본 논문에서는 초등학교 정규교육과정에서 다루고 있는 로봇교육으로서 2011년 고시 초등학교 교육과정의 실과 교육과정 5-6학년의 (생활과 전기, 전자) 단원에서의 로봇교육과 교사 로봇 연구대회에서 발표한 로봇교육 지도안의 몇 가지 사례들을 살펴보고, 초등학교 교육과정에서 로봇교육이 어떠한 가치를 지니고, 어떠한 방향으로 이루어져야 하는지에 대한 프레임을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 위에서 언급한 사례들은 로봇의 작동 원리와 센서 등 공학적 측면을 강조하고 있다. 하지만 이것은 로봇교육이 지니는 다양한 장점 중 극히 일부분에 지나지 않는다. 주어진 매뉴얼을 통하여 수행되는 최소한의 공학적 이해 수준을 가리키는 것을 넘어 문제해결 및 알고리즘을 수행할 수 있는 물리적 객체로서의 인식의 전환이 필요하다. 또한 로봇이 정규교육과정 속에서 수행되기 어려운 한계점을 제시하고 이를 극복하기 위한 방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

Corrective control compensates the stable-state behavior of asynchronous sequential machines so that the closed-loop system can be changed in a desirable way. Using corrective control, we present a novel fault tolerance scheme that overcomes permanent faults for asynchronous sequential machines. When a permanent fault occurs to an asynchronous machine, the fault is not recovered forever while the machine is irreversibly stuck in a set of failure states. But, if the machine has control redundancy in the limited behavior range, corrective control can be applied to solve the fault tolerance problem against permanent faults. We present the condition on detecting permanent faults and the existence condition of an appropriate corrective controller. The design procedure for the proposed controller is described in a case study.

우리 사회에서 학벌주의는 여러 가지 사회 경제적 문제를 유발시키고 있다. 또한, 학벌주의는 과열 사교육비의 증가, 과도한 대학 입시 경쟁, 대학의 서열 고착화 등의 교육문제를 유발시키면서 공업교육을 비롯한 직업교육을 기피하게 하는 원인을 제공하는 등 교육 전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 내포하고 있는 학벌주의를 극복하기 위해 노력하는 일은 우리 사회를 능력중심사회로 발전시킬 수 있는 계기를 마련해 줄 수 있고, 학습자들의 소질과 적성에 부합하는 진로를 선택할 수 있는 계기를 제공해 준다는 점에서 그 의의가 매우 크다. 학벌주의의 극복을 위한 대책의 효율적인 추진을 위해서는 무엇보다도 다양한 사회 구성원의 학벌주의에 관한 인식을 정확하게 파악하는 연구가 필요하다. 더욱이 최근에 정부가 학벌주의 개선을 위한 다양한 대책을 구상하고 있는 현 시점에서는 그간에 논의된 이들 개선 대책에 관한 의견도 동시에 조사 분석할 필요가 있다. 이러한 필요성에 기초하여 이 연구에서는 우리 사회의 다양한 구성원을 대상으로 학벌주의에 관한 인식과 개선 요구를 조사 연구함을 주 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 사회의 다양한 구성원을 대상으로 학벌주의의 원인과 문제점에 대한 인식을 종합적으로 조사하였다. 둘째, 사회의 다양한 구성원을 대상으로 학벌주의의 개선 요구 사항을 종합적으로 조사하였다. 셋째, 조사 결과가 함의하는 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 학벌주의의 극복을 위한 실천 대책을 수립하는 과정에서 중시되어야 할 관점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학벌주의의 개념 정립이 필요하다. 둘째, 학벌주의는 다른 나라보다 우리나라에서 더욱 심각한 사회 문제로 접근되어야 한다. 셋째, 학벌주의 형성 원인에 대한 정확한 이해와 분석에 기초한 대책 수립이 필요하다. 넷째, 학벌주의의 원인은 교육제도 내에서보다는 사회 전반에서 구명되고, 그 극복 대책이 마련되어야 한다. 다섯째, 대증적(對症的)인 대책보다는 장기적이고 근본적인 대책 마련이 필요하다. 여섯째, 학벌주의 극복 대책의 지향점은 학습자의 올바른 진로정치의 계기 마련과 이를 통한 능력중심사회의 구현이 되어야 한다.

Recently, the social concerns on well dying come to the fore as important discourse on dignity of human death, which detonation by the problem of euthanasia. Well dying means 'good death' the meaning of a word, and it means 'prepared death', 'decented death' 'beautiful death' by extention of sematic context like this as a general rule. In this paper the writter have considered that how the view of Buddhism's death contribute to the discourse on well dying, which regarding death as the starting point, death conquest as the finishing point of the theory. The Buddhism's discourse on the attitude interpretation conquest process of death contributed to formation of abundant discourse on well dying, especially the view of Buddhism is able to contribute to conquest of death anxiety and death education, that death conquest interpret to spiritual psychological phenomenon not physical physiological eternal life (or immortality) and conquer death through enlightenment on reality of things by spiritual psychological change.

컴퓨터 시스템의 설계는 알고리즘 수준의 모델링에서부터 시제품 수준까지 시스템을 구체화해 나가는 일련의 과정이다. 시스템 구현의 구체화 과정에는 단순하고 반복적인 구현이 많이 포함되며, 이 과정에서 많은 오류가 발생한다. 이러한 오류는 개발자가 알고리즘 수준에서는 드러나지 않는 복잡하고 아키텍처 의존적인 하드웨어-소프트웨어 동기화 메커니즘의 개발과 같은 시스템 구현의 구체화 과정을 모두 떠안고 있기 때문에 발생하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는, 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위하여, 알고리즘을 데이터 플로우로 모델링하면 이로부터 합성 가능한 하드웨어 플랫폼과 동기화 로직, 그리고 동기화를 위한 드라이버 소프트웨어 일제를 자동 생성하는 설계 과정을 제시하고자 한다. 제시된 설계 과정은 자체 개발한 통합 설계 도구 상에 구현되었으며, 이를 통해서 개발된 H.263 디코더 예제를 상용의 RTL 통합 시뮬레이션 도구인 Seamless CVE와, SoC 프로토타이핑 환경인 Altera Excalibur 시스템 상에서 테스트하여 그 완성도를 검증하였다.

This study explores legislation process of Disability Discrimination Act in S. Korea focusing on social exclusion and participation through social action approach. I can find a thing in common in that both of disability and social exclusion are concerned with the relationship between majority and minority. Therefore we need to lay emphasis on the social model of disability to overcome social exclusion. When we explore the legislation process of Disability Discrimination Act, we recognize that the legislation is mainly due to a great deal of effort of the disabled, especially the Disability Discrimination Act Solidarity of Korea. So researchers need to focus on the social action approach to overcome social exclusion. In addition social workers have to analyze the macrosystem as well as microsystem to overcome the social exclusion of the disabled. Besides the course of macro practice should include the community organization skills focused on the social action approach.

Overcoming the death valley, a period in which resources are depleted and profitability declines or stagnates in the entrepreneurial process, is an essential procedure for success. In this study, we examined how the strategic orientation(technology, customer, competitor orientations) and absorptive capacity(potential, realized capacities) of startups affect the possibility of startups to overcome the challenges of death valley, and also empirically analyzed whether support of open innovation and venture capital has a moderating influence to the overcoming of death valley. The result of this study shows that customer orientation and realized absorptive capacity have a positive influence on overcoming the death valley. In addition, we found that the support of open innovation and venture capital has a moderating effect only in the technology orientation among the three types of strategic orientations. The result of this research emphasizes (1) the need for startups to take a more customer-oriented approach to overcome the death valley. The customer-oriented behavior and strategies of startups are vital for their longterm survival and success if we consider the fact that most of the companies investigated in this study were technology-based startups and only customer orientation showed significant results in overcoming the death valley. The research outcome also shows that (2) implementing innovation in a more open way and securing venture capital funding can make it easier for startups to overcome the death valley. This study has academic significance in that it empirically analyzed the relationship of key factors influencing the overcoming of death valley in a situation where the majority of existing research remains at the conceptual level of discussion or methodology of case study. Furthermore, this research also provides practical implications for the establishment and implementation of effective strategies to confront the challenges of death valley for startups, government and related organizations.

우리나라의 니트 산업은 값싼 노동력을 바탕으로 빠르게 성장하는 중국과 같은 개발도상국들의 니트 산업으로 인하여 국내 및 해외 시장에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 어려운 시장환경을 극복하기 위해 우리나라 니트 산업은 고품격의 디자인으로써 고부가가치를 생산하는 니트 선진국의 모델로 발전해 나가야 한다는 과제에 당면해 있다. 현재 우리나라 니트제품 생산업체의 디자인과정을 보면 아웃소싱 전략에 따라 기업마다 디자인 개발과정이 다르게 나타나고 있는 것을 볼 수 있다. 즉, 어떤 경우에는 한 기업 내에서 수행되고, 또 어떤 경우에는 하도급 형태로 jobber에게서 이루어지기도 한다. 트랜스코딩에 관련된 연구들은 비디오 스트리밍에 대한 품질관련 연산들을 제공해 주었으나 트랜스코딩 과정에서 발생하는 연산지연과 전송지연에 대한 고려가 부족하였다. 또한 비디오 스트리밍에 대한 캐슁기법과 관련된 연구들은 비디오 스트리밍 서버와 클라이언트 사이의 전송지연을 줄여주는 장점을 제공하는 반면, 트랜스코딩과의 협업을 위한 연동들은 드물었다. 본 논문에서는 대역폭이 유선망에 비해 상대적으로 빈약한 무선망 채널을 통해 연속적인 비디오 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 과정 중에 발생하는 전송지연과 연산지연을 동시에 극복할 수 있도록 해주는 통합 시스템 아키텍처와 캐슁 알고리즘을 제안한다.

많은 최적화 문제에서 해답들의 구조는 서로 의존성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 경우 기존의 진화연산이 사용하는 빌딩 블록 개념으로는 문제를 해결하는데 많은 어려움을 겪게 된다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 헬름홀츠 머신(Helmholtz machine)을 이용해서 데이터의 분포를 예측한 후 최적화를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 진화 연산을 바탕으로 하지만 교차연산이나 돌연변이 연산을 사용하는 대신에, 헬름홀츠 머신을 이용해서 데이터의 분포를 파악하고, 이를 이용해서 새로운 데이터를 생성하는 과정을 통해 최적화 과정을 수행한다. 진화연산으로 해결하는데 곤란을 겪고 있는 여러 함수들을 해결하는 이를 검증하였다.
