 기록과 재생이 모두 가능하고, 상대적으로 저렴한 가격 때문에 현재 광범위하게 이용되고 있다. 컴퓨터 보조 기억 장치로 사용되는 하드디스크, 프라피 디스크, 테잎 드라이버(driver)로 부터 음성 및 화상 기록 장치로 사용되는 녹음기 및 VCR 과 컴퓨터, 음성, 화상 이외의 정보 (Surveillance, Telemetry, Flight information, Sa- tellite linkage 등)를 기록하는 instrumentation recorder 등이 대표적인 자기 기록 장치이다. 이러한 자 기 기록 장치는 원하는 전기적인 정보를 자기적인 정보로 바꾸어 기록하며, 기록된 정보를 필요에 따라 전 기적인 정보를 바꾸어 사용하게 된다.

과거에 발생한 극한홍수에 대해 역사기록 혹은 고고학적 발견을 통해 경향성을 연구하는 것은 세계적으로 많은 관심을 가지고 수행되고 있다. 특히, 기후변화와 관련하여 시추 자료 분석에 의한 연구는 과거에도 극한홍수가 발생하였음을 보여주고 있으며, 일기와 같은 개인적인 기록물에도 이런 재해에 관한 기록이 남아 있다. 우리나라의 역사기록은 측우기의 앞선 발명과 맞물려 세계적으로 찾아보기 어려운 매우 상세한 내용을 담고 있다. 삼국사기를 비롯하여 고려사에는 그 시대에 발생하였던 주요 홍수에 대해서는 정성적인 기술이 되어 있으며, 특히 조선왕조실록에는 조선왕조가 개국된 이래로 500년간 발생한 홍수와 피해지역 및 피해규모를 자세히 기록하고 있다. 본 연구의 선행연구에서는 과거 청계천에서 관측된 측우기 기록을 이용하여 홍수수문분석을 수행한 후 과거 청계천의 극한홍수량을 산정하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 홍수량 산정결과를 토대로 HEC-RAS를 이용하여 과거 청계천에 대하여 각 홍수사상별 홍수위를 산정하였다. 이렇게 산정된 홍수위를 과거 역사기록상의 피해기록과 비교 분석하기 위하여 수치고도모형(DEM)의 이용으로 공간적 피해규모를 평가하고자 하였다. 모형의 입력 자료로는 하도구간 및 하천단면, 조도계수, 하상경사, 상 하류단 경계조건 등이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 과거 청계천에 대한 하천 단면자료 및 조도계수 등이 필요하나 대상지점의 과거 실측자료가 없는 바 청계천 개수계획평면종단도(1936년, 경성부), 준천사실(1760년), 동국여지비고(1870년), 조선지형도집성(1921년), 경성지적도(1912년), 청계천 유물 발굴조사보고서(2006년) 등의 고문헌을 통하여 청계천 본류 구간에 대하여 단면 입력자료를 구성하였다. 또한 실제 청계천의 주변부 피해양상을 확인하기 위하여 청계천의 지류구간에 대해서도 금천교 발굴조사보고서(2003년), 영천교 발굴조사보고서(2003년) 등의 자료와 함께 근대까지의 기록물들을 활용하여 단면 입력자료를 추정하였다.

This study started from recognizing the problem that neither the identity nor the role of records managers is clarified enough. Therefore, this study identifies the function of the records managers and how it should be carried. The method of functional analysis was used to collect information, and then the AHP method to analyze te core functions of the records managers. As a result, core functions were identified as follows: records management policy making, education, production control, records schedule management, collecting, transferring, description, appraisal, de-accessioning, records center management, disclosure, perusal service, and records management system. Therefore, this study presents that identity and role of the records managers as well as the priorities of the job.
