  • 21세기 경제주역인 정보통신산업이 계속 성장하기 위해서는 원활한 전문인력 수급이 전제조건이 되어야하고, 2005년까지 정부가 추진하는 초고속 정보통신망 구축사업이 성과를 이루기 위해서도 정보통신전문인력의 확보가 우선시 되어야 할 것이다. 현재 인력수요가 공급보다 급속히 늘어나는 실정으로 인력부족은 갈수록 심화될 전망이며, 특히, 통신공사업은 현장, 노동집약적 산업특성으로 인하여 3D 업종으로 인식되고 있어 기술인력들의 현장 기피현상의 심화, 통신공사업 관련 기술분야에 대한 전문인력 양성기관의 부족 등으로 안정된 기술인력 확보에 더욱 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 그에 따른 공사품질저하의 악순환을 초래할 우려가 있다. 통신공사 관련 기술환경을 보면 기술의 고도화와 신기술의 도입이 빈번하고 그 적용기술이 다양할 뿐 아니라, 기술의 적용주기가 짧아 시장환경에 맞는 인력의 안정적 육성과 공급 및 기존인력들에 대한 신기술 재교육이 그 어느 산업보다도 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신산업의 발전에 따른 정보통신공사업의 현황과 전망을 분석하고 정보통신설비 시공전문인력의 수요현황을 토대로 정보통신설비 시공인력의 앙성방향 및 과정에 대해서 제시한다. 초고속 정보통신망의 조기구축과 시공품질향상을 위하여 기간통신망 구축에 소요되는 중급 이상의 다기능기술인력은 기능대학을 통하여 우수한 시공전문인력을 안정적으로 양성하고, 초고속인터넷 개통인력과 구내통신설비 설치인력은 단기적인 기능인력의 재교육을 통한 양성 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다.

A Experimental Study on the Determination of Construction method of Controled Low-strength Material Accelerated Flow Ability Using Surplus Soil for Underground Power Line (지중송전관로용 급결 유동성 뒤채움재의 시공법 설정에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • Compaction of backfill material of Underground power lines is difficult, especially under pipeline. so it could cause structural problem because of low compaction efficiency. So various methods have been taken to solve the problem and one of them is CLSM(Controled low-strength material accelerated flow ability). But In other countries, these are already in progress for a long time to research and development and recently on practical steps. But, in our country, study for only general structures, not for underground power line structure that is being constructed at night rapidly. In this study, we performed property tests and indoor & outdoor test (3 cases). The tests showed flow ability reached at the limit construction(160 mm) flowability by 9 to 15 minute after starting to mix, and construction buoyant is lowering after placing CLSM by 70 % of theoretical buoyant that is calculated by unit weight of material. In this paper, we performed indoor tests and outdoor tests to estimate mechanical properties and to suggest construction method(using batch plant, setting spacer at 1.8 m and placing at 2m) for CLSM that using surplus soil. And the test showed good results for construction quality, workability and structure safety.

  • International construction contractors are often faced with the situation of working in an unfamiliar construction environment. Under FIDIC rules, the contractor has the right to make a claim requesting the consulting engineer for an adjustment to the contract price or the time for completion when a part or parts of the works have changed, or in the event of unforeseeable conditions. Contractors generally have more access to the costs and time implications of such a change or unforeseeable conditions than the consulting engineer or outside neutrals. Due to such an asymmetry of information, the contractor may be motivated to dispute frivolous claims of less merit, expecting erroneous judgments by the consulting engineer or the neutrals. In this paper, a claiming behavior model is presented by using game theory and experience data to study the manner in which frivolous claims develop into disputes. The model also analyzes the impacts of DAB/DRB upon the frivolous claims.

A proposed temperature crack index table based on correlation between temperature cracks and construction methods in subway concrete box structures (지하철 콘크리트 BOX 구조물의 수화균열에 대한 상관관계 분석 및 온도균열지수표 제시)

  • Thermal stresses due to the heat of hydration can cause extensive cracking in subway structures. In order to reduce heat cracks, construction methods (e.g. sequential or skipping construction methods) need to be changed. However, to our knowledge, the existing literature contains little information on the correlation between heat cracks and construction methods. Thus, in this study, the temperature crack index table was suggested based on construction lengths (6 m, 9 m and 18 m), concrete mixtures (Type I cement with FA of 20 % in cement weight, Type IV cement with FA of 10 % in cement weight, and mixture of three different cements), construction seasons (spring or autumn, summer and winter) and construction method (sequential or skipping construction methods). The index table can be easily used corresponding to changes in concrete placing method at the construction site. Also, the correlation of cracking due to sequential or skipping construction methods was derived based on the statistical approaches.

  • The demands about eco friendly space are increased as buildings are denser in downtown, and green system on the roof and the artificial ground are widely being applied. The construction of green system applies a waterproof layer, a root barrier and a protection concrete layer. Assembly of these many layers leads to a long construction term, and cause many defects. This study is to evaluate one layer-hybrid sheet which gets waterproof and root barrier performance simultaneously, which is developed to use in the new green system. As results, the performances of physical properties, durability, waterproof and root barrier not only exceeded quality standards but also showed excellent durability. In addition, mock-up test would be proceed to certify long term performance.

  • Bridge decks are members that rapidly deteriorated due to various environmental factors such as heavy vehicle and deicing salt, etc. As the lifespan of bridges built in Korea increases, it is expected that the demand for replacing the deteriorated bridge decks will increase. In other countries, Accelerated Bridge Construction technology using precast decks is already actively being used as a countermeasure for replacement demand of deteriorated bridge decks. In this study, bridge decks deterioration models are proposed by collecting and analysing the condition index data of domestic bridge decks. Also, the future replacement demands of deteriorated bridge decks in terms of replacement time and replacement scale are predicted.

  • 건설 프로젝트 관리의 주요한 목표는 계획된 시간 내에, 정해진 예산으로 규정된 목표(명세 또는 품질)를 확보하는 것이다. 국내 건설 산업은 타 산업 분야에 비하여 생산성이 매우 낮은 편이다. 이는 60년대 이후 급속한 개발 정책에 따른 부작용의 하나로, 하드웨어의 급속한 성장에 비하여 이를 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어의 개발이 부족했기 때문으로 풀이할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 프로젝트의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 노력의 일환으로 계획 단계에서의 실행과 완성 단계에서의 실행을 비교하여 이를 작업일보, 감독일지 등의 진도관리 자료를 활용하여 분석하여 건설 프로젝트의 실제적인 생산성 저하 요인을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 현행 국내의 건설 프로젝트에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 실제적인 생산성 저하 요인을 분석한 것인 만큼 향후 건설 관리 기술의 향상에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • In this paper, there is intended to introduce the new tunnel face shape, that is concave shaped face, and discusses its effects on the tunnel stabilization. Therefore, a comparative analysis in which the stability of a concave face was compared to that of a conventional plane face on the basis of displacement patterns in the tunnel face was conducted using a model test. In order to check and confirm displacement patterns on the concave face according to the radius of curvature as well as those around the face according to lateral pressure coefficient(k), two experimental concave models, produced at a scale of 1:2 and 1:5(tunnel radius), of the forefront of the curved area extended from plane face was built and tested.

  • 정보 통신 및 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발달로 정보화와 지식기반사회가 도래됨에 따라 교육 분야에도 다양하고 빠른 변화를 보이고 있다. 이런 급속한 발전은 기존의 교육환경이 갖고 있는 시공간의 한계를 뛰어 넘어 언제, 어디서나 자신에게 필요한 학습 활동을 할 수 있다는 기대감이 만들어 졌기 때문이다. 이런 흐름 속에서 본 논문에서는 국제적인 표준으로 자리 잡아가고 있는 SCORM 기술 기반의 문제 출제 시스템을 제작하여 교수자에게는 시간과 장소에 구애됨이 없이 멀티미디어를 이용하여 시청각적 문제를 출제할 수 있게 하였으며, 학습자에게는 보다 효율적으로 학습한 내용을 평가받을 수 있도록 하는데 주안점을 두었다.

  • When the RC structure repaired by patching repair method, which method refilles with patching repair material after removes degraded area, It is necessary to determine chloride ion's permeation from outside of the RC structure repaired by patching repair material. Therefore, in this study, damage from sea environment of structure was predicted, moreover, diffusion coefficient of concrete also determined to figure out rebar's corrosion and concentration of chloride ion. RCPT(Rapid Chloride Permeability Test) was used for ditermination of patching repair material's diffusion coefficient, also connection between material thickness and effect of chloride ion's permeation was examined in analytically. Results which derived by experimental test was used in FEM(Finite Element Method) and equation suggested by JSCE to predict concentration of chloride ion in different distance from surface.
