휴대전화, PC, 브로드밴드(ADSL, FTTH) 등 가정 내에서의 IT기기 및 네트워크의 보급이 급속하게 진전되고 있다. TV와 에어콘 등 가전제품의 IT화가 진행되어 가정 내에서 네트워크를 형성함은 물론 외부 네트워크에 상시 접속되는 세계가 실현되어 가고 있다. 네트워크 접속에 대응하는 네트가전이 보급되면 가전기기 간의 연대 및 외부와의 정보통신에 의해 가전제품의 기능과 성능을 최대한으로 발휘할 수 있게 되어 생활환경, 편리성이 크게 향상됨과 아울러 성(省)에너지화에도 큰 효과를 나타낸다. 네트가전은 TV, VTR, DVD등의 AV계(系), 냉장고와 세탁기 등의 기기계, 태양광발전시스템과 전기온수기 등의 설비계로 분류된다. AV계에서는 디지털정보의 다운로드와 기억에 의해 다양한 고품질의 영상음향에 둘러싸인 세계가 탄생하게 된다 기계계의 네트가전에서는 홈서버 경유로 외출 장소에서 기기의 상태를 파악하여 제어하는 것이 가능해진다. 설비계에서는 설비 간의 연대에 따라 에너지절약 운전과 최대전력량의 제어에 의한 코스트절약이 실현된다. 네트가전을 이용한 홈네트워크 실현을 위해서는 고객이 쉽게 다를 수 있으며 만족할 수 있는 기능과 서비스, 성(省)배전$\cdot$저(低)코스트의 네트워크, 기기가 외부에서 간단히 제어될 수 있는 고신뢰성 인터페이스의 실장(實裝)과 표준화, 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통을 촉진하기 위한 컨텐츠 권리보호제도 정비가 필요하게 된다. 미쓰비시전기는 ''언제나, 어디에나, 누구에게도'' 가전제품을 편리하게 사용될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 사회를 실현하기 위하여 AV, 설비$\cdot$기기, 컴퓨터의 모든 분야에 대응한 가전기기, 네트워크 관련기기의 개발을 진행해 나감은 물론 주택을 이용한 실증시험을 실시하여 소비자 메리트의 본질적인 추구를 위해 계속 추진해 나가고 있다.

The advent of Web 2.0 and social media is taking a leading role of emerging big data. At the same time, however, informational dysfunction such as infringement of one's rights and violation of social order has been increasing sharply. This study, therefore, aims at defining malicious usage, identifying malicious feature, and devising an automated method for classifying them. In particular, the rule-based experiment reveals statistically significant performance enhancement.

I generalized and analyzed the Supreme Court's judgements sentenced form Cho Sun High Court of Jus-tice to the present. Morever I tried to establish the system of a theory for surface rights from the viewpoint of the conventional law and present the direction in law-making political side. 1. The legal surface rights from the viewpoint of the conventional law have not been admited by the usage. Therefore I studied in detail its history, examples of foreign law-making, recognition authority and application object.

This paper tries to solve the problems which previous methods have such as the WCDRM(Watermark and Cryptography DRM) and the model using smart card for protecting digital contents. This study provides a contents distribution model to protect the rights of author, distributor, and user as well as user's information by using technologies such as cryptography, DRM(Digital Right Management), access control, etc. The proposed system is evaluated as the most safety model compared with previous methods because it not only solves the problems which the previous methods have, but also protects four type of risks such as use of contents which other mobile devices download, the attack on the key to decode the message, the attack on leaking the contents, and the internal attack such as an illegal reproduction.

디지털 기술의 발전으로 인해 원본과 동일한 품질을 가지는 디지털 콘텐츠의 무한한 복제가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 통해 전 세계 어디라도 전파될 수 있다. 이러한 디지털 콘텐츠의 불법복제에 따른 문제를 해결해 줄 수 있는 것이 바로 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이다. 하지만 현재의 DRM은 콘텐츠를 구매하여 License를 받은 최초의 디바이스에서만 사용이 가능하도록 설계 되어 있다. 이러한 방식은 콘텐츠를 구매한 사용자의 권리를 제한하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Home Network와 같은 특정 Domain영역 안에서만 콘텐츠의 사용이 가능한 DRM 시스템을 제안한다.

This study analyzed 1,890 KRF journals to understand the current situation and problems related to copyright management by journal publishers. The results of the study are as follows: 32.6% of journals did not provide any copyright notice, 77.1% of 1,141 journals which gave copyright information with regulation documents did not specify the type of author's property right to be transferred and most of the journals which owned copyright transferred from the author did not specify the permission needed to use their article. This study suggested that journal publishers establish the object and method for distribution of journal articles and then develop and publish their copyright policy suited to their own objective.

Congress established the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) to ensure that the public has free access to the Government's information. Operated by the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO), the mission of the FDLP is to disseminate information products from all three branches of the Government to over 1,250 Depository libraries in the FDLP program nationwide. Depository libraries safeguard the American public's right to information by making Government information in all formats freely available. This paper discusses the role of the GPO and FDLP, the GPO's organizational structure, the Depository library's obligations and responsibilities, services and collections, referrals and networking, and the Depository's future and challenges.

In recent years, e-Commerce is very active on the Internet, especially the World Wide Web alone: with the popularization of Internet using high-speed networks. Especially, Circulation of Multimedia Contents like MP3 data if widely being focused as one of the popular researches. However, the existing models of AOD (Audio On Demand) System lack substantial illegal copy protection or copyright protection. In this paper, we propose an AOD System that guarantees substantial illegal copy protection and copyright protection based on the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). As transmitting MP3 data using the user's public key, the proposed .method prevents the attack of dropper during transmitting data. Also, it guarantees the right of users and distributors by prohibiting illegal users from using MP3 data.

There have been concerned about the copyright as numerous data are digitalized because of the growth of performance of the computer and Internet. Digital watermarking is one of strong methods to protect copyright. We proposed a novel digital watermarking for vector map data. Although vector map data are used widely in GIS, there is little interest in copyright. The proposed method is to embed and extract watermarks using CRC principle. The experimental results show that this method can protect the copyright of the vector map by extracting embedded watermarks. Therefore, the proposed method can be utilized as the technique to protect vector map data.
