This paper deals with Slavic discourse deixis comparing Russian, Polish, Czech and Bulgarian demonstrative and personal pronouns. In general, the Slavic proximal pronouns have precedence over the distal ones. Proximal pronouns, such as Russian eto, Polish to, and Bulgarian tova, are employed more frequently and widely than their distal counterparts to, tamto and onova. The distance-neutral pronoun to in Modern Czech was also a proximal pronoun in the past. These Slavic proximal and former-proximal pronouns function as a discourse deixis marker, whereas, in most other languages, the discourse deixis is mainly a function of distal or non-proximal demonstrative pronouns. However, the Russian, Polish, Czech, and Bulgarian discourse deixis differs in distal demonstrative and personal pronouns. In general, the Polish and Czech discourse deixis does not employ the distal demonstrative pronoun tamto or the personal pronoun ono. The Russian distal demonstrative pronoun to is actively used as a discourse deixis marker, and the personal pronoun ono can also be used to refer to the preceding discourse, though it is not frequent. In Bulgarian the distal demonstrative pronoun onova is rarely used to refer to a discourse, but the personal pronoun to frequently indicates a discourse that is repeatedly referred to in a text. The discourse deixis, which is a peripheral deixis and can be both deixis and anaphora, reveals different characteristics in different Slavic languages. In Russian, where all of the proximal, distal, and personal pronouns function as a discourse deixis marker, the deixis itself plays a crucial role in distinguishing these three pronouns from each other, revealing the speaker's psychological, emotional, temporal, and cognitive proximity to or distance from a given discourse. In Bulgarian, the most analytic Slavic language, the personal pronoun is used more as a discourse deixis marker to reveal the highest givenness of a discourse, and it seems that Bulgarian discourse deixis is more anaphoric than the other Slavic discourse deixis is.

부산시 사하구에서는 발전하는 경제추세와 지방화시대에 발맞추어 2천년대 서부산의 중추기능을 수행하는 낙동강권의 중심도시로 지역사회가 원하는 공공시설을 수용하고 지역의 Land Mark로서 구청의 이미지를 부각시키는 등 대민봉사의 질향상과 구민편의를 제공코자 신청사 건립 현상설계 경기를 실시했다. 이 설계경기에서는 총 11개 작품이 제출되어 심사한 결과 일신설계(정태복)안이 당선작으로 선정됐으며, 우수작으로는 신도시 설계감리(박찬실)안이, 가작으로는 부원종합건축(정성규)안이 각각 선정됐다. 본지에서는 이번 현상설계 경기의 심사과정, 심사평과 함께 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.

국내에서 개발중인 항공기 지상이동유도 및 통제시스템(A-SMGCS)의 핵심 기능인 경로, 감시, 안내, 통제기능 중 통제기능은 충돌상황을 예측하고 관제사에게 이를 알려주어 충돌상황을 해결하는 매우 중요한 핵심기능이다. 본 연구에서는 A-SMGCS 충돌기능에 대해 소개하고 해외 검증사례를 분석하여 현재 개발중인 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 검증방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 항공기의 안전한 지상이동을 위하여 본 연구에서는 통제기능의 실제 운용시험평가를 하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 논문의 목적은 ‘다중 동사성 명사 구문’(Multiple Verbal Noun Construe-tions)의 논항실현 양상을 이론 중립적으로 고찰해 보고, 이 분석을 제약기반 문법 이론인 최근의 핵 심어주도 구구조문법 (Head-driven Phrase Structure Grammar)틀 안에서, 특히 다중계승위 계를 가정하는 제약기반 어휘부를 기반으로 형식화해 논항의 실현과정을 기술하고 설명하는 것이다. 우선 일본어의 유사한 현상을 분석한 Grimshaw & Mester (1988)의 격실현 양상에 관한 일반화를 기반으로 한국어 동사성명사구문의 논항실현 양상을 ‘논항전이’ (argument transfer)라는 이론적 장치를 이용해 형식화할 수 있음을 보이고, 동사성 합성명사의 논항구조를 만들기 위해 ‘논항합성’(argument composition)이라는 이론적 장치를 제안한다. 나아가서 다중 동사성 명사구문의 논항실현 과정에서 보이는 겹격표지 현상을 ‘격 복사’(case copying)를 제안해 동사성 명사의 격표지가 합성 명사에서 분리되어 문장단위에서 실현될 때 동일한 격을 복사해 실현한다는 점을 주장하고자 한다. 이 주장을 뒷받침하기 위해 수동과 능동 등 문법기능의 변화현상에서 하위범주화된 요소들의 격변화가 자의적이 아님을 실례를 들어 보여 주고자 한다. 일본어의 경동사 (light verbs)에 관한 분석 인 Grimshaw Meste, (1988) 이래 한국어에서도 이와 유사한 구문에 대한 재조명이 활발하게 이루어져 왔다 (Ryu (1993b), 채희락 (1996), Chae (1997) 등 참조). 한국어에서 ‘하다’와 동사성명사(verbal nouns)가 결합하여 이루어진 ‘동사성명사구문’ (Verbal Noun Constructions)에 대한 기존의 논의는 대부분 하나의 동사성 명사가 ‘하다’나 ‘되다등 소위 문법기능을 바꾸는 ‘경동사’들과 결합하여 복합술어가 되는 문법적 현상에 초점이 맞춰져 있었다. 그와 비교해서 동사성 명사의 어근이 두 개 이상 결합하여 동사성명사들끼리 합성명사(compound nouns)를 이루고 그 동사성 합성명사가 문법기능의 변화를 바꾸는 ‘경동사’와 결합하여 이루어진 복합술어에 대해서는 논의가 거의 없는 형편이다. 특히 이 지적은 핵심어주도 구절구조문법틀 내에서는 논란의 여지가 없다. 본 논문의 대상은 바로 이러한 합성 동사성명사의 논항구조와 동사성명사에 의해 하위범주화된 논항들의 문법적 실현양상이다.

"SH공사(서울주택도시공사)가 내년 1월부터 '청신호 건축사'라는 이름으로 전문가 인력풀(Pool)을 운영하고, 매입임대를 늘려 신축 리모델링에서 역할을 할 수 있도록 제도화할 계획입니다. 그동안 SH공사가 '주거복지'에 주력해 왔는데, 인공지능과 빅데이터 등을 결합해 앞으로는 한 단계 발전한 '공간복지'로 정책기조를 확대하려 합니다. 이 일을 수행키 위해서 도시설계가, 조경가도 투입될 것입니다." 김세용 SH공사 사장은 최근 서울시 강남구 개포로 SH공사 사옥에서 본지와 인터뷰를 하고, '디자인건축'을 표방한 '청신호 건축사' 전문가인력풀(Pool)을 운영하겠다고 밝혔다. SH공사는 20 30대 청년과 신혼부부에게 공급하는 임대주택에는 내년부터 '청신호'라는 자체 브랜드를 적용한다. 올 1월 취임한 김세용 SH공사 사장은 서울시의 캠퍼스타운조성 시범사업을 총괄 지휘한 바 있다. 이 같은 경험을 토대로 ▲ SH공사 브랜드 가치 제고 ▲ 주택품질 개선 ▲ 임대주택사업 추진 방식 다양화 등을 위한 사업들을 이끌고 있는데, 특히 기존에는 단순히 주거기능만 제공하던 공공아파트를 공동체 생활기능이 접목된 커뮤니티로 발전시키는 '공간복지'를 강화하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다.

윈도우 95 운영체제하에서 기계설계에서의 솔리드 모델링을 가능하게 하는 SolidWorks 95라고 불리는 완전히 새로운 소프트웨어가 판매중이다. SolidWorks는 변수설계에 기초한 솔리드 모델링이며 drag-and-drop 기법을 이용하여 임의의 솔리드에 원하는 기능을 부여할 수 있게 하였다. 또 이 소프트웨어는 draft angles, thin-wall shells, variable radius fillets, lofts, sweeps, chamfers, revolved surface 등을 제공하고 있다. 이 소프트웨어에만 있는 기능은 다음과 같다. 파트의 실시간 리쉐이핑, 기능구성용 마법사, 그리고 형상 히스토리 등이다. 형상 히스토리는 개개의 모델에 대한 기능과 서로간의 관계를 수록하며 이를 통해 사용자가 원하는 기능을 빨리 선택하게 할 뿐 아니라, drag-and-drop을 통하여 언제라도 다른 영역에 그 기능을 부여할 수 있게 한다.

Objective : This study aimed to identify the experiences and practices of occupational therapists in mental health and provide interventions for improving body function in individuals with mental illness. Methods : Data were collected from mental health therapists between November 7 and November 14, 2022. A survey was distributed via email and 46 responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlations. Results : The majority were female (58.7%), aged 20-30 years (84.8%), working in mental health centers (41.3%), and undergoing mental health occupational therapy training (91.3%). They had 1-3 years of mental health experience (65.2%) and were commonly involved in programs (71.1%), case management (62.2%), and administration (57.8%). Interventions for physical functioning were common (73.9%), including group interventions (41.2%), such as stretching, aerobic exercise, and walk training, and individual interventions (38.1%), such as walking, stretching, and aerobic exercise. Conclusion : Occupational therapists play a crucial role in enabling individuals with mental illness to engage in daily life activities. However, relevant studies in this field are lacking. This study emphasizes the importance of mental health occupational therapy and the need for evidence-based services for physical function improvement interventions to provide more effective treatments for mental illnesses.

정보화 시대의 요구에 대한 교육적 대응은 학습자 중심의 교육이며, 정보통신기술을 기반으로 한 원격교육이다. 특히 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 그 특성상 구성주의 학습 원리를 실현하는데 적절한 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. WBI(Web Based Instruction)는 웹을 매체로 활용하여 원거리에 있는 학습자를 교육시키는 형태로서 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용을 가능하게 하고 다양한 형태의 학습자료를 제공하며, 공간적 제약을 극복할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에 기반한 교육적 활용의 한 모델로서 학습자의 자기 주도적이고 적극적인 학습을 촉진하기 위한 자기 주도적 학습이론과 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 수준별 학습이론을 적용하여 효율적인 웹 기반 학습이 가능하도록 하였으며 이러한 학습이론을 웹에 기반한 정보처리 기능사 필기시험에 적용함으로써 실업계 고등학교 교육현장의 비효율성과 기존의 문제은행 시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 시험준비에 보다 효율적으로 대비하도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

정부가 실시하고 있는 기능사 및 기술사의 자격시험을 과학기술처가 일괄관장하고 각업체의 기능공 양성을 지도하게 될 한국기술검정공단이 발족되었다. 기능검정공단은 지금까지 공업진흥청 노동청등 36개의기관에서 년간 약30만명을 대상으로 실시해 오던 404개 종목의 각종기술검정을 한데 묶었으며 국가 기술자격법에 의해서 실시되는 도든 시험의 출제 채점관리를 담당하므로 기술검정의 수준을 높이게 된다. 동 공단은 초대 이사장으로 이낙선씨(전상공장관)를 선임했으며 총무국 출제관리국 검정국으로 조직되고 서울에 (대우삘딩11층)본부를 두며 각지방에 도지부를 두게된다. 동 공단법은 총24조와 부칙 2조로 되어 있으며 아래와 같다.
