금수저: 재벌가 출신 창업의 성장 메커니즘에 관한 이론적 연구 (The Silver spoon: A theoretical model of Chaebol scion's entrepreneurial firm growth mechanisms)

  • 기존 경영학 문헌에서 기업집단은 개발도상국, 재무시장이 발달하지 못한 국가에서 일시적으로 존재하는 기업의 형태라고 여겨졌다. 그러나 기업집단의 한국적 형태인 재벌은, 대한민국이 선진국으로 거듭나고 국내 재무시장이 발달하였음에도 불구하고, 여전히 주요한 기업의 형태로 존속하고 있다. 본 이론 연구에서는 이러한 기존 이론과 현상의 불일치를 규명하기 위해, 재벌가 출신 창업가에 대한 이론적 연구 모형을 제시한다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 사회적, 기업지배 구조적, 재벌가 구성원 본인들의 심리적 요인들은 재벌가 구성원들이 창업가로 거듭나는 긍정적 동기로 작용함을 제안한다. 둘째, 이들이 운영하는 기업은 더 나은 기회 포착, 재무적 지원, 원활한 채용, 활발한 마케팅 및 기업간 협력 관계 구축을 통해 여타의 창업가들보다 더 빠른 성장을 달성할 것임을 주장한다. 본 이론 논문은 대한민국 재벌가 출신의 창업을 통한 재벌 집단의 새로운 확장 가능성을 제시함으로써 기업집단 및 창업 연구의 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

대기업 안전직 근로자의 직무재창조와 직무열의, 무형식학습, 사회적 지지 및 긍정심리자본의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relationship among Job-crafting, Work Engagement, Informal Learning, Social Support and Positive Psychological Capital of Safety Workers in Large Corporations)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between job crafting and job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital, and to investigate the effect of informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital on job crafting through job enthusiasm. A survey was conducted on 451 safety workers at large domestic companies, and the collected data were analyzed for model suitability, influence relations between variables, and mediating effects with AMOS 23.0 using SPSS 23.0. Through research, we found five important results. First, the structural model of job crafting, job enthusiasm, informal learning, social support, and positive psychological capital properly explained the empirical data. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job enthusiasm, but informal learning did not significantly affect job enthusiasm. Third, informal learning and positive psychological capital had a positive effect on job crafting, while social support did not significantly affect job crafting. Fourth, job enthusiasm had a positive effect on job crafting. Finally, job enthusiasm was found to mediate the relationship between social support and positive psychological capital and job crafting. These suggest that continuous environmental efforts and systematic management measures are needed to promote job crafting of safety workers so that informal learning, social support, positive psychological capital, and job enthusiasm can be expressed. Therefore, the necessity of developing various sub-factors of informal learning that can promote job crafting of safety workers was suggested as a follow-up study.

긍정심리자본, 대인관계 유능성, 인성이 간호대학생의 돌봄효능감에 미치는 영향 (Influences of positive psychological capital, interpersonal competence, and character on caring efficiency in nursing students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing nursing students' caring efficiency. Methods: This study included 212 nursing students from three University nursing departments in Busan metropolitan city. Data were collected from September 1 to September 29, 2021, using self-report questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were conducted with SPSS version 24.0. Results: Positive psychological capital and interpersonal competence on the relationship and character of nursing students were positively correlated with caring efficiency. The variables affecting the caring efficiency of the subjects were character (β=.60, p<.001), amount of participation in a character development program (5 times or more) (β=.16, p=.023), levels of stress (moderate β=.13, p=.037; low β=.15, p=.015), motivation to apply to a nursing program (β=.12, p=.024), and volunteer experience (β=.11, p=.038). The total explanatory power of the variables was 50.0% (F=14.69, p<.001). Conclusion: Character was one of the biggest influential factors on caring efficiency. In order to improve nursing students' caring efficiency, above all, it is necessary to make efforts to raise the level of individual character.

관광가이드의 긍정심리자본 요인이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact Positive Psychological Capital of Tour Guides on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment )

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the influence relationship between positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and to provide implications through empirical research to increase the capabilities of tourism guides that are a factor in the performance of planned travel products Design/methodology/approach - This study conducted an empirical survey using the google online questionnaire. It was directly surveyed, distributed, and collected from workers who were or were performing tourism guide duties in Asia and Europe, and 203 questionnaires were used for analysis. The empirical survey was conducted in a self-written manner through a simple random sampling method, and the statistical package was conducted with frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and correlation analysis using the spss 21.0 program. Findings - First, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, hope and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, among the positive psychological capital factors, two factors, self-efficacy and optimism, have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that the research results have had a positive (+) effect on the variables of positive psychological capital, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of tourism guides, and have laid the foundation for academic research on research topics. In practice, it is expected to increase the positive psychological capital of tourism guides and have a significant impact on the organization's performance by actively supporting and supporting individuals related to the sustainable growth of travel products.

치위생과 학생의 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors influencing positive psychological capital of dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to explore ways to improve the level of positive psychological capital of dental hygiene students. After comparing the levels of positive psychological capital, social support, and emotional regulation ability of dental hygiene students and identifying correlations, the sub-factors of social support and emotional regulation ability that affect positive psychological capital were identified. Methods: A survey of 70 questions was conducted targeting 310 dental hygiene students in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do. The results were subjected to exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the PASW statistics 18.0 program. Results: The level of positive psychological capital was high when students had high grades and perceived positive relationships with professors and peers (p<0.001). Factors highly correlated with positive psychological capital include 'self-emotional regulation ability' among 'emotion regulation abilities' (r=0.665, p<0.001), and 'emotional support related to daily life' recognized 'social support' (r=0.635, p<0.001), followed by 'social support' (r=0.602, p<0.001). Factors affecting positive psychological capital include 'self-emotion recognized ability' (β=0.377, p<0.001), 'quality of professor relationship' (β=0.201, p<0.001), and 'emotion control ability'. Among 'social support', 'emotional support related to daily life' (β=0.201, p=0.003) and 'grades' (β=0.159, p<0.001), and among 'social support', 'social-related support' (β=0.149, p=0.016), followed by 'grade' (β=0.076, p=0.043) were identified. Conclusions: To improve the positive psychological capital of dental hygiene students, efforts should be made to improve self-emotion regulation ability, professor relationships, emotional support related to daily life, and social support.

동료지지가 서비스직원의 자기 효능과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Coworkers Social Support on Service Employee's Self-Efficacy and Job Performance.)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대에 서비스기업에서도 각기 다른 다양한 차별화 정책을 내세우고 있다. 기존까지 단순하게 고객을 만족시켜 매출을 높이기위한 방법이 아닌 좀 더 원시안적 시각을 갖고 서비스를 제공하는 직원들의 마인드와 그들이 느끼는 환경에 대한 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 서비스기업은 궁극적으로 고객만족, 품질향상, 가치 있는 경영 등 긍정적인 경영성과를 나타내기 위하여 끊임없는 노력을 기울이고 있으며 다른 산업에 비하여 직원에 대한 높은 의존도를 가지고 있다. 따라서 고객들을 직접적으로 응대해야하는 서비스제공자인 직원의 마음가짐과 부여된 환경, 역량 등이 직 간접적으로 고객만족 및 성과에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 궁극적인 조직의 성과를 높이고 경쟁우위를 갖추기 위해서는 결국 서비스 제공자인 직원들에 대하여 개인역량 개발, 근무환경 지원 등 다양한 형태의 사회적 지지가 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 지지가 서비스종사원의 긍정심리자본, 창의성, 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구에 대한 후속연구로 서비스프로세스 메트릭스 가운데 대량서비스영역인 도매점, 소매점, 학교, 은행 등에 종사하는 직원들을 대상으로 동료지지가 자기 효능감을 통하여 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았으며, 그 결과 총 3개의 가설 중 3개 모두 채택되었다. 동료와 전반적인 관계가 원활해지면 자기 효능감 또한 향상되고, 자기효능감이 높을수록 직무성과도 높게 나타나며, 동료와 업무적으로나 업무이외에 전반적으로 의지할 수 있다고 느끼는 경우 직무성과도 높게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 대량서비스영역에 종사하는 직원들을 실증분석 대상으로 한 관련연구는 전무한 실정으로 지금까지 연구와는 좀 더 다른 관점으로 접근하여 서비스기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 인적자원관리 측면에서의 전략을 좀 더 효율적이고 효과적으로 제시하여 관련 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
