본 연구에서는 기록물 자료를 관리 수 있는 메타데이터 형식을 설계하기 위해서 기록물의 목록 규칙과 관련된 네 가지 종류의 자료 즉 국제표준기록물기술$\ulcorner$ISAD(G)], 미국 기록물/필사본 기계가독목록(USMARC AMC), MARC21 및 EAD(Encoded Archival Description)를 참조한 다음 전통적인 도서관 자료와의 통합검색을 가능하게 하면서 기록물정보의 고유의 속성을 잘 표현할 메타데이터(목록 레코드와 인벤토리)를 설계하여 구현해 보았다.

We made a revised catalogue for reliable records of meteor outbursts that were recorded in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese chronicles. In order to avoid the effects of both Earth's precession and perihelion shift, we introduced a new time-coordinate of records, or the number of days elapsed within the sidereal year of the record for a given origin of time or the perihelion passage time of the you 2000. We added nineteen new records of meteor showers that are wrongly classified i, individual meteors in a Chinese archive. We found that the ${\eta}-Aquarids,$ the Perseids, the Orionids, and the Leonids have been active during the last two millennia. Due to the change of time-coordinate, the oldest record of each long-lasting meteor shower has been slightly corrected. We discuss that these long-lasting meteor showers belong to the Halley-type comets.

본 논문은 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 코로나19 시대에서 확진자 동선을 파악하기 위해 매장 등 시설에 방문했다는 기록을 남기는 과정 중 방문자가 QR 코드를 생성하고 관리자가 방문자의 QR 코드를 인식하는 방식과 반대로 방문자가 매장의 QR 코드를 직접 인식하게 하여 방문자와 매장 관리자가 겪을 수 있는 불편함을 덜어주기 위한 논문이다. App은 방문자와 매장 관리자 App이 따로 나눠져 있으며 사용자 App은 관리자의 QR을 스캔하여 방문기록을 남기고 관리자 App은 QR 코드를 생성만 하고 출입문에 비치하기만 하면 된다. Web도 관리자와 사용자로 나눠지는데 사용자는 자신의 방문기록과 감염 위험 경로 목록을 확인할 수 있으며 관리자는 매장에 다녀간 방문자의 목록과 확진자가 다녀갈 경우 감염 위험 경로 목록에 해당 사용자 정보가 나타나게 설계하였다.

We present a more complete and accurate catalogue of astronomical records far meteor showers and meteor storms appeared in primary official Korean history books, such as Samguk-sagi, Koryo-sa, Seungjeongwon-ilgi, and Chosen-Wangjo-Sillok. So far the catalogue made by Imoto and Hasegawa in 1958 has been widely used in the international astryonomical society. The catalogue is based on a report by Sekiguchi in 1917 that is mainly based on secondary history books. We observed that the catalogue has a number of errors in either dates or sources of the records. We have thoroughly checked the primary official history books, instead of the secondary ones, in order to make a corrected and extended catalogue. The catalogue contains 25 records of meteor storms, four records of intense meteor-showers, and five records of usual showers in Korean history. We also find that some of those records seem to correspond to some presently active meteor showers such as the Leonids, the Perseids, and the n -Aquarids-Orionids pair. However, a large number of those records do not correspond to suck present showers. This catalogue we obtained can be useful for various astrophysical studies in the future.

The purpose of this study is to raise the need for the management of the deposit copy and preservation of government publications issued by Regional Local Government, and to present improvements to the problems of the management of government publications. To achieve this objective, a list of government publications of Regional Local Government is investigated, and interviews are conducted with record managers and librarians. During the investigation, there were difficulties in identifying the publication list of government publications, and there were fewer government publications that matched the RLG's list of holdings and the list of deposit copies delivered to the National Archives. The proposed improvements include formulating a list of government publications' registrations, constituting list elements of closed publication and partial disclosure of government publications, mandating registration and notification of government publications, specifying the management of government publications in the division of duties for record managers and staff of production departments, and encouraging them to receive training in administration of government publications.

The Records Centers' key institution is that ensure the continuity of custodys until records produced by the Office are transferred to the Archives. The transfer of records is the main works that the records center carries out annually. The introduction of the business management system in 2008 established electronic prodcuction and management of records. And Non-digital records have been registered and managed electronicallly on the system. This study analyzed the transfer procedure of non-digital records and the Transfer List between 2017 and 2019 by the Hamyang Office of Education Records Center. This study proposed improvement of transfer works by idnetifing and measuring the status of electronic management of non-digital records.

We made a robust catalogue of reliable records of meteor showers and storms recorded in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese chronicles. In our new catalogue, there are 35 Korean records, 29 Japanese records, and 93 Chinese records. The temporal frequency distribution of records shows two broad peaks around the 10th and the 16th centuries. We observed that the peak in the 10th century is mainly contributed by the Perseids, while the peak in the 16th century was mainly contributed by the Leonids. We found that the ${\eta}-Aquarids$, the Perseids, the Orionids, and the Leonids have been active during the last two millennia. The oldest record of the ${\eta}-Aquarids$ is that of BC 687 in China, and the oldest record of the Perseids is that of 36 AD. Contrary to previous investigations, there has been no nodal shift of the ${\eta}-Aquarids$ and the Orionids, whose mother comet is the Halley's comet. The oldest record of the Leonids is probably that of 288 AD, instead of 902 AD. We also find some evidence on the existence of a possible shower a-Draconids. We note that our catalogue will be useful to investigate meteor showers.

The study designs and implements a KORMARC/EAD integrated system for the Myongji Digital Library Collections. The purpose of this paper is to design the metadata to Myongji Korean History Collections to provide digital information of high quality to clients, and to develop and implement a model for managing digital library collections. In order to test the model and the quality of the derived metadata, we built a metadata management system, which is connected to the existing KORMARC system. The system consists of two modules- a retrieval and an input module. While in the retrieve mode, one can retrieve KORMARC records of books and archival items, with links to modified EAD files for archival items or to image files for books, in the input mode, one can type two types of data such as a catalog data and an inventory data. Finally, we evaluated the proposed system via mail questionnaires, and propose three suggestions to make this system a much more comprehensive and effective system.

1986년 9월 30일부터 1987년 4월 24일까지의 조사기간에 제두도의 12개 지소에서 채집한 표본들과 조사기간 이전에 추자군도를 포함한 제두도 해역에서 채집된 미동정 표본들을 동정하고 문헌상의 기록들을 종합하여 제주도 해역 집게류의 분류목록을 작성하였다. 이 분류목록에는 9과 34종이 포함되어 있다. 이 중에서 제주도 해역 미기록종은 2종이었고 Dardanus pedunculatus(Herbst)는 한국 미기록종이므로 새로이 기재하고 그림도 작성하였다. 제주도 해역의 집게류 34종은 한국기지종 58종의 58.6%에 해당되며 34종 중에서 17종(50%)은 제주도 해역에서만 기록되었다. 34종 중 7종(20.6%)이 남방형이었고, 34종 중 서식처가 밝혀진 24종주에서 사질과 암석 바닥에 서식하는 종이 18종(75%)이었다. 이와 같은 사실들은 제주도 해역의 해황과 제주도 연안의 저질과 일치한다.

Twenty-five nominal species of Korea stag beetles have been reported from Korea since Heyden (1887). As a result of the present study, seven species are synonymized and the following six species are excluded from Korean fauna because they have been misidentified: Aegus laevicollis, Platycerus delicatulus, P. acuticollis, Gnaphaloryx velutinus, Prismognathus angularis and Nipponodorcus montivagus. The two species, Dorcus taiwanicus and A. laevicollis are discovered newly. Therfore, Korean Lucanidae consists of 14 species of 10 genera.
