슈퍼컴퓨터는 주로 거대 과학문제를 해결하는데 활용되었으나, 최근 산업체의 신제품 및 신기술 개발을 위한 활용이 확대되는 추세이다. 이를 보다 활성화시키기 위해서는 산업체의 연구개발자들이 슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용하여 보다 쉽고 편리하게 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있는 환경의 개발이 요구된다. 이를 통해 저비용/고효율의 제품 개발 기반을 확보할 수 있으며, 산업체의 글로벌 경쟁력 향상을 모색할 수 있다. 용접은 선박, 항공기 등의 대형 구조물뿐만 아니라 금속을 사용하는 소형 구조물의 접합을 위해 널리 활용되는 기술이다. K-WeldPredictor는 용접 기술의 80% 정도를 차지하는 아크 용접을 웹 사이트에서 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 지원하는 슈퍼컴퓨터 기반의 시뮬레이터이다. 미국 WeldPredictor와의 기술협력을 통해 개발되었으며, 슈퍼컴퓨터의 높은 보안 수준을 준수하기 위해 별도의 웹 서버를 활용하였다. 특히 웹 서버와 슈퍼컴퓨터와의 안전한 데이터 전송을 위해 SSH 로컬 포트 포워딩 기술을 활용하였다.

Since 2012, the government has attempted to stimulate the human resources businesses need and substantial R&D technology by promoting "Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation" (LINC). They use the natural the relationship between industry and university develop and spread a variety of industry-university cooperation for mutual growth model leading universities and industries of the region. More than recent cooperation education, at the level of practical use, field oriented talent needed in the industry demand Internationalized talent which can become members of a global community cultivated with International perspective and insight. Furthermore, while currently each university's circumstances and the position is different, and while this strategy, each unique, individual, specific international level's Cooperation Education Plan is Established and operating actively, Governments and businesses will be able to train desired international academic centers' advanced talent. We have come to hope that this will act as an important factor in furthering national competitiveness.

Many international organizations build a global communications network called the GMDSS by close cooperation, and ITU-R, IMO and IEC apply it for the modernization of the international marine radiocommunication system, but a modernization study of the GMDSS to reflect such a technique by the rapidly development of the wireless communication technology recently progresses. Such effort was submitted for adoption with WRC-12 held in 2012. This paper analyzed standardization trends for marine radiocommunication modernization discussed around ITU-R recently and analyzed research activities for frequency allocation for new technical introduction and described it.

현대글로비스는 현대자동차 그룹 계열 종합물류유통기업으로 첨단 정보시스템과 선진 물류기술을 활용해 국내 국제물류, 해상운송, 물류컨설팅 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문업체이다. 또한 최근에는 물류는 물론 유통, 자원개발 및 자원순환을 활용한 친환경 경영 인프라를 구축해나가고 있다. 이번에 소개되는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 현대글로비스의 핵심 사업이라 할 수 있는 해외공장 자동차 조립생산용 부품(KD: KNOCK DOWN) 공급사업을 전문으로 하는 사업장이다. 2004년 11월 현대자동차 아산공장 인근 인주지방산업단지 내에 준공된 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 임직원 50명과 협력사 인원 300명 등 총 350영의 인력을 갖추고 KD사업의 본산지로 자리매김해 나가고 있다. 실제로 이곳 센터는 발주에서 포장, 운송은 물론 현지에서의 내륙운송 및 보관 등 KD물류에 대한 종합서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 자동차조립생산용 부품을 국내외 협력사로부터 조달해 전 세계로 운송 판매하고 있는 만큼 근로자의 안전보건이 기업경영의 초석이 되고 있다. 여기에 더해 세계 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 부품 물류산업을 선도하는 기업인만큼 이곳의 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 글로벌 물류기업으로 비상하고 있는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터 찾아가봤다.

This paper investigates the innovative capabilities of the leading company in the Korean online games industry, 'NCsoft'. The company is analyzed with the three types of innovation capabilities such as the capability to manage core competencies, the capability to integrate internal and external knowledge source, and the capability to build innovation policy/strategy. This paper concludes with suggesting the future strategies of the NCsoft by each capability.

한국전쟁의 폐허를 딛고 한세대 만에 세계최고수준의 전력 계통을 구축한 우리나라의 전력산업은 이제 성장한계에 이르러, 해외시장 진출을 통해 신성장동력을 확보하는데 주력하고 있다. 하지만 날로 치열해져 가는 국제경쟁의 틈바구니에서 세계 전력시장의 강자로 거듭나기 위해서는 전력산업의 전 분야에 걸쳐 보다 종합적이고 중장기적인 전략으로 접근하는 것이 필요하다. 한국전력의 해외사업은 1993년 발전 사업에 진출한 이래 성공적으로 확장을 거듭하고 있으나 글로벌 리더인 한국전력의 위상에 걸 맞는 시장 확보를 위해서는 발전뿐만 아니라 송변전, 배전, 통신 등 각 분야가 유기적으로 연결되어 시너지 효과를 창출해야 하고, 진출 대상국가의 전력산업 전체를 겨냥한 Total solution의 상품을 가지고 고객을 만족시킴과 동시에 수익을 극대화 해 나가야 한다. 이를 위해서는 전력계통 전체를 다루는 송변전기술을 이용한 기술마케팅을 통하여 진출대상국의 정보와 인맥을 확보한 뒤 이것을 바탕으로 리스크를 최소화 하고 수익성이 보장되는 발전 IPP사업 등 우량 사업을 개발하는 한편, 장차 그 나라의 전력시스템 전체를 한국화 해나감으로써 장기적인 시장을 확보하는 전략 아래 한국전력, 국내 전력업계 및 정부가 긴밀히 협력해 나가야 한다.

Recent development of Taiwanese IT industry is one of the under-researched areas compared to their rapid development for last few decades. Especially Taiwanese IT industry has position themselves as leading technological power through cooperation with mainland China. For Korean IT industry, in order to compete against Taiwanese IT corporations, more researches need to be done how Taiwanese IT industry has evolved over the years. This research has analysed that Taiwanese IT industry has developed by specializing in OEM/ODM and nurturing small-medium sized corporations. Also the research describes the rold of government nurturing small/meduim sized IT companies and how effectively technologies are transferred to those companies.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장에 진출했거나 진출을 선언한 글로벌 IT 기업들을 살펴보면 이미 보유하고 있는 기반 기술들을 활용하거나 상호 협력을 통해 다양한 클라우드 서비스들을 제공함으로써 급격하게 성장하고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장에서 자신들의 영역을 지속적으로 확장해 나가고 있다. 분산 파일 시스템은 데이터의 저장과 관리뿐만 아니라 상위 계층 서비스가 요구하는 충분한 성능과 안정성을 보장해주기 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 핵심 기술 중의 하나이다. 본 고에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 위해 분산 파일 시스템이 갖추어야 할 사항들과 클라우드 컴퓨팅에서 활용 가능한 분산 파일 시스템들을 소개하고 현재 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장에서 활용되고 있는 분산 파일 시스템의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

ebXML은 e비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 그 동안 기업간 협력의 가장 큰 장애물로 여겨졌던 정보 시스템의 이질성을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 기술이다. ebXML에서는 전체적인 프레임워크를 구성하는 주요 요소로서 거래 절차를 기술하는 비즈니스 프로세스, 거래에 이용되는 공통의 용어와 그 의미를 정의하고 있는 핵심 컴포넌트, 거래에 필요한 정보를 저장하고 검색하는 레지스트리, 거래 문서의 전송을 위한 메시징 서비스 등을 정외하고 있다. 이러한 구조를 기반으로 ebXML에서의 거래 절차는 비즈니스 프로세스에서 요구하고 있는 다양한 비즈니스 문서의 교환에 의해서 수행되며. 이때 필요만 비즈니스 문서의 모델은 핵심 컴포넌트를 기반으로 저작된다. 본 논문에서는 우선 ebXML 핵심 컴포넌트 기술 전반에 대하여 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행에 필요한 비즈니스 문서를 생성하는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 설명한다.
