  • 날로 심화되는 기업간 경쟁 환경에 대응하기 위하여 많은 기업들은 Business Process Reengineering(BPR)과 함께 이에 부합하는 정보 시스템을 도입하거나 구축하고 있다. 그러나 비용에 대한 부정확한 분석과 비효과적인 전략들은 정보 시tm템의 도입에 대한 의사결정을 매우 어렵게 만들고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저, BPR과 다단계 활동기준 원가(Multi-level Activity-Based Cost(ABC))기법을 사용하여 정보 시스템 도입에 영향을 줄 수 있는 활동들을 구분하고 개선한다. 그리고 기존과 개선에 따른 활동비용의 savings에 대한 분석 방법론을 제시하고 그에 따른 정보 시스템의 도입에 대한 가능성을 연구한다. 끝으로, 사례 연구를 통하여 제안된 BPR에 대한 상세한 ABC분석을 수치 예제와 함께 수행한다.

The Organization Commitment and Perception of Human Resource Management by Employment Types of School Foodservice Employees (학교급식 직원의 고용유형에 따른 인적 자원 관리 활동에 대한 인식과 조직 몰입도)

  • As the foodservice industry is labor intensive, the efficient management of human resources is an essential element for improving operational efficiency. This study was designed to investigate the performance level of human resource management in self-operated school foodservices and to examine the relationship between human resource management, organizational commitment, and productivity. Whether these factors rated differently by employment and job types was also examined. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 dieticians and 240 cooks in Seongnam and Yongin. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, the t-test and multiple regression analysis were tested using Minitab. Human resource management practices rated highly in the dimension of employee training (3.51), followed by working environment (3.39), and turnover management (3.37). In contrast, reward management (1.73) and working condition (1.56) received the lowest score. Organizational commitment scored 3.65 points, and showed that dedication (3.82) was the highest score; however, self-esteem (3.50) was the lowest score. For human resource management, there were significant differences between employment types as full time workers (3.85) rated management more highly than part-time worker (3.43). Overall productivity was fairly high, especially in high school foodservices. Only the performance appraisal had an influence on organizational commitment (${\beta}$=0.292, P<0.05). Productivity was positively correlated with human resource management (r=0.432, P<0.001) and organizational commitment (r=0.36, P<0.01). In conclusion, school foodservices need to establish objective performance standards, and increase employee morale by enhancing reward systems and working conditions. In particular, irregular employees require training with job performance standards and given a proper reward program, depending on their performance, to improve organizational commitment.

  • The aim of this study is to examine how time-use and activities are affected by work hours. To achieve this, we focused on the weekday time-use of full-time workers in Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA). The long 'work hours' are under active discussions since it is related to the quality of life. However, many Social researcher thought that problem of Korean working hours is linked to quality of life in the abstract. Because activity connects time-use and quality of life, the key point is activity under time constraints. Therefore, travel patterns should be understood by time-use and activity patterns. This study composes trip-chains from travel data of 2010 Household Travel Survey(HTS). Grouping trip-chains by activity patterns, we could make sure that a few of activities after work is affected by a short free time. This study has potential implications for the policy of work hours and traffic problems in the evening, and will provide new geographical perspective related to measuring quality of life.

Research on Correlation between Facial EMG and Arousal Level (각성수준과 얼굴근전도의 상관성에 대한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 얼굴근전도(facial EMG)가 다양한 시각자극에 의해서 유발된 감성을 평가할 수 있는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 감성의 차원중 각성-이완차원에서의 차이를 얼굴근전도를 이용하여 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는가를 알아보았다. 사용된 자극은 15개의 시각자극이었다 . 각각의 자극은 30초씩 무선적으로 제시되었고, 각 자극의 제시사이마다 120초씩의 휴식기를 두었다. 매 자극제시후 피험자는 제시된 자극에 대해 각성-이완의 정도를 주관적으로 평가하였다. 실험참가자는 25명의 여자대학생이었으며, 왼쪽이마의 추미근(corrugator muscle)과 빰의 관골근(zygomatic muscle)의 얼굴근전도를 측정하였다. 측정된 얼굴근전도에 대해서 절대값을 취해 면적을 구하였다. 최대 각성(the most arousing stimulus), 최소 각성(the least arousing stimulus), 최소이완(the least relaxing stimulus), 최대이완(the most relaxing stimulus)이라고 피험자들마다 주관적으로 평가한 가극에 대한 얼굴근전도를 비교.분석하였다. 그 결과 이마의 추미근이 각성과 이완감성의 차이를 변별할 수 있었다. 즉 각성감성을 느낄수록 이마의 추미근의 활동이 증가함을 보였다. 또한 최대각성감성을 느낄때 이마의 추미근의 활동이 증가함을 보였다. 결론적으로, 얼굴근전도가 다양한 시각자극에 의해 유발된 감성의 각성-이완차원을 측정할 수 있는 좋은 지표가 될수 있음을 나타낸다.

Gender Differences in Electromyography of the Lower Extremity during Golf Driver Swing (골프 드라이버 스윙 시 성별에 따른 하지근육활동의 비교)

  • This study was to investigate gender differences in muscle activities on tibialis anterior muscle, gastrocnemius and vastus medialis obliqus and outside and prime mover, antagonist and assistance mover during golf drive swing by electromyography. Ten healthy professional golfers (KPGA(n)=5, KLPGA(n)=5) volunteered in this experiment. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS. Statistical differences were assess using t-test (p<.05). The conclusion of this study was as following. Muscle dislocation of differences, according to gender, was the highest in case of males in right side of gastrocnemius with the section from the address to the backswing of top and was the highest in case of females in tibialis anterior muscle. Results also show that prime mover was left side of low muscle in case of male with all the sections and situations and is right side low muscle in case of female. These results were significant differences. In case of males, it was though that primer mover was left side of tibialis anterior muscle with moving weight from backswing of top till the address section. In case of females, primer movers were right side of vastus medialis obliqus and tibialis anterior muscle with pushing action form the right knee to the left knee. Therefore, if they try to do the training be able to development right side of vastus medialis obliqus and tibialis anterior muscle in case of females and left side of vastus medialis obliqus and tibialis anterior muscle in case of males, it is consider that golfers' distance and direction will get better.
