본 고에서는 이동통신 액세스 망의 기술 동향에 대하여 4세대 이동통신 액세스 망으로의 진화 관점에서 살펴 본다. 주요 표준화 기관인 3GPP2, 3GPP2, MWIF의 연구결과를 중심으로 3세대 이후의 기술에 대한 표준화 연구를 살펴 보며, 액세스 망이 추구하는 목표 및 요구사항에 따른 액세스 망의 구조를 예측해 본다. 핵심 망 및 단말을 포함하여 향후에는 액세스 망도 인터넷 프로토콜 기반의 패킷 망으로 발전될 것이며, 구조 및 인터페이스의 개방화, 기능의 분산화를 토대로 기존의 다양한 액세스 망을 수용하는 4세대의 액세스 망으로 발전될 것이다. 따라서 마지막으로 이러한 추세에 따른 3세대 이후, 즉 4세대를 지향하는 이동통신 액세스 망에 대하여 요구사항 및 기능, 구조 등에 대하여 분석해 본다.

2008년, Satoshi Nakamoto라는 가명을 쓰는 신원미상의 사람(들) 혹은 단체가 비트코인을 소개하였다. 그 이후, 현재 비트코인의 총액은 10억달러 이상에 달한다. 비트코인을 지탱하는 기술인 블록체인에 의해 이론적으로 비트코인은 거의 조작이 불가능하며 거의 영구적으로 기록에 남게 된다. 이 획기적인 기술로 인해 비트코인 이 후 약 700개가 넘는 암호화폐가 생겨났으며, 암호화폐뿐만이 아닌 금융권/비금융권, 정부기관 등 많은 도메인에서 블록체인 기술이 도입되어 가고 있다. 비트코인 이후 가장 대표적인 블록체인 기반의 프로젝트로는 튜링 완전한 컴퓨팅 기능이 있는 이더리움이 있다. 이 튜링 완전한 컴퓨팅 기능으로 인해 이더리움 상에서 투명하게 데이터 저장 및 프로그램 실행을 할 수 있다. 이로 인해 이더리움을 이용한 많은 혁신적인 이용 사례가 생겨났다. 본고에서는 비트코인 후 블록체인의 기술을 이더리움 중심으로 소개하며 해결해야 할 기술적 이슈들과 동향에 관해 분석한다. 그리고 현재 이더리움 외에 개발되어오는 블록체인에 대해 간략히 살펴본다.

본 연구에서는 CORBA를 기반으로 Web상에서 관광정보를 제공할 수 있는 관광정보시스템을설계, 개발하였다. CORBA를 기반으로 설계되어 각 지방자치단체나 기관에서 구축, 관리하는 분산 관광정보 데이터베이스에 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며, 상호운용성의 장점을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 지리정보시스템의 공간분석 기능을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 특정 출발지로부터 목적지까지 갈 수 있는 최적의 교통 경로를 탐색하고, 특정 관광지를 경유하는 관광코스 분석 기능을 지원하다. 또한 관광지의 지리정보 및 이와 관련된 교통, 숙박 등의 필수 여행정보를 통합, 관리하여 사용자가 통합정보를 파악할 수 있다.

The emergence of digital library has been recognized as the paradigm shift of medium from paper to electronic, or that of the library function from ownership to access. From the point of view that digital information is the core constituent of digital library and is produced by electronic publishing, this paper explores the relationship between electronic publishing and digital library with special attention on recent digital library projects. And investigates the possibility of the transformation of scholarly communication system through digital library function as well as the impact of electronic publishing on the library functions.

가까운 미래의 가정에서는 여러 기능을 가진 로봇이 등장하여 사람과 늘기도 하고 집도 지키는 방범활동도 수행하는 등 공상과학영화 속의 일들이 현실로 다가올 것이다. 핵가족화와 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 어린이들이 혼자 집에 있는 시간이 많아졌으며 이에 불안을 느낀 학부모들은 자녀들을 학원 등의 사설교육기관에 맡겨 사교육비의 증가가 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 가정에서 부모와 떨어져 있는 동안의 어린이의 생활을 보여주거나 학습을 도와주는 로봇이 가정에 있다면 부모들은 안심하고 직장생활에 더욱 충실하게 될 것이며 사교육비의 감소현상에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 가정용 로봇이 서비스하게 될 기능들 중에 초등학교 어린이의 학습을 도울 수 있는 기능에 초점을 맞추어 설문을 통해 요구를 조사하고 분석하였으며 홈 로봇과 사용자간의 메뉴를 크게 일정관리, 학습관리, 학습, 메신저 등의 카테고리로 분류하여 각 항목별로 세부 서비스 내용을 체계화하였다. 로봇을 활용한 학습 도우미 시스템의 설계는 앞으로 무한한 부가가치를 창조하게 될 로봇산업의 발달과 새로운 형태의 교육을 가능하게 하는데 큰 기여를 하게 될 것이다.

Legislative stability of the production and management of electronic records and the enhancement of infrastructure have reached significant levels through relentless efforts of academic and public institutions in the field. In addition, appraisal and disposal of records also have to be done by retention periods, business functions, administrational and historical values, and certain procedures. The law specifies that public institutions must assign record managers. The underlying reason is for record managers to arbitrate the review process when records are to be evaluated and discarded and to prevent unauthorized disuses. It is also for just evaluations with the professionalism. Evaluation and discard of records have significant meanings in record management. Thus, these processes need to be handled properly in the standard record management system. Evaluation should be proceeded by the law enacted under the task functional and social agreement. Since, the record discard is decided through the technical and logical process, the support for evaluation and discard works are important above all things. In this paper, I deducted functional requirements of standard record management system by analyzing methods including the analysis of legislation and standard related to electronic records and the examination of the user's manual of record management system. I researched through the interviews of the record managers in public institutions. Based on this research, I deducted the implications for the evaluation of standard record management system and the estimation of functional requirements for discard. I also discussed future directions of improvements and follow-up studies.

This research paper examined to the influencing factors to adopt national policies of international organization's environment. For this a multivariate regression model has been used to examine cross-national differences in environmental policy adoption. The data analysis was conducted by regression analysis, the indexed point of international environmental agreements were ratified by each nation on the measure of independent variables for a sample of 130 countries in all parts of the world. From analysis results, overall, the regression analysis illustrates that the regression model generally fits our predictions for independent variables. The finding has revealed that external determinants are stronger than internal ones in explaining the level of national environmental policy adoption in relation to international environmental cooperation. Namely, All international environmental organizations, international nongovernmental organizations, and regional multinational institutes proved to function in a positive way in influencing number nations to have a favorable attitude toward international environmental policies. The findings of this study will provide helpful information on how to improve the efficacy of the Korean environmental policy system.

해마다 증가하고 있는 피서철 해수욕장 안전사고 및 비선박 사고의 감소를 위해 본고에서는 연안해역정밀조사 자료를 활용한 해양안전지도의 제작 및 체감형서비스를 구축하여 서비스하는 방안을 마련하였다. 해양안전에 관련한 각종 자료를 수집, 현장조사, GPS측량, 전문가 및 현지주민의 인터뷰 등을 통해 취득하였다. 서비스에 이용될 기본 배경지도로는 5m급 육상 지형기복도와 국립해양조사원의 수심자료를 사용한 해저지형기복도를 융합하여 제작, 이용하였다. 각종 해양안전관련 정보들은 해양영토(구역), 어촌양식, 항로, 각종사고이력, 시설, 위험요소 등 해양안전과 관련한 총 26종의 다양한 분류체계를 구성하여 구축하였다. 이렇게 수집, 구축된 기본 해양공간정보들을 바탕으로 사용자에게 정보의 전달성을 고려하여 국민이 간접적으로 체감할 수 있는 형태의 사이트(해수욕장 등)별 도면 형태의 해양안전지도를 제작하고, 개방형 대국민 해양공간정보 웹서비스인 '개방해(海)', 해양전문 공공기관용 웹서비스인 '공유해(海)' 대국민 해야안전정보 앱서비스 안전해(海)'와 시스템들을 구축하여 서비스 방안을 구축하였다. 각 서비스에는 해양안전사고 예방을 위한 각종 안전 및 위험정보 콘텐츠들을 수록하였고, 목적에 따라 이용가능한 분석 기능들을 제공하였으며, 위험구역에 노출될 경우 사용자간 위험을 알려주는 알림 기능 등을 제공함으로써 위험에 노출되고 조치하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 그 결과, 현재 각종 기관에서 해양공간정보의 이용을 확대하고자 연계신청 증가와 더불어, 대국민 서비스 이용자수가 증가하는 실적을 기록하였으며, 향후 보다 광범위한 영역에서 안전사고, 안전대응, 안전관리 등의 분야에서 대책 도구로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Recent Security Programs are widely used to improve the security of Client Systems in the Web authentication. Security Program is provide the function of the Keyboard Security and Certificate Management, Vaccines, Firewall. in particular, This Security Program has been used Financial Institutions and Government Agencies, and some private corporate Home Page. and ActiveX is used to install the Security Program. but Security Programs caused by several security vulnerabilities and problems as they appear, are threat to the stability of the Client System. Therefore, This paper will be analyzed through Case Studies and Experiments to the Vulnerabilities and Problems of Security Program and This Is expected to be utilized to further improve the performance of the Security Program and the building of a new Certification Scheme for material in the future.

This research suggests the method of standardizing terms for raising the effectiveness of information retrieval. Especially for web search, I propose the proper terms which they will use in retrieval by surveying and analysing the related terms about information retrieval interface. The proper terms will solve the equivocation for user increase the effectiveness. And I think the proposed terms will be used to standard data for designers who are construct the user interface systems.
