ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6는 전기통신 및 시스템간 정보교환과 관련되는 국제작업을 수행하는 전문기관이며 이것의 하부기관인 WG4는 OSI 제 4계층인 수송계층 국제표준을 개발하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 기관의 기본적인 활동에 대하여 분석하고 그중 WG4의 수송계층 프로토콜 향상 작업에 대하여 설명하였다. 이러한 작업은 하위계층의 우수한 성능을 충분히 이용하고 상위계층에 다양한 기능을 제공함으로써 향후 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 수송계층을 만들자는데 그 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to survey the problems of the record appraisal system based on value of "Business Transaction (Danwi-gwaje)" and suggest a way to solve the problems in Korean government agencies. This study begins with analyzing the many negative cases of creating wrong "Business Transaction" profiles and making discordances between value of records and value of transaction, through data mainly from focused group interviews of six record professionals in central government agencies. It concludes with suggesting a new records appraisal model that assigns the retention periods to multiple entities to solve the problems of the current record appraisal system.

하천정보는 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현, 분석단위가 관리 주체에 따라 다르다. 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 및 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수, 치수, 하천환경 등의 국가수자원종합계획 수립의 어려움이 있다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화 하고 유역정보와 수문정보 등에 대하여 공동활용 기반을 마련하여 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구할 필요가 있다. 다수의 물관련 기관 시스템들이 독립된 정보체계에서 개발되고 개별적인 진화를 하고 있다. 이로 인하여 시스템 연계의 어려움이 발생하고 있으며 이들 문제점을 완화하기 위하여 하천관련 간편한 Keyword 검색으로 사용자 맞춤형 하천정보(수위 및 유량 등 수문자료, 하천지형자료 등) 제공이 가능한 네이버 및 구글형 하천포털 시스템을 개발해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보자료 제공 기관별 자료를 공유하기 위한 HydroG-Server는 공간정보 데이터 모델(GDM)의 형태로 구축된 하천 공간 정보의 저장 및 공간정보 검색 및 제공을 위한 웹서비스인 HydroG-OneFlow를 공간정보 제공 프로토콜(HydroGML)을 통한 정보 게시 기능을 갖도록 구축하였다.

자율운항선박의 해상 운용은 인간의 개입 최소화 등 새로운 운용 방식의 적용과 첨단 디지털기술의 적용으로 기존 선박의 운용과 다른 형태의 다양한 새로운 위험요소들이 발생할 것으로 예상되며, 이러한 위험을 분석하기 위한 적절한 위험도평가 방법론의 적용이 요구될 것이다. 본 연구는 기존 선박과 달리 인간의 개입이 최소화된 상태로 운용되는 자율운항선박의 화재 사고 위험도를 실시간으로 분석하기 위한 실시간 위험도 모델의 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. 자율운항선박 화재 위험도 모델 개발을 위하여, 먼저 자율운항선박의 화재 감지 및 제어, 비상대응 기능들을 분석하고, 기능분석 결과를 바탕으로 화재 감지 및 제어 시스템들에 대한 Fault Tree Analysis를 수행하였다. 자율운항선박의 화재 시나리오 표현을 위하여 기관구역 화재와 화물구역 화재로 분류하여 Event Tree Analysis를 수행하였다. 또한, 자율운항선박 운용 외부 조건에 따라 변화하는 변수들을 식별하여 각 변수들의 변화로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 자율운항선박 화재 위험도 변화량을 검토하였다.

The records centers service of public institutions helps efficient work activities of internal users, who actually do the work, and becomes the foundation for strengthening the competitiveness of the institution. Based on QFD technique, one of the quality control techniques, this study was intended to propose a plan to improve the quality of the records center service by analyzing and comparing the quality of the records center service of public institutions. To this end, as a follow-up study of Lee, Su-jin(2018), the research target was expanded to local governments to apply the QFD technique and reconstructed the HoQ based on the results of the expanded QFD application. Moreover, this study suggested measures to improve the quality of service in the records center of public institutions by compiling the implications of comparing the records center service HoQ and prioritizing the technology characteristics of the records center service.

There are increasing needs for complex information services for user of cultural heritage institution recently. And the concept of "Larchiveum", merging of functions of libraries, archives and museums, is suggested in United States and researches associated with this concept are progressed on Korean information science. At present, however, the larchiveum has not been materialized, and hence researches focus on theoretical frameworks. Therefore, this study establishes plans for an analysis with planning of institutions that libraries, archives and museums are remodeled into larchiveum. Methodologically, the research processes of existing larchiveum spatial planning are specified. More realistic implementing measures for larchiveum spatial planning are suggested through utilization of related law & guidelines as analysis tools.

Job and organization analysis of producing institutes is a task that identifies the history of transition and major business functions for various record-producing institutions and must be performed in common within the archives, and many workers must jointly refer to the relevant knowledge. However, in the field, a limited number of people in charge are individually performing by manual work, and the results are not shared. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the work burden of workers through the automation of the job and organization analysis process and build basic resources that can be commonly used by the archives. This study subdivided the task of job and organization analysis into manual, semi-automation, and automation parts by performing FGI with the practitioner of the archive and suggested ways to realize it. In addition, we derive the basic analysis data that can be commonly referenced in the electronic records management process, and by verifying the results through practitioners, efficient use of knowledge resources is suggested. Furthermore, by establishing a standardized work process, we intend to lay the foundation to support consistent and systematic work performance.

As the cases of merging and cooperation of archives and libraries increase abroad, research and discussions about integration of complex information services among information centers, such as archives, libraries and museums started to emerge. In a similar vein, the need for integrated cultural information centers are suggested in Korea as the museums encounter the need for expansion of contents, and libraries try to diversify their functions, yet regional public archives has not been established. In this context, the concept of 'Larchiveum(libraries + archives + museums)' was proposed as an alternative that integrates and provides various information functions and resources, and research related to this started to emerge. At present, however, the Larchiveum has not been realized, the specific pathway to realize this kind of institution need to be discussed. This study analyzes the functional characteristics and elements of archives, libraries and museums, and based on these, the functional requirements of the larchiveum are drawn, and are reflected on the Larchiveum's functional planning for space planning in this study.

본 연구는 분산자원 활용을 위한 Z39.50 프로토콜, ZING SRW/SRU 프로토콜, OAI 프로토콜, ZING Update 프로토콜의 개발 배경, 특징을 살펴보고, 검색과 갱신 각 기능별로 프로토콜을 비교·분석하였다. 본 연구는 분산자원을 활용하려는 도서관 및 정보서비스기관에 기초 정보를 제공하고, 각 기관에서 분산자원을 이용하여 구축하고자 하는 서비스의 대상, 종류, 환경에 적합한 프로토콜을 선택할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
