This paper introduces the basic concepts and requirements of database system based on the object-oriented paradigm,and presents the overview of the design of an object-oriented data base system which refects those conceprs and requirements . The system imolemented on C++,consists of three structure layers.The inner layer, which is in fact a storage system,performs file I/O,while the inermediate layer is responisible for most of the functions except the ones rerated to the user interface, such as the transaction management,the schema manage-ment,and the management of buffers in main memory etc.The outer layer,designed mainly for the uwerunteface,mot only privides the functions for graphical user interface,preprocessor,and interpreter etc,but also supports extended SQL for object-oriented features.

The physical access or control of records with material entities is relatively easy. However, in the case of electronic records, due to its heightened applicative aspect that allows anyone with the authority to have access over the data, it requires an appropriate standard and stability to ensure the authenticity and integrity of electronic records. This study performed functional evaluation by extracting the minimum critical items from the national functional requirements documents and standards to explore the access control function that play an important role for the standard records management system to maintain quality requirements of electronic records. Based on this checklist, it evaluates whether the standard records management system properly carries out the access control function and investigates the current condition of application to practical records management work. Records managers generally do not use access control function, which may be because they do not feel the necessity, since the application of records management system is not yet actively promoted. In order for the standard records management system to be developed to become a more active system, it requires system improvement as well as considerations for below factors: First, although the necessity of establishing access control conditions is already recognized, it requires a clear stipulation of the regulation. Second, measures must be taken to implement access control in the records management system through document security solution. Third, it requires self-reflection of records manager, who utilizes the records management system. Instead of placing all responsibility on the National Archives, which established the system, professionals must further develop the system through continuous evaluation and improvement. Finally, a general discussion is required to publicize the issue of functional improvement of records management system. Although there is a bulletin board already created for this purpose, its users are extremely limited and it only deals with current problems. A space in online as well as in offline is required to solve the fundamental problems and exchange opinions.

현대 사회에서 고객으로 대표되는 사용자와 이를 목표로 이익을 추구하는 공급자간의 관계가 복잡해지고 신규 고객의 확보 및 기존 고객과의 관계 유지는 기업 생존에 중요한 요건으로 부각되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 보편화되고 일상화된 모바일 기반의 기기를 이용하여 고객과의 원격 통신 및 관리 기능이 접목된 고객 관리와 서비스 제공 기능을 확장한 고객관계관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 따라서 모바일의 특징을 기반으로 고객관계관리 시스템에서 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 세분화된 고객 관리를 그룹화하며 다양한 고객가치산출 및 분석 등의 기능을 제공하는 고객관계관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 고객의 DB를 통해 서비스 요청 및 관리를 제공하는 부가적 기능을 통합적으로 운영할 수 있는 시스템을 구성하였다.

본 논문은 안전등급 제어 기 기(Programmable Logic Controller) 에서 동작하는 실시간 운영체제의 안전성을 요구사항 단계에서 평가할 수 있는 검토항목을 개발하고 HAZOP(Hazard and Operability) 을 이용하여 현재 개발중인 PLC 운영체제에 적용한 경험 을 기술한다. HAZOP은 화학공장과 같은 산업에서 안전성을 평가하기 위한 방법으로 사용했던 방법론이다. 원자력발전소에 적용하기 위해 운영체제가 갖추어야 할 안전성 요건은 NUREG-0800의 BTP-14(Branch Technical Position)의 소프트웨어 기능특성 및 공정특성에 기술되어 있다. 이러한 기능적인 특성을 정확도, 신뢰성, 타이밍/사이징, 기능성, 강인성, 보안성 항목으로 나누고 세부적인 검토리스트를 만들어 HAZOP을 적용하여 평가하였다.

배출권 거래제의 가장 큰 장점은 주어진 감축목표를 최소의 비용으로 달성할 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 감축목표가 명확하지 않을 경우 배출권 거래제는 정상적인 기능을 발휘하기 어렵다. 온실가스 감축목표의 경우 기후변화문제의 장기적 특성으로 인해 단기적 목표보다는 중장기적 목표의 설정이 중요하다. 결국 국가 차원의 중장기 온실가스 감축목표의 설정이 배출권 거래제의 선행 요건이 된다. 현재 우리나라는 2020년에 대한 국가 목표만 있는 상황인데, 배출권 시장의 원활한 운영을 위해서는 2030년은 물론 2050년에 대한 국가 온실가스 감축목표의 설정이 필요하다. 배출권 시장은 단기적인 목표 뿐만 아니라 중장기적인 목표가 감축여건과 동시에 가격 형성에 영향을 줌으로써 비용효과적 자원배분을 촉진할 수 있다.

최근 내장형 시스템의 보급과 발전으로 휴대용 기기에서 다양한 애플리케이션들을 이용하고 있다. 특히. 핸드폰과 스마트폰과 같은 정보 통신 기기들은 과거의 전화 기능 외에도 개인 정보 관리 및 게임 등 다양한 기능을 수행한다. 또한 차세대 무선 통신 기술로써 SDR(Software Defined Radio)등의 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이렇게 소형의 휴대 기기에서 다양한 기능과 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시스템의 구조가 동적으로 재구성되어야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. SDR 시스템의 경우, 하나의 장치에서 두 개 이상의 신호 처리(Signal Processing) 기법이 소프트웨어적으로 제공되어야 한다. 이러한 유연성(Flexibility) 및 재구성(Reconfigurability)을 요건들을 만족시키는 시스템을 위해서는 운영체제 단계에서 동적인 재구성 기법을 제공해주어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 비동기적(Asynchronous) 교체를 이용하여 기존의 동적 재구성 기법의 지연 시간을 줄이는 방법을 설명하며 실험을 통해 그것을 증명하도록 한다.

The main purpose of this study is to analyse and evaluate the metadata elements of 'Records System' and 'Electronic Document System' specifications for Korean government agencies based on functional requirements of ISO 15489. This present paper begins with discussing the characteristics of recordskeeping metada, and extract the metadata elements fulfilling the ISO 15489 functional requirements. And this study tries to compare the metadata elements of current specifications with ISO 15489 elements. Based on these analyses, it suggests the directions for improving current metadata specifications and for developing national metadata standard.

개방화시대에 제품의 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템운영관리 측면에서 실시간 모니터링 운영의 효율성이 증대 하고 있고 이를 바탕으로 서비스의 품질 및 기술력 향상과 고객만족 서비스 등 경제성이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능의 운영측면에서 보다는 보다 더 다양한 고객의 요구가 반영이 가능한 새로운 형태의 실시간 업무지원이 가능한 모니터링 시스템 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능에서 보다 업무지원이 기능이 강하된 모니터링 툴 이다. 즉 업무(Application) 프로세스의 장애현상에 따른 무응답을 사전 감시하고 System의 자원사용현황을 개발 및 운영자 위주의 실시간으로 감시환경 모니터링 서비스 제공이 가능한 기능으로 설계 따라서 시스템관리에서 보다 안정적인 운영을 제공 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 업무 프로세스의 장애를 점검할 수 있는 모니터링 툴 검토하여 실무자를 통하여 업무장애 유형에 따른 감시항목 및 의견 수렴, 요건정의에 따른 업무설명회 수행, 탠덤 시스템 모니터링 프로젝트 수행 필요한 기능을 개발 할 것이다. 또한 시스템 운영자 입장에서 실시간 모니터링 서비스를 통하여 업무(Application)프로그램의 전송지연 및 장애 원인을 한눈에 파악 점검 하도록 하며 각 기능별 시스템(System)별 장애 감시 통하여 사용자에서 현재 상태를 종합음성경보(SMS) 구축 연계하여 지원한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 중요한 요소로 기존의 많은 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템관리 기능을 비교 분석을 통하여 보다 효율성이 높은 고객서비스 기능과 업무지원이 가능한 실시간 시스템관리 모니터링 툴을 개발 한다.

This study investigated how presence will affect the user's trust in educational serious game. To achieve our research purposes, we divide presence into two parts: virtual presence and social presence and identify the relationship between trust and trustworthiness. and also, we separate out trust such as trust in learning and trust in fun according to users purposes. We conduct the survey using the english serious game for university student. The results show that presence significantly influence on trustworthiness and also trustworthiness effect on trust in learning and fun.

최근 다양한 연구를 통하여 전신 진동기 운동이 신체의 근골격계, 순환계 및 내분비계 등에 효과적임이 보고되고 있다. 특히 전신 진동운동이 노인의 낙상예방, 파킨슨 및 뇌졸중 환자와 같은 신경학적 질환자의 자세조절 및 기능향상을 위한 재활치료 방법으로 효과가 있다고 밝혀졌다. 그러나 아직까지 전신 진동운동에 적합한 의료 허가를 받은 제품이 없으며, 일부 유사한 진동감을 제공하는 기기를 위주로 제작되고 있는 상황이다. 추후 의료기기의 수요를 고려할 때 고령사회로의 진입 속도가 빨라짐에 따라 노인들에게 적합한 진동기의 개발이 필요하다. 노인들은 운동참여에 보수적이며 사회성이 떨어지기 때문에 운동기의 기능적 요건과 더불어 참여를 유도하는 환경 요인을 함께 제공할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 진동 운동기를 이용한 운동 효과를 분석하고 전신 진동운동에 적합한 가상현실 컨텐츠를 제시하였으며, 국내외 개발 및 연구 중인 기기와 컨텐츠 개발 동향을 제시하였다.
