This study investigated the relationships among mother's adult attachment, psychological well-being and affection parenting in low-income class and middle income class The subjects were 339 mothers who reared 3-5 old age child in Daegu and Gyoungbuk Province. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation, single and hierachical multiple regression, using SPSS Win 15.0. The results were as follows. (1) Adult attachment fully exerted indirect effects on affection parenting mediated by psychological well-being in low income class of mothers. (2) But adult attachment partly exerted indirect effects on affection parenting mediated by psychological well-being in middle income class of mothers.

It is true that there are not enough empirical studies on the companionship to social welfare workers until now. Thus, this study has reduced the need to demonstrate the causal relationship between compassion experienced and outcome variables by social workers. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the compassion experienced by social workers in social welfare facilities on positive psychological capital, and to the psychological effect formed by the psychosomatic concentration. Third, the purpose of this study is to verify the effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between compassion and affective commitment, and fourth, the relationship between positive psychological capital and organizational identification. For empirical research, the hypothesis was verified after a survey of 369 social workers at social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The study showed that the compassion experienced by social workers had a positive(+) effect on positive psychological capital, and that positive psychological capital had a positive(+) effect on affective commitment. In the relationship between compassion and affective commitment, the effect of the mediation of positive psychological capital has also been proven to be significant. In addition in the relationship between positive psychological capital and affective commitment, it has been noted that organizational identification has also been proven to be significant. Therefore, this study has theoretical implications for the mediating effect of the positive psychological capital and the moderating effect of organizational identification in relation to the compassion. This study will have practical implications for enhancing social workers' behavior to be more compassionate in their attitude to customers.

While college students have great difficulties in preparing for their careers due to the long-term COVID-19 period and the 4th Industrial Revolution, research on positive psychological capital and self-determination factors for employment is insufficient. Based on this, this study aims to investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital and career preparation behavior through self-determination factors for college students. This study conducted a questionnaire for 350 people from April 1 to April 10, 2022, and a total of 345 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding five questionnaires for omission of records. As a result of the study, first, among positive psychological capital, hope had a positive effect on self-determination, but self-efficacy had a positive effect only on competence, and optimism had a positive effect on relationship. have been shown to affect And resilience was found to have a positive effect on autonomy and relationship. Second, among the factors of self-determination, autonomy had a positive effect on both career preparation behavior, and the relationship was found to have a positive effect only on the conversation of career preparation behavior. Using the results of this study, it is expected that it can be used as basic data for the direction and policy for college students to prepare for employment.

A given product's online product reviews build up to form largely positive or negative reviews or mixed reviews that include both the positive and negative reviews. While the homogeneously positive or negative reviews help readers identify the generally praised or criticized product, the mixed reviews with minority opinions potentially contain valuable information about the product. We present a method of retrieving minority opinions from the online product reviews using the skewness of positive/negative reviews. The proposed method first classifies the positive/negative product reviews using a sentiment dictionary and then calculates the skewness of the classified results to identify minority reviews. Minority review retrieval experiments were conducted on smartphone and movie reviews, and the F1-measures were 24.6% (smartphone) and 15.9% (movie) and the accuracies were 56.8% and 46.8% when the individual reviews' sentiment classification accuracies were 85.3% and 78.8%. The theoretical performance of minority review retrieval is also discussed.

This paper is intended to help cool-skin-colored people to choose suitable clothing colors confidently and look well-dressed and to make positive self-images. A pseudo-experimental method has made it possible to analyze the visual evaluations of clothing color images for cool-skin-colored people and obtain the following results. 1. Reddish colors of vivid tone for doffing give positive images and those of dull and dark tone, negative ones. 2. Yellowish colors of vivid and bright tone for doffing show positive images and those of dull and dark tone, negative ones. Cool yellow of light tone proves to contribute to a well-looking image. 3. Warm green of vivid and deep tone, and cool green of vivid tone for clothing present positive images. 4. Warm blue of vivid and deep tone, and cool blue of vivid and bright lone make positive images. Either blue with dull tone gives a negative image. 5. Purple colors whose tone is vivid, deep and light contribute to positive images, and those of dull tone, negative ones.

This study analyzed 308 college students to identify how family function and satisfaction with life is related to the positive attitude of college students. SPSS Win 18.0 program was used to perform ANOVA and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. As a result, first, older students had more positive attitude compare to the younger students. Secondly, among family functions, when the family cohesion was stronger, the diversification of perspective, self acception, and social adjustment was stronger, and it was identified that the diversification of perspective, self acception, and self control was higher when the family adaptability was greater. Thirdly, when the satisfaction level of life was higher, the positive attitude was high as well. Fourth, the higher the life satisfaction, the higher the positive attitude, except for self-control, all the sub-factors.

The aim of this survey has been to investigate the effects of positive psychological capital of students from some universities in Busan and Ulsan on communication skills and interpersonal skills. As a result of the relationship with the main variables, there was a significant positive correlation between sub-factors of positive psychological capital and each ability. Hope(p<0.01) and Resiliency(p<0.05) among the effects of positive psychological capital on communication skills were statistically significant, and, in case of those on interpersonal skills, Resiliency(p<0.001), Efficacy(p<0.05), and Hope(p<0.05) were statistically significant. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply an intervention program that can establish the importance of positive psychological capital and strengthen positive psychological capital in order to improve students' communication and interpersonal skills.

Experiment 1 employing a short SOA (150ms-250ms) naming task showed a priming effect was larger in the positive prime-positive target condition than negative prime-negative target condition but not congruent effect. Experiment 2 employing a long SOA (500ms-1000ms) naming task didn't yield either positive priming effect or congruency effect. The congruency effect and the positive priming effect which is ubiquitous phenomenon in the generic cognitive concepts network were not found in the gender properties. Therefore, it was suggested that the social information including prejudice or stereotype can be differently processed according to the value of emotionality.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of compassion on collective self esteem through positive work-related identity, and to demonstrate the mediating effect of positive work-related identity and the moderating effect of organizational identification. In this study, The data collection was targeted at 369 social workers working in 13 social welfare facilities and institutions in Gyeonggi Province and 12 in Seoul from April 1 to April 25, 2018. It was demonstrated that compassion had a positive effect on positive work-related identity. Also, it was proved that positive work-related identity had a positive effect on collective self esteem, and mediating effect of positive work-related identity and moderating effect of organizational identification were also significant. Therefore, this study suggests social workers experienced compassion will have positive work-related identity, collective self esteem, and organizational identification.
