The overseas expansion of global logistics company (GLC) is increasing rapidly under the influence of international specialization of manufacturing, and the necessity of global logistics service is increasing, and then the logistics market is growing year to year. The purposes of this study are to investigate the growing factors and strategies making global logistics company and to suggest the best strategies for overseas expansion of domestic logistics company (DLC) by using imitation strategy. The major results are as follows ; Firstly, DLC has to imitate liner shipping company or terminal operator which has competitiveness rather than other part of logistics. Secondly, DLC has to build up competition through investigation the global logistics companies which have globalization, specialization, monopolization and public elements. Thirdly, DLC has to use 'coming from behind strategy' for the exiting market, the 'pioneer importer strategy' for the new emerging market or niche. Lastly, DLC has to make a road map or process for expanding the logistics service area without collision exiting business models.

The advent of the 4th industrial technology brought about various changes and innovations in the overall industry, but the digitalization of the logistics industry, which involved complicated paperwork processes and various stakeholders, was somewhat behind compared to other industries. However, changes and innovations related to digitalization in the logistics industry began to accelerate due to the impact of COVID-19. This study is to check the digitalization status of container liners accelerated by these changes, analyze the impact of such changes on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 30 days targeting workers in the logistics industry who had experience using digitalization products of container shipping companies, and a total of 144 questionnaire responses were used to verify hypotheses. To summarize the results of this study, first, it was confirmed that perceived ease of use has a positive (+) effect on perceived usefulness. Second, perceived ease of use was found to have a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Third, it was found that perceived usefulness had a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness has a positive (+) effect on behavioral intention. Fifth, it was found that customer satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on behavioral intention. Summarizing the results of the study, it can be summarized that the digitization of regular shipping companies is convenient to use and has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention if it is useful.

유럽연합(EU)의 집행위원회(European Commission)가 국제 화물운송료를 담합한 글로벌 물류기업에 대규모 과징금을 부과했다. EU 경쟁당국은 쿠네&네이젤(Khune+Nagel), 판알피나(Panalpina), 유피에스(UPS) 등에 총 1억 6,900만 유로의 과징금을 부과했다. EC는 총 14개의 회사가 화물운송 가격 담합에 가담하여, 미국 유럽 아시아 등으로 운송되는 화물의 운송비를 불법적으로 책정한 것으로 판단하였다. 한편 DHL은 자진신고를 통해 리니언시(liniency) 적용으로 과징금을 부과 받지 않았다. 유럽연합은 이러한 국제카르텔에 대한 법집행 차원에서 과징금 부과 및 당해행위에 대한 금지명령 등 행정적 제재를 강화하며, 세계 경쟁정책 및 법집행을 주도하고 있다. 또한 유럽연합은 해운동맹 폐지를 비롯한 해운업계의 반경쟁적 행위에 대한 제한도 강화하고 있다. EU는 2008년 10월부터 해운동맹의 공동가격설정 및 선복량 조절 행위를 금지하고 있다. 유럽집행위원회는 지난해 5월 초 13개 컨테이너 선사의 유럽 사무소를 기습 감사, 조사하였다. 현재 EU는 자료조사 중이며 결과는 아직까지 확인되지 않고 있다. EU의 조사는 상당히 지체되는 경향이 있는데, 향후 추가 질의서 요구가 예상되며 불법행위가 밝혀질 경우 개별 기업 글로벌 수익의 10%에 해당하는 벌금 부과가 가능하며, 영국에서는 형사고발도 가능하다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원 최영석 전문연구원이 발표한 "국제해운의 해운동맹 폐지 및 담합행위 제한 강화"의 주요 내용을 요약정리한 것이다.

In the era of the Covid19, container shipping rates are surging up. Many studies have attempted to investigate the factors affecting a surge in container shipping rates. However, there is limited literature using text mining techniques for analyzing the underlying causes of the surge. This study aims to identify the factors behind the unprecedented surge in shipping rates using network text analysis and LDA topic modeling. For the analysis, we collected the data and keywords from articles in Lloyd's List during past two years(2020-2021). The results of the text analysis showed that the current surge is mainly due to "US-China trade war", "rising blanking sailings", "port congestion", "container shortage", and "unexpected events such as the Suez canal blockage".

The purpose of this paper is to examine the business performance difference based on the ownership structure type in the aspect of profitability and stability. In order to conduct this analysis in two aspects, the ship financial institutions have been classified into two groups: state-owned banks and private-owned banks. First of all, the difference of ROE and ROA between private and public ship financial institutions is statistically significant, but no difference has been shown in terms of stability measured through BIS capital adequacy ratio. Second, to test the business performance difference according to the ownership structure types before and after the global financial crisis, we examined the outcome difference in the ship financial institutions in terms of profitability and stability. However, in the event that the analysis was conducted with public and private financial institutions, the business outcome difference before and after the global financial crisis has been shown in the sector of private financial institutions, but has not been shown in the sector of public financial institutions. It is meaningful that this study is the first work which examined the difference of the operating performance by the ownership structure types of ship financial institutions. However, it is noted that small sample for this empirical study is a limitation of this thesis.

본 발표는 대한민국 선원의 의사소통 역량 및 글로벌 역량 강화를 위해 해수부에서 실시한 "선상 의사소통능력 강화방안" 사업을 통해 개발된 한국형 해사영어 커리큘럼의 수립 과정과 그에 따른 컨텐츠 제작 과정을 공유하고, 향후 개발 방향을 모색하기 위함이다. 따라서 본 발표를 통해 커리큘럼을 수립을 위한 선행 연구 과정(국제해사기구, 국제민간항공기구 및 국제항로표지협회 등의 국제 가이드라인 검토 및 분석, 특수목적영어 교육훈련기법 외), 교육 커리큘럼 수립(IMO 해사영어모델코스 및 표준해사통신용어 분석 및 재편성), 교육 컨텐츠 구성(실제 선사 유관 자료의 수집 및 데이터베이스 구축), 교육 훈련 교재 개발(교재, 학생용 워크북, 교사용 워크북, 음원) 등의 과정을 순차적으로 소개하고, 이에 대한 결과물을 공유하며, 향후 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

우리나라는 온라인 게임 개발의 글로벌 리더로서 MMORPG 장르와 캐주얼 아케이드 장르를 중심으로 다양한 게임을 만들어왔다. 하지만 MMORPG와 캐주얼 아케이드 게임의 과도한 경쟁은 장르의 편중 현상을 가져오게 되었고, 신선하고 새로운 재미를 기대하는 플레이어들의 요구와 결합하여 FPS(First Person Shooting) 장르나 스포츠 게임 장르 등의 새로운 장르 게임에 대한 연구와 개발로 이어졌다. 이러한 시대적 흐름 속에 대한민국 스포츠게임 개발 선구자인 조이시티는 길거리 농구 게임인 '프리스타일'을 개발하여 엄청난 화제를 불러일으켰고, 많은 개발사 및 개발자들에게 큰 영감을 선사하였다. 프리스타일의 후속작인 프리스타일2는 길거리 농구 게임의 재미를 더욱 현실감 있게 제공하고자 개발된 캐주얼 스포츠 장르 게임으로, 본 논문에서는 프리스타일2의 게임플레이 개발 사례를 통해 캐주얼 스포츠 장르의 개발 방법에 대한 한 예를 제시하고자 한다.

Gwangyang port has aimed to establish and expand infrastructure since 2004 as a way of logistics industry development plan for activation of port and increase in traffic. However, it faces many changes due to reduced development of Gwangyang port, slowdown of traffic, and decrease in terminal operators. The need for review of plan and direction regarding infra is on the rise at this point for the purpose of ensuring the stable growth foothold of Gwangyang port and attaining independence of Port. This report focuses on the software infrastructure improvement alternative rather than hardware infrastructure. To analyze the priority of this alternative, AHP technique was applied as a research methodology. In this study, as a measure for decision-making, profitability, ease, urgency, and prospects have been selected, and alternatively, buildup of global networking, training of logistics professionals, operation of environment-friendly & low cost port, and development of specialized logistics companies have been selected. Survey has been conducted toward shipping companies which use Gwangyang port, port operators, hinterland logistics companies and consignor' logistics professionals. As a result of survey, the priorities of measuring range were shipping companies, port operators, consignor, and hinterland logistics companies. Meanwhile, the priorities of measuring elements were profitability, prospects, urgency and then ease. The priorities of alternatives were found to be a buildup of global networking, operation of environment-friendly & low cost port, development of specialized logistics companies and training of logistics professionals.
