The purpose of this study is to analyse cucumber farms managing efficiency and to draw some factors needed to maximize farms production efficiency. After reviewing and analysing some cucumber farms main management index in detail, we found that, compared to scale improvement, technical efficiency has more potential to increase cucumber farms income. Moreover There is a positive correlation between cucumber production and farms pure technical efficiency slightly, but because of the degree, we suggested to reduce input elements for enhancing pure technical efficiency under certain conditions.

Financial companies have invested a lot in their disaster recovery system and exercised training more than once a year to comply related laws and regulations. But massive PCs(Personal Computers) became disrupted simultaneously and it took a lot of time to recover massive PCs concurrently when March 20 cyber attack occurred. So, it was impossible to meet the tartgeted business continuity level. It was because the importance of PC recovery was neglected compared to other disaster recovery areas. This study suggests the measure to recover massive branch terminal PCs of financial companies simultaneously in cost-effective way utilizing the existing technology and tests recovery time. It means that in the event of disaster financial companies could recover branch terminal PCs in 3 hours which is recommended recovery time by regulatory body. Other financial companies operating similar type and volume of branches would refer to the recovery structure and method proposed by this study.

본 논문은 대규모 교환기의 연구 개발에 있어서 임의의 연구 개발 단계마다 발생되는 시스템 시험과 관련하여 보다 효율적인 시스템 시험이 될 수 있도록 시험 항목 선정 방법을 체계화한 것으로, 일반적인 시험 항목 선정 방법을 Top Down 방식과 Bottom Up 방식의 두 가지 형태로 분류하여 각각의 장단점을 제시하였으며, 시험 항목의 일관성 및 객관성을 위해 고려해야 될 내용과 시험 항목의 번호 부여 방법 및 항목명 작성 방법, 시험 절차 크기 결정 등을 여러 가지 모형으로 체계화하여 그 중에서 가장 효율적인 방법을 제안하였다. 이러한 방법은 향후 교환기뿐만 아니라, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어로 이루어지는 모든 시스템의 시험시 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전자메일이 현대 정보시스템에서 가장 필수적인 도구 중 한가지라는 것은 이제 더 이상 말할 필요가 없을 정도다. 전자메일은 그것을 잘 활용함으로써 생산 효율을 몇 배로 향상시킬 수 있는 반면, 능숙하게 사용하지 못할 경우 수신인과 발신인 상호간의 커뮤니케이션을 혼란시켜 생산성을 저하시킬 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 전자메일을 가입자에게 발송해야 하는 기업환경에서 대량의 메일 전송시에 메일 서버에 걸리는 부하를 3-tier 방식을 적용하여 효율적으로 관리하는 방법에 대하여 고찰하고, 이의 구현에 대하여 논의한다.

많은 국가에서 중소기업의 기술혁신을 지원하기 위해서 다양한 직 간접적 지원 프로그램을 기획하고 운영한다. 이 연구는 R&D 투자 효율성을 제고하기 위한 간접 지원의 대표적인 사례 중에서 지식서비스, 특히 그중에서도 R&D 기획, 기술가치평가, 정보 지원 사업에 주목했다. 이 연구에서는 지식서비스의 일환으로 공공과 민간에서 다양하게 제공되고 있는 3가지 지원 사업을 대상으로 R&D 중소기업 중에서 수요 집단의 특징을 프로파일링 했다. 이런 프로파일링을 통해 기업의 해당 지식서비스 지원 적합성을 진단할 수 있는 계량적인 방법을 제안하고 나아가 이를 통한 처방 방법을 논의한다. 구체적인 연구 방법으로는 데이터 마이닝을 통한 분석 방법으로 수요 집단을 프로파일링 했으며, 전통적인 통계 방법인 판별분석 방법을 활용해서 구체적인 지식서비스 적합성 진단 모형을 제시했다. 본 연구에서는 특정 지식서비스 수요에 대한 중소기업의 특징을 프로파일링하기 위해서 설문정보를 활용했으며, 모형의 적정성을 검증하기 위해서 새로운 설문을 활용하는 등 총 6,600 기업에 대한 대규모 설문을 활용했다는데도 차별적 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 대규모 데이터를 바탕으로 한 중소기업에 대한 지식서비스 또는 R&D 진단과 처방 서비스를 제시해 중소기업과 정부 R&D 투자 효율성을 개선시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study is to analyze the efficiency of oriental hospitals using DEA. The input variables are the numbers of doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and beds. The output variables are the numbers of annual inpatients and outpatients. The statistical analysis tools used are EnPas and IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The result in efficiency analysis by establishment type showed that the national and public hospitals had the most efficiency. In the case of location, the efficiency of the oriental hospitals in Seoul was the highest but those in the Metropolitan areas had a relatively low efficiency. If the number of the beds was generally less than 50 beds, the hospitals were highly efficient, but the hospitals in the medium category of 51-100 beds were low in efficiency. The Logistic regression analysis conducted to analyze the variables that have affected the efficiency of oriental hospitals resulted that the efficiency increased by 1.045 everytime the number of nurses increased by 1.

According to the demand for services. a single point contract between a user and provider spreads over the industry, and the relationship between them is a main issue. The user wants to make a deal with the contributor which can provide the effective services to the user. This study is to estimate the efficiency of global logistics industry with Data Envelopment Analysis, by nations from 2001 to 2005. Furthermore, it tries to estimate the inefficiency affected by macro factors, and proves the association between them using Tobit model. Global logistics industry has made growth both externally and internally more than doubled for the last 5years. Technical inefficiency of global logistics industry is more influenced by pure technical inefficiency than inefficiency of scale. Therefore technical efficiency can be increased by decreasing pure technical inefficiency. Through this study, it found that the logistics industry got influenced to its efficiency by high price of oil, and courier and transportation service market is formed stably. Furthermore, it advocates policy planners to consider effectiveness and clearness of policy which influence to inefficiency of logistics industry. Also, it found that labor and financial support can give critical effect.
