Vector signal analyzer 등과 같은 신호분석기에서는 현재 주로 사용하고 있는 주파수대 (30GHz 이하)의 다양한 신호를 수신하여 분석하는 기능이 요구된다. 이러한 시스템에서는 대상 신호의 특성이 매우 다양하기 때문에 기본적으로 광대역 신호를 수신할 수 있도록 설계하고 필요에 따라서 원하는 신호를 추출하여 상세하게 분석할 수 있도록 설계한다. 종래에는 이러한 기능을 구현하기가 매우 어려웠으나 SDR (software defined radio) 기술의 발달에 힘입어 광대역 수신기의 설계가 용이해지고 있다. 본 고에서는 SDR 구조를 기반으로 한 광대역 수신기의 구조 및 원리를 기술한다.

이 논문에서는 MPEG-21 환경에서의 툴 서버의 역할과 기능을 제안한다. MPEG-21의 목적은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 전자적 생성, 배포, 거래를 투명하게 이용할 수 있게 하여 상호 운용 가능한 멀티미디어 프레임워크를 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. MPEG-21을 구성하는 주 요소로서 DIP(Digital Item Processing)과 DIA(Digital Item Adaptation)이 있다. DIP는 디지털 리소스에 메타 데이터 정보를 구조화하여 표현할 수 있는 DI(Digital Item)를 생성하고 소비하는 기능을 가진다. DIA는 사용자가 터미널 또는 네트워크 특성에 맞게 고유의 DI를 적응시켜서 보내주는 기능을 한다. 툴 서버(Tool server)는 DIP 또는 DIA로부터 필요로 하는 소프트웨어 툴을 검색하여 적합한 툴을 제공해 주는 기능을 한다. DIA가 DI 자체를 사용자 요구에 맞게 적응시켜 소비시켜 주는 일을 한다면 툴 서버는 터미널 환경에 맞추어 DI를 소비하는데 적합한 툴을 찾아서 구동시켜 주는 기능을 한다. 본 논문에서는 DIP와 DIA에서 사용되는 툴 서버에 대한 역할과 기능을 제안한다. 이 논문은 다음과 같이 구성된다. 1장에서 MPEG-21 환경에서 툴 서버의 필요성과 역할을 알아본다. 그리고 2장에서는 툴 서버의 구조와 각 모듈별 기능을 살펴본다. 3장에서는 툴 서버를 DIP와 연동했을 때 시나리오를 설명한다. 마지막 4장에서 결론을 맺는다.

In this study, as the role and function of university libraries have been expanded to become a base for local information services and local information service centers along with the demands of the times, this study seeks to find ways to revitalize university library services using local cultural contents. I did. As a result, first, university libraries select core cultural contents representing the region or contents related to people from the region as regional cultural contents, receive information from relevant institutions in the region, or directly It must perform social, cultural and educational functions based on culture and art. Second, when planning programs related to local cultural contents, university libraries should proceed in the form of combining local visits, learning, reading, and experiences. Third, university libraries should play a role as a repository of cultural resources and a hub of cultural resources through systematic and stable preservation of cultural resources and widespread service expansion through the establishment of a local cultural resource management system.

Under the premise that parks have been a performing field of welfare ideology that benefits the citizen from the past, the present study began with a basic question on what substance a park has and how it has worked. Therefore, this study tried to find out the theoretic background that can explain the roles of a park as an instrument for welfare, of which topic is currently being discussed, and examine how the ideology in the debate regarding welfare characteristics of parks are differentiated from those of social welfare. In addition, this study divided the process of development of parks defined by Galen Cranz in an attempt to view how welfare benefits offered by parks have changed in their development and looked into the roles and types of welfare functions that parks provided to the citizens under a certain social situation by period. Furthermore, the characteristics and development of the ideology underlying a welfare park were examined by function and element in its progression. The results of this study are as follows. The functions that parks have performed so far can be classified into three categories. First, they have a remedial function. Parks have given direct services to 'the socially disadvantaged' such as relief, fostering, and rehabilitation. Second, parks have played a preventive function. They aim to reinforce the functions of individual, family, group, and community. Third, they have exerted a developmental function. They function to promote change of society in a way for it to contribute to social development. Looking into the roles and functions of parks from the perspective of their beneficiary class and benefits, the following were discovered. First, the beneficiaries of welfare characteristics in parks have expanded to the general public from the poor class, and the benefits of parks have spread into the public including the underprivileged in a real sense. Second, the significance of welfare characteristics in parks has also changed from literal benefits to caring for basic human rights. Third, the purpose of welfare characteristics in parks has changed from providing minimal conditions to optimal conditions. At its beginning, the ideology of welfare in parks remained ideal, confining itself to their idealistic characteristics; but as time went on, they created several social benefits in response to various social demands, developing into a field where welfare ideology manifests and is realized in an active manner. Furthermore, it was witnessed that the parks and welfare of the present times are standing at the point of contact for participation and universal well-being. The present study reconsidered the meaning and value of parks from perspective of them as a provider of welfare benefits as well as examined how the welfare ideology of parks is connected to practice. By doing so, this study discovered the various roles, values, and ideology that parks should bear in the future. Therefore, this study is expected to be a good example for future research related to the topic.

사회복지 분야는 정부가 개입해야 하는 대표적인 정책영역이나, 공공성을 강조하면서, 시장기능을 전혀 고려하지 않는 정부개입은 정부실패라는 왜곡을 발생시킨다. 사회복지 서비스는 공공재라기 보다는 가치재로서, 사유재 성격을 가지므로 정부와 시장역할에 대한 균형된 시각이 필요하다. 시장실패와 함께 정부실패라는 경제적 왜곡현상을 동시에 고려하면서, 정부와 시장의 최적역할분담이 이루어져야 한다. 보육정책의 방향은 공공성이 높으므로, 정부가 주도가 되어 모든 국민들에게 똑같은 보육서비스를 공급하는 것이다. 획일적인 보육서비스 질을 정부재원의 확대로서 높이려는 정책방향은 필연적으로 정부실패라는 왜곡을 발생시킨다. 현재 많은 전문가들이 지적하는 민간부문의 보육서비스 질이 낮은 근본원인은 시장규제에 있다. 즉 영리법인의 시장진입을 금지하고, 가격을 규제하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 보육서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 보육시장의 정부규제를 철폐해야 한다. 보육시장에 대한 규제 철폐없이 모든 국민들을 대상으로 한 보육재정의 확대는 재정의 낭비를 초래하게 된다. 보육정책의 바람직한 방향은 정부와 시장의 역할분담을 통해서이다. 보육서비스의 외부 불경제 효과가 높은 만큼, 시장에서 충족시키지 못하는 일정소득 이하 계층에 대한 보육서비스는 정부에서 무상으로 제공해야 한다. 그러나 일정소득 수준이상의 계층에게는 다양한 수요가 시장기능에 의해 해결될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 시장실패의 논리와 함께 정부실패라는 왜곡의 심각성을 인식하고, 정부와 시장기능에 대한 최적의 역할분담이 이루어져야 한다.

Korea e-government sets the goal of reaching the full integration stage. In this study, we propose a role model of the National Informatization Agency which is a fundamental organization for achieving the goal. The National Informatization Agency assumes full charge of support functions needed for consistent and efficient accomplishment of all the e-government projects, and those functions include e-government planning, project administration, national IT resource operation, national standards management, and project audit and evaluation. The proposed role-model is expected to be a theoretical basis for innovative government at informatization.

An Integrated Management Platform, which plays a core role in managing u-City, intelligently control various infra-structure components by accommodating a large number of sensors and devices; and analyzing data received from these sensors and devices through wired/wireless sensor networks. In this paper, the services provided by the integrated management platform for u-City are classified into common application service, operational management service, and platform gateway service, and furthermore detailed functions for each service are defined. These functions, through their roles and information flows, will clarify the requirements of the integrated management platform, and through their addition and modification will be utilized as a reference model for the functional organization of the integrated management platform.

본고에서는 B-ISDN의 기반기술인 ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode)을 기반으로 하는 광대역 지역망 교환 시스팀(ATM-MSS)의 교환 및 관리 구조에 대하여 기술한다. 먼저 ATM-MSS의 기본 구조 및 기능을 개괄적으로 살펴본 후, 이러한 교환 및 전송기능을 관리하는 ATM-MSS 관리 기능을 구조 및 기능면에서 기술한다. 또한 ATM 교환장치를 사용한 망 개념인 ATM-Highway를 통한 ATM-MSS의 활용방안에 대하여 설명한다.

The film music in the 1940s is characteristic of its functional role of afterward crime movie and for expressed theme of scene to causing tension by encompassing the situational description of the scenes as well as psychological struggles of characters within the realm of musical techniques. This study demonstrates the process of change of theme music that expresses time-dependent plot development in Double Indemnity in which Miklos Rozsa participated as a music director and the result verifies the hypothesis that stimulate the senses and induces increased for the absorbed in the scene musical elements can be adopted as a symbolic means to emotions in movies.

TFT Color LCD 가 보급화되면서 모바일 폰 뿐만 아니라 우리 생활에 친근하게 사용되고 있는 가전 제품 인터페이스 영역에도 점차 그 활용범위가 넓어지고 있는 추세이다. 또, 가전 제품의 역할이 단순히 식품을 보관하거나 집안의 온도를 시원하게 바꿔주는 기본 기능 중심에서, 가족간 커뮤니케이션을 돕는 역할 또는 다양한 정보를 전달해주는 엔터테인먼트 기능 중심으로 변화해 가고 있다. 최근 이러한 복잡한 기능을 편리하게 수행하면서도 동시에 가족 모두가 사용할 수 있는 친근한 인터페이스 디자인을 개발하는데 있어서 캐릭터라는 소재는 유용하게 활용 되고 있다. 가전 제품에서 캐릭터의 활용 부분은 첫 번째, 사용자에게 피드백 정보를 좀더 친근하게 전달하는 것이다. 제품의 상태나 어떤 동작에 대한 수행 결과를 텍스트 혹은 아이콘 위주의 전달 방법보다 좀더 친근하게 표현할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 두 번째는 프로그래스 애니메이션 부분이다. 제품이 어떤 기능을 수행하고 있는지 캐릭터의 동작을 통해 명확하게, 그리고 재미있게 전달해주는 기능이다. 세 번째는 메시지 전달 측면이다. 가족간의 메모 전달이나 생일, 기념일 등에 대한 축하 메시지를 캐릭터가 메신저 역할을 함으로써 좀더 밝고 경쾌한 환경을 만들어준다. 마지막으로, 대기화면이나 화면보호기 부분이다. 제품을 사용하지 않는 상태에서 사용자가 원하는 이미지로 설정이 가능하도록 하여 개인화 부분을 충족시킬 수 있다. 이와 같이, 멀티미디어 기기나 모바일 폰과 같은 개인 중심형 제품이 아닌 가족 중심형 가전 제품의 인터페이스 디자인에는 친근한 이미지가 부가된 캐릭터의 활용이 사용성은 물론 감성적 측면에서도 좀더 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 디자인을 완성해 가는데 긍정적인 역할을 수행할 것이다.
