Currently, Many serious games which combine original purpose of each fields with fun of a game has been developing in the country, abroad. This paper describes problems of development of serious game which based on the paper, analyzed development status of serious games in the country and abroad, proposes development methods. This paper should help to growth serious games industry.

기존의 미국 식품의약국(FDA, Food and Drug Administration)규정에 따르면 어떤 식품첨가물의 기능과 안정성을 평가하는 방법은 그때 그때 각각의 경우에 맞게 설정하여 실시하게 되어 있다. 이런 평가 방법은 포괄적이기는 하지만 과잉의 기능과 안정성 시험을 실시하는 결과를 초래해 왔다. 여기서는 새로운 식품 첨가물에 대한 안정성 시험 시 그 첨가물이 사용되는 실제 조건 하에서 체계적이고 과학적인 접근 방법에 따라 시험이 되도록 할 것을 제안하고자 한다. 체계적인 방법으로 시험하기 위해서는 새로 개발된 식품첨가물들이 사용하게 될 적용 대상 식품의 여러가지조건(pH, 수분, 가공 및 저장 온도)에서 그 첨가물의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 화학적, 물리적 주요 요인들이 먼저 결정되어야 한다. 그 다음 기능성과 안전성에 관련된 요소들이 하나의 모델 시스템으로 조직화되어 주요요인들의 측정 범위가 정해져야 한다. 마지막으로 설정된 모델 시스템은 첨가물이 실제 적용받게 되는 가공,운송, 저장 조건 하에서의 사용 조건을 고려한 상태에서 첨가물을 시험하여 기능과 안정성이 입증되어야 한다. 일단 증명이 되면 그 모델 시스템은 사용 가능성이 있는 적용 범위에까지도 그 첨가물의 기능성과 안정성을 평가할 수 있게 해준다. 이 논문에서는 식품첨가물 시험방법에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 설명하고 아스파탐의 예를 들어서 그 방법을 조명해 보고자 한다.

Serious games combine game entertainment with original purpose in special fields(education, health, sport, military, public), Now, many serious games have been developing in this country, but main points on development factors in serious games have not been presented. In this paper, we analyze existing games which were developed for psychotherapy with essential factors of human-service game presented by Hy Resnick and Moshe Sherer, for developing serious games in psychotherapy field. And, we discuss development methods of psychotherapy game based on the analyzed factors. This paper shows theoretical bases in serious game for psychotherapy, provides guidelines for developers to produce a serious game in psychotherapy.

The development of functional polymeric materials for biomedical application has progressed on the basis of functionality, biocompatibility and biodegradability. In this paper we review the functional polymeric biomaterialsbased systems and propose a range of biomedical applications in the near future. These systems include the functional biodegradable polymers synthesized in our research laboratory, biodegradable polymeric materials, thermosensitive polymeric materials, cationic polymeric materials, non-condensing polymeric biomaterials, bio-polymeric DNA matrix for tissue engineering, and polymeric biomaterials for RNA interference (RNAi) technology.

현재 발광 소자, 태양전지, 디스플레이 등의 산업 분야에서는 저반사 나노 패턴, 광결정 패턴, 초소수성 나노 구조 등을 적용하여 소자의 효율을 향상시키기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기능성 패턴 제작을 위해서는 기능성 소재의 증착, 노광 공정, 식각 등의 복잡하고 고가인 공정이 필요하기 때문에 실제 적용이 어려운 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 나노 입자가 분산된 레진을 직접 임프린팅하는 저비용의 간단한 공정으로 나노 크기에서 마이크론 크기에 이르는 다양한 기능성 패턴을 제작하였다. 구체적으로, ZnO 나노 입자를 PMMA 레진에 분산하여 나노 입자 솔루션을 제작하였고 열경화 임프린트 공정을 통해서 Si 및 글래스 기판 위에 micron 및 sub-micron 급의 격자 패턴을 형성하였다. 이후 레진에 포함되는 ZnO 나노 입자 함량비에 따른 굴절률 및 투과도와 표면 거칠기에 따른 접촉각 측정을 통해서 기능성 패턴의 광학특성 및 표면특성을 분석하였다.

Serious games are designed for special purposes of education, training, treatment as well as game-like fun and entertainment. Recently, domestic and foreign market of serious game are growing rapidly. By dissemination of smartphone, the global market for serious game will be expanded for various purposes and users. In this paper, we design and implement serious game 'QUICK REMEMBER 20' for memory improvement using smartphone. We analyze game users based on socio-demographic characteristics and evaluate the learning effectiveness of this game with statistic method.

본 연구는 기능성 신사화 착용이 즉각적인 선자세 족저압력 분포 변화에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 남성 물리치료사 8명을 대상으로 하루 간격을 두고 동일한 대상에게 일반적 신사화와 기능성 신사화를 착용하고 선 자세 동안 높은 족저압력의 발과 낮은 족저압력의 발간에 족저압력 분포를 비교하였다. 비교 분석 결과, 일반화를 착용한 선 자세에서 높은 족저압력의 발과 낮은 족저압력의 발간에 족저압력 비율이 유의한 차이를 보였지만 기능성 신사화에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 높은 족저압력 분포 발에서 기능성 및 일반적 신사화간에 전족부와 후족부의 압력이 차이를 보였다. 선 자세에서 기능성 신사화가 일반적 신사화 보다 즉각적으로 정상 생리적 자세를 유도하는 것으로 보였다.

식생활 패턴의 서구화에 따른 육류 소비 증가와 더불어 영양 불균형 초래 및 비만과 당뇨, 고혈압 등 각종 성인병의 대두로 인하여 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 식생활 패턴이 채식중심으로 변화되고 있어 기능성 신선편의 식품의 보급이 필요하다. 특히, 선진국에서도 최소가공 처리된 기능성 샐러드 제품의 소비가 증가하고 있고, 향후 국내에서도 성인병 예방 기능성 샐러드 등 신선편의 식품 소비의 개연성은 높다. (중략)

It has recently been considered urgent to establish an accurate definition and scope of functional foods in the livestock industry in Korea. The tertiary function of food is gradually emphasized with various changes in conditions such as international competitive power enhancement of the whole world, including Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study was carried out to gather basic information toward the establishment of standardization, management plans, and a system adapted to the Korean state through researching management systems of functional meat and meat products in the European Union (EU) and the Oceania Area (OA). A brief summary of this study is as follows. In the EU and OA, special management systems and laws about functional livestock and products were once nonexistent; only 'nutrition claims' and 'health claims' operated in the nutritional consolidation side of foods. Also, it was once thought that functional index materials and permissions established in the application of functional products sufficed, because management standards for enriched food were not established. Therefore, standardization of functional live stock products needs to be considered based on the case of developed countries in the EU and OA. It also seems that the above functional indicative substances can be applied, based on normal standards of indicative substances of functional products and the normal standards of indicators of functional substances added to livestock products presented in this study.
