Design Issure Management System for Human Factors Engineering Design and Review of Nuclear Power Plant (원자력발전소의 인간공학적 설계 및 검토를 위한 설계현안관리체계)

  • 원자력발전소의 인간공학적 설계 및 검토를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 설계 현안관리체계 (Design Issue Management System;DIMS)를 구축하였다. DIMS는 세가지 기능을 갖도록 구성되었는데, 규제문건들로 부터 추출된 설계상의 인간공학적 요건들을 분석하고 관리하는 요건 분석 기능, 규제 기관, 운전원 및 설계자로 부터 제기된 설계 현안의 추적 기능, 설계상의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 현안들의 중요도 평가 기능의 세부분으로 구성되었다. DIMS의 활용사례로 원자력발전소 감시계통의 일부인, 울진 3,4호기 CFMS(Critical Function Monitoring System) 화면설계 검토에 적용하였다. 주요 검토 업무로 CFMS 화면 설계에 대한 가용성 검토, 적합성 검토, 유효성 검증을 수행하였고, 이 과정을 통하여 울진 3,4호기 CFMS 화면 설계의 인간공학적 문제점(Human Engineering Discrepancy; HED0들을 찾아내었다. HED들은 문제의 심각성에 따라 조기 해결 요망, 가능한 한 조기 해결 요망, 장기적 해결요망의 세 그룹으로 분류되었다. HEE의 심각성 평가는 인간공학 전문가, 설계자, 운전원의 세 그룹에 의하여 평가되었다. 검토 결과 최종적으로 CFMS 화면에 대한 인간공학적 설계 개선의 근거 로 사용되었다.

A Prototype International Group Decision Support Systems (인터내셔날 그룹의사결정 지원시스템 초기모형)

  • Almost all result for group decision support systems (GDSS) have been obtained in a United States context, based on conventions and culture of American group processes. This paper reports on the construction and testing of a prototype GDSS to support international negotiation. The system was shown to work and to provide gains in both the quality of the interaction and the attitude toward the decision reached. Although the prototype system is narrow in scope, focusing on two specific cultures and a single scenario and uses simple and limited technology, the results obtained suggest that computer-based intercultural GDSS can help people in staving focused, in managing the added complexity of multinational negotiation, and in interacting effectively with one another.

  • The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is well suited to group decision making and offers numerous benefits as a synthesizing mechanism in group decisions. To date, the majority of AHP applications have been in group settings. One reason for this may be that groups often have an advantage over individual when there exists a significant difference between the importance of quality in the decision and the importance of time in which to obtain the decision. Another reason may be the best alternative is selected by comparing alternative solutions, testing against selected criteria, a task ideally suited for AHP. In general, aggregation methods employed in group AHP can be largely classified into two methods: geometric mean method and (weighted) arithmetic mean method. In a situation where there do not exist clear guidelines for selection between them, two methods do not always guarantee the same group decision result. We propose a simulation approach for building group consensus without efforts to make point estimates from individual diverse preference judgments, displaying possible disagreements as is natural in group members'different viewpoints.

  • 정보기술의 발달로 전 세계에서 발생하는 사건 사고들은 실시간으로 확인 가능하며 정보의 중요성은 더욱 더 중요해지고 있다. 이런 사회 현상에 맞춰 인적자원 솔루션에서도 빅 데이터 분석 기술을 이용하여 인적자원 의사결정에 도움을 주는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 빅 데이터 분석 기술을 이용하여 인사채용과 관련된 데이터들을 추출하고 분석하여 구직자의 적성과 능력에 맞는 직업을 예측하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 구직자 및 이직을 원하고 있는 사람들이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하면서 사용하고 있는 특정 단어와 특정 단어의 언급 빈도의 데이터를 추출하고 추출 된 데이터는 통계를 내어 데이터의 특성에 맞게 분류하여 분류된 데이터는 연관된 속성에 의해 그룹화 한다. 그룹화 된 정보를 분석하여 구직자의 적성과 능력을 고려한 직업을 예측하는 정보로 도출하여 직업을 추천 할 수 있는 예측 시스템을 설계하였다.

A Study on Relations between the Sub-factors of Youths' Leadership Living Skills and Personal Features (청소년의 리더십생활기술과 개인특성의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study was performed to grasp relations between different sub-factors of youths' leadership living skills and between the sub-factors of youths' leadership living skills and personal features (support by parents, support by peers, sense of self-respect, sense of self-effectiveness) in order to generally understand the characteristics of youths. The result and conclusion of this study are as follows. First, the sub-factors of youths' leadership living skills showed various kinds of correlations and especially, measures to improve learning ability skill, self-understanding skill and group activity skill are necessary for healthy and general growth in adolescence. Second, the sense of self-respect showed positive correlations with decision making skill and self-understanding skill and programs are to improve leadership living skill gradually and positively through the enhancement of the sense of self-respect. Third, the degree of support by peers showed relations with decision making skill and group activity skill meaning the importance of peer groups in adolescence and diverse measures to form peer groups are necessary.

Solving the test resource allocation using variable group genetic algorithm (가변 그룹 유전자알고리즘 기반의 시험자원할당 문제 해결)

  • There are considerable concern on the methods for the efficient utilization of the test-resources as increasing of the number of the tests for functionality and performance verification of weapon systems. Furthermore, with an increase in the complexity of the resource assignment the decision support is required. Test resource allocation is basically the same problems as conventional NP-hard FJSP(Flexible Job Shop Problem), therefore empirical test resource allocation method that has been used in many decades is limited in the time performance. Although research has been conducted applying the genetic algorithm to the FJSP, it is limited in the test resource allocation domain in which more than one machine is necessary for a single operation. In this paper, a variable group genetic algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is expected to improve the test plan efficiency by automating and optimizing the existing manual based allocation. The simulation result shows that the algorithm could be applicable to the test plan.

Corporate Valuation of Difference in Operating and Financial Leverages (레버리지도 차이에 따른 국내기업 가치분석)

  • This paper tests a correlation between degrees of operating leverage(DOL) and financial leverage(DFL). For an empirical analysis, this paper extracted information from financial statements of manufacturing companies listed in the Korea Stock Exchange. Data extend from 1990 to 2009. The DOL continued to increase until 1997, but decreased dramatically after the IMF financial crisis. However, the DOL has been at a higher level than companies of other countries such as USA and Japan. The DFL has been maintained at a much higher level, as expected. The empirical results indicate a positive correlation between the DOL and the DFL. To further investigate, we divide the whole sample into subgroups according to such management elements as asset size, IMF crisis. The results for sub-samples are different from those of whole sample. This indicates we need to incorporate specific managerial factors in order to correctly explain financial decision processes.

A Study on Selection of Split Variable in Constructing Classification Tree (의사결정나무에서 분리 변수 선택에 관한 연구)

  • It is very important to select a split variable in constructing the classification tree. The efficiency of a classification tree algorithm can be evaluated by the variable selection bias and the variable selection power. The C4.5 has largely biased variable selection due to the influence of many distinct values in variable selection and the QUEST has low variable selection power when a continuous predictor variable doesn't deviate from normal distribution. In this thesis, we propose the SRT algorithm which overcomes the drawback of the C4.5 and the QUEST. Simulations were performed to compare the SRT with the C4.5 and the QUEST. As a result, the SRT is characterized with low biased variable selection and robust variable selection power.

A Cross-Cultural Study on the Effect of Group Discussion in AHP-Group Decision Making for a Car Purchase (AHP 프로그램을 이용한 자동차 구매 의사결정시 그룹토의가 의사결정에 미치는 영향에 관한 이문화 비교 연구)

  • In the trend toward globalization, cross-cultural teams in organizations are becoming more and more common. In particular, the influence of China and Western Europe on the global economy is getting increased. With this trend, it is important to understand cross-cultural characteristics for group decision making in managerial environments. This study aims at analyzing cross-cultural differences between China and Western Europe in light of the effect of group discussion in group decision making. An experiment simulating a decision of a car purchase was conducted. A total of 48 subjects (24 Chinese and 24 Western Europeans) assigned in decision groups were asked to judge relative importance ratios of nine factors affecting their purchase decisions using the AHP program developed for the experiment. Three dependent variables (consistency, satisfaction, and consensus) were measured. Chinese were slightly more consistent than Western Europeans in discussion-involved group decision making. In terms of decision satisfaction, Western Europeans were more satisfied with discussion-included decisions than discussion-excluded decisions. Chinese, on the contrary, did not show a significant difference. There was no significant difference between two cultures in decision consensus.

  • 본 연구에서는 통계분석방법 가운데 하나인 의사결정분석방법을 활용하여 소방방재청 국가화재정보시스템의 2007년부터 2009년까지 강원지역에서 발생한 화재발생 데이터를 대상으로 화재발생에 대한 유형을 분석하였다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 체계적이고 효율적인 소방정책을 수립하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 변수선정은 NFDS의 변수들 가운데 화재유형분석에 영향을 줄 것으로 판단되는 변수들만을 대상으로 요인변수들을 발화환경, 화재원인, 진화요인 등 3개의 그룹으로 분류하였으며, 목적변수로는 화재피해와 화재건수를 선정하였다. 또한 NFDS의 제공 데이터들 이외에도 분석의 신뢰도와 정확도를 높이고자 통계청에서 제공하는 2007년과 2008년 외부데이터를 포함시켰다. 분석방법은 대분류 차원의 화재유형별 분석을 수행하고자 인명피해, 재산피해, 화재건수 등 3개의 목적변수를 대상으로 변수들의 영향력을 고찰하였다.
