Comparison of Satisfaction Before and After Dental Implant (치과 임플란트 시술 전·후 만족도 변화 비교)

  • This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the satisfaction of patients undergoing dental implant surgery and to improve the satisfaction after the procedure. According to the study results of 178 dental implants patients who visited the dental hospital, regarding changes made before and after the implant procedure, 1.07 in terms of the masticatory function, while the social function evolved 0.7 points. In addition, the psychological function showed transformation 0.97 points. Furthermore, it will be necessary to make constant management through education and counseling regarding effective oral health management methods posterior to the implant procedure.

Analysis of Employment Effects on Life Satisfaction of the Elderly (취업이 노인의 삶에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This study aims to examine the effects of employment on the physical health, psychological function, and life satisfaction of the elderly. Participants were 4,165 persons (men 1,739, women 2,426) aged 65 over. Physical health was composed of ADLs(Activities of daily living), pains, and disorders. Psychological function was measured by cognitive functions (subtraction, instruction execution, memory test, and item use) and emotional difficulty. Life satisfaction, work satisfaction, and work level were also measured. Major findings in this study are as follows: First, gender, marriage, and education level had significant effects on the participants' life satisfaction, but religion and financial incomes did not. Second, employment had significant effects on their physical health, psychological function, and life satisfaction. Third, pain, cognitive functions, emotional difficulty, and work satisfaction had significant effects on the life satisfaction of the working elderly. But, work level and incomes had not significant effects on the elderly's life satisfaction. In addition, an interaction between cognitive functions and emotional difficulty on life satisfaction was found.

Patients' Functional Satisfaction of Dental Implant Treatment (임플란트 시술에 대한 환자의 기능별 만족도)

  • This study was aimed to provide basic data which are fairly useful to improve satisfaction level of patients by analyzing factors related to each functional satisfactions of dental implant treatment. The subjects of this study were 120 patients who received implant treatment and analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and pearson's correlation. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Differences of each functional satisfaction according to general characteristics was not reveal statistically significant. 2. A group to got periodic scaling and tooth brushed four or more times a day showed the highest satisfaction of social and esthetic function(p < .05). 3. A group to implantation in premolar area showed the highest satisfaction of masticatory function and a group to implantation in incisor to be high in satisfaction of social and esthetic function, but the differences were not statistically significant 4. A group to got implant treatment at a dental hospital showed the highest satisfaction of both social and esthetic function, and at a general hospital were found lowest(p < .05). 5. Masticatory function, social function, esthetic function, and overall satisfaction were found to be in a positive correlations, and especially, the correlation coefficient between the overall satisfaction and social function was found to be highest(p < .01).

A Structural Equation Modelling of the Relationship between User Experience, Self-efficacy and Game Performance in Healthcare Serious Gam (체감형 헬스게임에서 사용자경험과 자기효능감이 게임 만족도와 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to predict satisfaction and performance of sensible healthcare game using motion recognition sensor, this study analyzed the effects of flow, presence and social cognitive factor and then, it attempted to verify structural relationships thereof. Self-efficacy, being a social cognitive factor, was found to affect the level of functional satisfaction of health game but it showed no direct effect to intention of using game. Flow experience was also observed to be a meaningful predictor for the level of functional and entertainment satisfaction in the direction hypothesized. It is also shown that presence exerts a direct effect on functional satisfaction. Finally, it is discovered that functional satisfaction has meaningful influence on entertainment satisfaction as well as future intention to use. The results verifies that even in sensible healthcare game, user experience and social cognitive factor have significant effects on satisfaction and performance of a serious game.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 직·간접적으로 수행하고 있는 창업교육, 창업지원제도, 창업멘토링의 매개를 통하여 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 대학생의 창업 가능성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 방향성을 제시하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에서 창업효능감에 따라 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위해 채택한 변수는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링을 독립변수로 지정하였고, 둘째, 창업의지를 종속변수로 지정하였으며, 셋째, 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링과 창업의지 사이에서 창업효능감을 조절변수로 지정하였다. 넷째, 창업지원제도인식은 정부창업지원정책과 대학창업지원사업으로 창업멘토링은 멘토링 기능(문제해결 기능, 네트워킹 기능, 의사소통 기능, 동기부여 기능)과 멘토 신뢰(인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰)로 구분하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습을 교사가 교실 수업과 사이버가정학습 시스템을 연계하여 운영함에 있어 어떤 요인이 사이버가정학습에 대한 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 기술수용모형을 기반으로 Y초등학교 5학년 학생들을 대상으로 6개월간 운영한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 초등학생들에게 사이버가정학습 만족도는 지각된 유용성과 용이성에 의하여 결정되는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기주도적 학습 능력과 학습결과보상기능은 사이버가정학습을 긍정적으로 수용할 수 있는 유용성에 상당한 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상했던 교육적 효과, 콘텐츠 품질은 만족도를 직접적으로 유발시키는 본질적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있었다. 학습지원기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 상호작용 등 시스템적인 기능이 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 요인들은 단지 콘텐츠의 품질을 향상시키는 효과를 가지며, 이 효과를 통해 교육적 효과를 강화시키는 역할을 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 학습을 지원하는 기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 선생님과 학생 또는 학생 간의 상호작용이 가능하도록 지원하는 모든 시스템적인 기능은 수강생의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치거나 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 본질적이고 핵심적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있다.

Congruity effects of University Students' Self-Image on the Satisfaction to Social Enterprise: Focused on SEN Clubs (사회적기업에 대한 대학생의 자아이미지 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: SEN 동아리를 중심으로)

  • Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty.   • 최근 사회적기업의 빠른 성장세와 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 사회적기업은 영세한 사업규모, 정부에의 재정적 의존, 전문 경영 인력과 지식의 부재, 소비자의 낮은 인지도 등 많은 한계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 사회적기업의 경제적 자립을 위한 마케팅 분야의 실증적 연구가 필요하지만 현재 이에 대한 선행연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 (1) 사회적기업의 이미지와 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, (2) 사회적기업의 상품에 대한 소비자의 기대수준과 실제 성과와의 기능적 일치성, (3) 사회적기업 상품이 내포하는 사회적 가치와 소비자의 가치일치성이 사회적기업에 대한 고객만족과 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살피고, 이 과정에서 사회적기업 동아리 소속 여부의 조절적 역할을 확인하여 사회적기업의 장기적인 마케팅에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성은 모두 사회적기업의 소비자가 사회적기업과 그 상품에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 애호도를 형성하게 한다. 둘째, 사회적 기업 동아리 소속여부는 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향의 민감도를 낮추는 조절변수로 나타나 사회적기업에 대한 만족에 있어 동아리 활동이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

A Study on the Effect of Care Farming Program on Satisfaction -Focused on the Mediating Effect of Functional Image and Emotional Image- (치유농업프로그램이 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -기능적 이미지와 감정적 이미지의 매개효과 중심으로-)

  • This study analyzed the effects of healing agriculture program types on program satisfaction by using functional image and emotional image of the program as mediators for the participants of healing agriculture program. The sub-variables of the healing agriculture program were classified into horticultural healing, animal healing, food healing, and forest healing. 328 questionnaires collected from the participants of healing agriculture program in the whole country were used for empirical analysis, which used SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4 to analyze the parallel multiple mediation model. First, Among the types of healing agriculture programs, animal healing, food healing, and forest healing had a positive (+) effect on functional image. Second, all types of healing agriculture program had a positive (+) effect on emotional image. Third, both functional and emotional images had a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, among the types of healing agriculture program, horticultural healing, animal healing, and forest healing had a significant effect on satisfaction, while food healing did not maintain the significant effect on satisfaction. Fifth, functional image mediated between healing agriculture program and satisfaction. Sixth, emotional image mediated between healing agriculture program type and satisfaction. In the next study, it is necessary to study for the adjustment of mediators other than the mediators introduced in this study or the controlled mediated analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator variable is introduced.

A Study on Motivation and Utilization of SNS for High School Students in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how social motivation, functional motivation, playful motivation, and psychological motivation affect SNS user satisfaction in order to find out what factors are important to Korean high school students in using SNS. As a result, playful motives, functional motives, and psychological motives except social motives have an effect on SNS user satisfaction, and this satisfaction has a positive effect on students' value formation. These results suggest that the reason why Korean high school students use SNS is that they need it and enjoy it, that is, they use SNS from a personal point of view, and are not related to social phenomena. However, social motives were found to have a positive effect on functional and playful motives. In other words, various social phenomena, which are social motives, provide an opportunity and theme for the use of SNS, and functional motives have positive effects on playful and psychological motives. In other words, the various functions provided by SNS have a positive effect on the selection and use of SNS.
