Two naturalized species, Glyceria declinata $Br{\acute{e}}b$. and Puccinellia distans (Jacq.) Parl. are herein newly reported from Korea. Glyceria declinata, 'Yu-Reop-Yuk-Jeol-Bo-Ri-Pul', was found along the Seomjin River, Gurye-eup, Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do, as well as along the Gwangjucheon River, Sa-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju. It is distinguished from G. acutiflora by spikelets 15-20mm long and obtuse lemma. Puccinellia distans, "Cheo-Jin-Mi-Kku-Ri-Gwang-I", was found in Yeongjong Island, Incheon, Yongyu Island, Incheon and Chojijin, Ganghwa-gun. It is distinguished from P. nipponica by lemmas 1.8-2.5mm long, ligule 1-2mm long and the lower branches of panicle usually reflexed after anthesis.

Here we report a previously unrecorded species of Korean Allium (Alliaceae) from Geomundo, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do. This taxon, A. pseudojaponicum Makino which has been known to distribute only in the southern part of Japan up to date, is easily distinguished from A. thunbergii G. don by lustrous evergreen leaves and lateral scapes as well as chromosome number (2n=32). The common name, 'Gaet-bu-chu', was newly given considering the property of habitat, which is the dry and rocky grasslands facing to the sea in Korea and Japan. In this study, we redescribe morphological characters, and provide illustrations of habit as well as photographs of habitat.

This article introduces the case of archival management of the War and Women's Human Rights Museum. The War and Women's Human Rights is a nongovernment organization (NGO) focusing on the welfare of the Korean women who survived the Japanese military sexual slavery and is operated by a small museum. On the surface, the institution is registered and operated as a museum; however, as the parent institution's actual work and collection records were transferred and managed, archival management functions account for a large portion of the museum's work. In this study, the museum archivist and the collection archives' characteristics and roles were introduced. As the differences and specialization between general museums and records management institutions are seen through the collection types, the advantages of a museum for archive management were discussed, and a system for records management institutions to move toward cultural institutions was proposed. Furthermore, the record management problems and their impacts on record management in response to the organization's recent crisis, and its future vision and plans were introduced.

낙상은 노인의 건강을 위협하는 가장 심각한 문제 중의 하나이며, 조기사망, 신체손상, 운동장애, 심리학적 기능장애를 유발하는 원인이기도 하다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 노인전문 요양병원 입원 환자들의 의약품 사용이 낙상에 미치는 영향을 평가하는데 있다. 후향적으로 원내 의무기록 정보를 이용하여 환자-대조군 연구를 수행하였고, 2008년 1월부터 2010년 12월까지 3년 기간에 입원한 65세 이상을 대상으로 하였다. 입원기간 중 낙상을 경험한 34명의 노인환자들을 환자군으로 선택하였으며 낙상을 경험하지 않은 68명의 노인환자들을 무작위 추출하여 1:2의 환자군:대조군비율로 연구 대상 환자들을 선정하였다. 환자군이 복용한 의약품을 대조군이 복용한 의약품과 비교하였으며 각 계열별 의약품과 낙상위험도 관계를 평가하였다. 두 그룹간의 인구통계학적 특성은 유사하였고 연령, 성별, 복용 의약품수, 고혈압 유무, 혈중 크레아티닌 수치, 혈중 나트륨 수치, 혈압 또는 심박수에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 항히스타민제와 본 연구에서 유일하게 기타 수면보조제로 분류된 졸피뎀이 유의하게 낙상위험도를 증가시켰다.

한국산 곡정초과 식물은 Nakai(1911)가 6분류군을 정리한 이래 지금까지 14분류군이 발표된 바 있다. 하지만 분류학적 형질이 총포, 포, 꽃받침, 꽃잎, 종자 등 미세형질에 집중되어 있고, 환경에 따라 식물체의 영양형질 변이가 커서 분류학적으로 어려운 분류군에 속하여 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 한반도 곡정초과의 분류학적 연구에 앞서 각 분류군의 과거 표본 기록 및 문헌 자료를 이용해 한반도내 분포 정보를 정리하여 분류군별 분포 범위를 제공하고 그 특성을 연구하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics and the attributes related to Internet use in patients with Internet addiction. This study is a descriptive secondary analysis study, at Internet addiction clinics used the data of 63 patients diagnosed with Internet addiction. Data were obtained from Internet addiction clinic Electronic Medical Records(EMR), there was included the Korean Internet addiction scale(K-scale), Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), Barratt Impulsivity scale(BIS), Conners ADHD Rating Scale(CAARS), Lubben Social Network Scale(LSNS). K-scale had significantly correlations with Internet use time per day, anxiety, impulsivity, Attention deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) symptom. In stepwise multiple regression, factors significantly affecting ADHD symptom (${\beta}=.37$), Internet use time per day(${\beta}=.29$), Impulsivity(${\beta}=.25$), which accounted for 44% of the variance. Results indicate that patients with Internet addiction had psychological difficulties and suggest that children with ADHD needed to intervention for appropriate internet use.

Three unrecorded species, Carex chungii Z. P. Wang, C. tsushimensis (Ohwi) Ohwi, C. multifolia Ohwi were found in Korea. C. chungii Z. P. Wang was found in Is. Wan and Is. Geogeum, Jeollanam-do and Namhae, Gyeongsangnam-do. This species is distinguished from C. leuchoclora Bunge by achenes constricted above in the middle. C. tsushimensis (Ohwi) Ohwi was found in Is. Gageo, Sinan, Jeollanam-do. This species is distinguished from C. conica Boott by pistillate scales with a long arista. C. multifolia Ohwi was found in Haenam, Jeollanam-do. This species is distinguished from C. sachalinensis var. sikokiana (Franch. & Sav.) Ohwi by caespitose and leaf of light gray. We provide here their description, illustration, photographs and the key of related species.

This study aims to examine the limitations of status that describe archives based on the Archival rules, and to propose a new method using the Records in Context - Conceptual model (RiC-CM) as a solution. Given this, the study conducted literature reviews and case studies. The solutions based on RiC-CM and its effects on the limitations of the existing environment are as follows. First, RiC-CM can describe multiple provenances about archives. This can be solved by defining individual records and provenances as "entity" and expressing their associations as relationships. The interrelation of entities alone can more accurately represent the information of provenances associated with a particular archive, making it easier to identify the overall context that makes records. Second, RiC-CM can link related files. Those that belong to a specific records group (fonds) can be resolved by assigning them to individual entities and making interrelation according to the context that makes records. This method makes it possible to serve information about the context that makes records. From the user's point of view, more options are available for searching records. Third, RiC-CM can link all relevant producer-made records related to a specific production organization. If organizations are related to each other, they can be defined as "entity," and their relationship can be expressed as "associated with." It helps to comprehensively examine the context of provenances. The findings of this study are expected to be used as a basis for future research on RiC-CM, in response to the paradigm shift for electronic records management systems.

Asplenium septentrionale (L.) Hoffm., belonging to the family Aspleniaceae, was recently recorded for the first time in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Uljin-gun, Buk-myeon, Docheon-ri. This species is distributed in Northern America, Europe, and Asia. This species, which is related by taxa of Asplenium, is distinguished in that it possesses a leaf blade that is more or less dichotomously divided, forked 1-2(-3) times, and narrowly linear (5- 20 mm length) sori. The newly given Korean name, 'Sol-ip-go-sa-ri' reflects the presence of a linear leaf similar to Korean pine needles. A description of the key characteristics, an illustration, and photographs of the habitats of this plant are provided in this report.

The idea of the vertical filing had been introduced in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century. This is regarded as a root of the management of business records and office works. After the Secund World War, The Occupied Army introduced the American method of the document management and the method as the filing system had been generalized among many offices. However, the filing method bad been regarded the needed skills for clerical staff. The business documents and records have increased in volumes and recognized their value as information resources in business and management. These movements have become a good grounding in introducing and development of records management. To spread the idea and method of records management in business offices, it is required that academic research and training systems must be developed and established. In such situation, The Records management Society, Japan has been established in1989 and the graduate corse on records management has been established in Surugadai Univ. in 1999. Those are the center of research and studying activities on records management in Japan.
