The Money Spending Styles and Money Management Behavior according to Family Strengths of Adolescents (청소년의 가족건강성에 따른 금전사용양식과 금전관리행동)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the money spending styles and the money management behaviors according to family strengths of adolescents. The subjects were 914 high school students. To examine research questions, Cronbach'$\alpha$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan test were used. The research results can be summarized as follows. The family strengths scores of adolescents was generally moderate, 3,36 points. The money spending styles consist of the stable style, conspicuous style, and indifferent style. The average of indifferent style was 3.33 points, stable style was 3.01 points and conspicuous style was 2.91 points. The money management behaviors consist of the planning, implementing, evaluating, and saving. The average of the planning was 2.81 points, implementing was 2.87 points, evaluating was 2.90 points, saving was 2.50 points. The family strengths statistically significant differences in the money spending styles and the money management behaviors were detected. The family strengths was very important variable in the money attitude and behavior of adolescent.

창업휴직제도가 개인의 기업벤처링 활동에 미치는 영향

  • 인센티브는 조직 내 개인의 동기와 행동에 영향을 미쳐 조직의 목표를 달성하는 데에 중요한 역할을 한다. 기존 문헌에서는 이러한 관점에서 개인의 다양한 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 경제적, 사회적 보상에 대하여 논의해왔다. 반면, 직업안정성이 개인에게 기업가적 동기를 가진 개인에게 어떠한 인센티브로 작용할 수 있는지에 대한 내용은 간과된 측면이 있다. 본 연구는 창업휴직제도가 직업안정성이라는 비금전적 인센티브로 작용하여, 기업가적 동기를 가진 직원들의 기업벤처링(Corporate Venturing) 활동 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는지 여부를 조사한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 인적자원관리 문헌에서 비금전적 인센티브를 통해 개인의 일탈과 이직을 방지하려는 관점과는 달리, 개인이 일을 중단하는 것을 허가하는 '창업휴직제도' 자체가 비금전적 인센티브로서 개인이 혁신 성과를 증가시킬 수 있다는 점에 집중한다. 정부출연연구소 내부 기업벤처링 프로그램에 참여한 세 명과의 개인 인터뷰를 통해 이러한 가설을 지지할만한 단서를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 실험 연구를 통해 실증 분석을 진행하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of 4-value orientations. the 5 money spending styles. and the background variables to the desired money management behavior of high school girls. The samples were selected from 498 high school girls. Cronbach'a and Multiple regression were used as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows : Resulting from multiple regression analysis, the desired money management behavior of high school girls had the positive linear relationships with the variables such as financial satisfaction. goal-oriented value. and 4 money spending styles - security. conspicuous. non-monetary. and unconcerned - in five money spending styles. The most influential variable was money spending styles.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the casual relationship of the background variables. 4-value orientations. 5 money spending styles and the money management behavior of high school girls. The subjects were 498 high school girls. We used Cronbach\` $\alpha$. Pearson correlation coefficients multiple regression and path analysis as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows Resulting from path analysis, the money spending styles were the most influential variable on money management behavior and value orientations were more influential variable on the money spending styles rather than the money management behavior. The money management behavior of high school girls had the directive linear relationships with the variables such as goal-oriented value and 4 money spending styles-security conspicuous. non-monetary and unconcerned.

The Effect of Subject-Classified Consumer Education on Allowance Managing Behavior of Middle School Consumer (주체별 소비자교육이 중학생 소비자의 용돈관리 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the middle school students' allowance managing behaviors and consumer education by the educational subject in order to explore a desirable direction of consumer education for allowance management. Questionnaire survey was conducted with 468 middle school students in Gyeongnam. The major findings are as follows: First, as for recognition of consumer education, the consumer education from home was the highest, and then the from school and mass media followed in that order. Second, the average score of the students' allowance managing behavior was low. The fulfillment ability was relatively high compared to planning and evaluative ability. Third, as for overall allowance managing behaviors, the more promoted a students' level of consumer education from school and mass media, the more cultivated his/her allowance managing behaviors. As for allowance managing behaviors in accordance with sub-factors, students' planning and fulfillment abilities were more cultivated, the more promoted his/her level of consumer education from school and mass media. Students' evaluative ability was more cultivated, the more promoted his/her level of consumer education from school and mass media. Fourth, there were differences in educational contents the students wanted in accordance with the educational subjects of consumer education. The consumer education can be more practical when it is connected with home, school, and mass media, development of an educational program with such connection is necessary.

A Study on the Money Management Behavior of Adolescents (청소년의 금전관리행동에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the money management behavior of adolescents and to examine the demographic variables and consumer behaviors which influence the money management. The subjects were 347 high school students in Chonju, Korea. The main results were as follows; 1) The mean score of the money management behavior of adolescents were 3.06. Among the variables, evaluating showed the highest score, and implementing was the second highest score. 2) The significant variables which influence the money management for adolescents were application of the information sources, sex, reference group, participation of the financial decision-making for the family, number of the siblings, tendency for materialism.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the current state of the transformational leadership and LMX approach to the study of leadership. Leadership research has witnessed a shift from traditional transactional models to a new genre of theories of transformational and charismatic leadership and LMX. Transformational leadership theories offer the promise of extraordinary individual and organizational outcomes. Leaders motivate followers to perform beyond expected levels by activating higher order needs, fostering a climate of trust, and inducing them to transcend their self-interest for the organization's sake. Numerous investigations point of the robustness of the effects of such leadership on individual and organizational outcomes such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance. LMX theory suggests that leaders do not use the same style in dealing with all subordinates, but rather develop a different type of relationship or exchange with each subordinate. These relationships range from those that are based strictly on employment contracts to those that are characterized by mutual trust, respect, liking, and reciprocal influence. LMX has been positively related to job satisfaction, productivity, and career progress of managers and negatively related to turnover and employee grievances. In conclusions, effective leaders link achievement of organizational goals to follower fulfillment of self-development goals, with the former advancing the latter.
