Research of actual condition of working conditions in the small and clinics, in the Seoul metropolitan city and Kyeonggido province. With the health care environmental change such as a rapid increase of the elderly people, rapid increase of health promotion needs, it is necessary to analyse and identity of the actual condition of working conditions for present and new radiological technologist. Research of general characteristics for the present radiological technologist. To research of the status employment, business scope, pay, working conditions, radiation safety management, equipment, and category association. Defining the problems of related working conditions, radiation safety management for the comprehensive methods to promote the rights the radiological technologist. A proposal for establishment legislature and system of the actual condition in the hospital for radiological technologist. Estimation for the demand and supply numbers of present radiological technologist and improvement of employment relations. Improved and refined scope business and duty regulation related to radiological technologist. Application for the establishment and development of promotion rights to utilize as basic data in a legislative and system frame of reference to implement the radiological technologist.

Present study conducted surveys and interviews to identify a solution to the issues concerning the work conditions, job satisfaction, and operational systems of archivists working in the Korean government agencies. Job characteristics were measured using the five-factor structures of Hackman and Oldham's(1976) Job Characteristic Models, professionalism, role conflict, stress, and turnover intentions. Job environment was measured in terms of communication, participation, social relations with coworkers and superiors, and job training. Job satisfaction was measured by general level of satisfaction, job meaningfulness, and commitment. Operational systems was analyzed in terms of organizational arrangement, role assignment, personnel management, and collaboration between the national archives and record centers. These analyses produced further implications and suggestions on personnel management of archivists and records managers.

핵심적인 문화산업으로 높은 부가가치를 인정받고 있는 애니메이션 산업이지만, 정작 애니메이터들의 근무 환경을 상당히 열악한 것으로 조사됐다. 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원 애니메이터 500명을 대상으로 실시한 실태분석 결과를 지난달 7일 발표했다.이번 조사는 국내 문화콘텐츠산업 인력에 대해 실시한 최초의 실태조사로 애니메이터의 직무특성, 직무경력, 교육 및 훈련과정,인력수요, 근로조건, 직무만족도 등에 대한 항목이 조사됐다.

This study analyzes the meal guidance and meal service management of early childhood teachers. The subjects were 171 early childhood teachers who were working in kindergartens and day care centers in Gwangju. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data was analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $x^2$, ANOVA and Duncan with the SPSS for Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follow: First, there are significant differences in meal hours, amount of food and meal admeasurer according to workplace type of early childhood teacher. Also, there are significant differences in meal hours, amount of food, meal admeasurer and guidance for late eating infants according to children's age. Second, early childhood teacher consider in order content after meal, content before meal and content during meal. Also, there are significant difference content after meal according to workplace type of early childhood teacher. And there are significant differences in content before meal and content during meal according to children's age.

이른바 우먼파워가 세계적으로 거세지는 가운데 우리나라에서도 오는 97년부터 여성들의 3군사관 학교 지원이 허용될 방침이지만 우먼파워의 진원지인 미국에서는 처음으로 여성 전투기 승무원들이 항공모함을 타고 해외근무를 마친 뒤 돌아와 화제가 되고 있다. 여기에서는 미국의 여성항공 조종사의 양성 및 근무 배경과 현황, 그리고 앞으로의 전망 등에 대하여 알아본다.
