In our pervious paper, a new parallel-type spherical 3-degree-of-freedom mechanism consisting of a two-degree-of-freedom parallel module and a serial RRR subchain was proposed[1]. In this paper, its improved version is suggested and implemented. Differently from the previous 3-dof spherical mechanism, gear chains are incorporated into the current version of the mechanism to drive the distal revolute joint of the serial subchain from the base of the mechanism and in fact, the modification significantly improves kinematic characteristics of the mechanism within its workspace. Firstly, after a brief description on its structure, the closed-form solutions of both the forward and the reverse position analysis are derived. Secondly, the first-order kinematic model of the mechanism for the inputs which are assumed to be located at the base is derived. Thirdly, through the simulations of the kinematic analysis via. kinematic isotropic index, it is confirmed that the mechanism has much more improved isotropic properties throughout the workspace of the mechanism than the previous mechanism in [1]. Lastly, the proposed mechanism is implemented to verify the results from this analysis.

유럽연합(EU)이 출범하게 된 이후 OECD 가이드라인 및 유럽회의 조약에 맞춰 개인정보를 보호하는 국내법을 시행해 오던 유럽 각국이 입법수준이 다른 지역 내 시장에서 개인정보의 원활한 유통을 위해 EU차원에서의 지침을 1995년 10월 제정하였다. 이후에 유럽 각 국에서는 이 지침을 반영하여 자국 내에 개인정보보호 기구를 설치하여 운영하고 있으며 관련 법제도 등을 정비하는 등 개인정보보호에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본고에서는 영국, 프랑스, 독일, 네덜란드, 스웨덴 등의 유럽 국가에서의 개인정보보호 관련 기구와 법제도 추진 현황에 대해서 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to increase the usage of satisfaction of outdoor exercise equipment installed at parks when plans and designs are made for renovation or formation of parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the usage satisfaction of 150 men and women who use outdoor exercise equipment in neighborhood parks located in Dongtan New Town. There were four factors that affect the variables of usage satisfaction. They can be defined as the main facility factor, awning factor, maintenance factor, and additional facility factor. From the result regression analysis of the total satisfaction rate and the factors, the main facility factor was the most influential of the variables. This could indicate that the facility factor affects the satisfactory rate of outdoor exercise equipment. This research is done only with the examples of neighborhood parks, so it limits the possibility of analysis of seasonal use. It is necessary to conduct analysis research of parks which installed many outdoor exercise equipment, such as a vest-pocket park, children's garden, and pedestrian/urban/metropolitan neighborhood parks.

This study analyzes institutional characteristics and activities of the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council. In particular, the study provides cultural heritage institutions with policy strategies for social inclusion. Futhermore, it discusses how the establishment of a nation-level cultural collaborative body impacts on an archival areas in depth. The case study of the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council is expected to be an important reference for building a cooperative cultural heritage institution model in South Korea.

우리나라 잠사업의 건전한 발전을 촉진시키는 여러 가지 요인 중 본고에서는 양잠농가와 제사업자의 생산활동을 자극시킬 수 있는 합리적인 가격기구(Price mechanism)에 관하여서는 분석을 시도하였다. 첫째로 생사의 국제가격수준을 기준으로 하여 양잠부문과 제사부문의 자원생산력을 최대화시킬 수 있는 잠견과 생사의 적정가격수준을 잠업부문의 총체적 생산함수분석으로 도출코자 하였다.

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) explicitly stipulates the required performance of satellite based radio-navigation systems available for navigational purposes. Until 2019, the IMO had only recognized systems that could be serviced globally for satellite based radio-navigation. However, India's regional navigation satellite system has been approved recently, and other regional navigation satellite systems have also been made available for maritime navigation. Thus far, the IMO has approved the use of a total of five satellite navigation systems, such as the GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and NavIC. In Korea, in addition to the four satellite based radio-navigation systems that are used excluding NavIC, Japan's regional navigation satellite system that has not yet been approved can be received. Japan has requested the IMO to recognize the QZSS as a WWRNS to formalize its use for ocean navigations. Given that the service coverage of the QZSS is not limited to Japanese territorial waters and also includes Korean waters, the suitability analysis of the QZSS for domestic navigation is important for maritime safety. This study aims to analyze the suitability of using the QZSS for domestic navigation. Accordingly, this work explores the status and plans of the QZSS as well as the performance required by the IMO for recognition as a WWRNS. The methods and environmental conditions examined in this work are described, and the analyzed results are presented in terms of positioning accuracy and availability.
