Respect your child's decisions Effect of parental attitude on human rights awareness: Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem (자녀의 의사결정을 존중하는 부모태도가 인권의식에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과)

  • Based on the relationship between parental attitudes, human rights awareness, and self-esteem, this study examines the effects of parental attitudes that respect children's decision-making on human rights consciousness, targeting elementary school students (grades 4-6). The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the relationship between parental attitudes and human rights awareness is mediated. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a positive correlation in the relationship between parental attitude, human rights awareness, and self-esteem respecting children's decision-making. In addition, it was found that self-esteem mediates the relationship between parental attitude and human rights awareness that respects children's decision-making. Therefore, in this study, the relationship between parenting attitudes and human rights consciousness, which respects children's decision-making, is to be examined in detail through self-esteem. Through this, the role of parents who respect children's decision-making and participation is necessary for the basic rights of children, and it suggests the importance of the mediating role of self-esteem in raising human rights awareness.

  • 최근 이랜드그룹이 그룹 내 외식사업체 근로자 4만4천여명에게 83억 7천여만원의 임금을 미지급한 것이 고용노동부 근로감독결과 적발되어 사회적으로 비난의 대상이 되었다는 보도가 있었습니다. 이랜드그룹의 임금체불액을 포함하여 올해 임금체불액은 1조 4천여억원으로 사상 최대 금액에 달한다고 합니다. 임금생활자에 대한 체불은 해고와 더불어 생존권을 위협하는 일임에도 임금체불에 대한 실질적인 법적 제재가 크지 않아서인지 체불액은 줄어들고 있지 않습니다. 근로자들의 권리의식이 신장되고 포털사이트 및 인터넷을 통해 법률정보의 취득이 대중화되고 무료상담 등도 늘어나면서 재직 중에 못 받은 각종 수당 등을 퇴직 후에 청구하는 사례 등도 늘어나고 있습니다. 특히 기간제 근로자 및 단시간 근로자의 연차휴가수당, 주휴수당, 시간외근로수당과 관련하여 중소기업 사업주들이 잘못 알고 있는 경우가 많은데요. 이랜드그룹의 경우도 아르바이트 직원의 연차휴가수당, 시간외수당, 휴업수당 등이 문제가 된 경우입니다. 임금체불이 줄어드는 2017년이 되길 바라면서 이번 호에는 기간제 및 단시간 근로자의 주휴수당, 연차휴가수당, 시간외수당에 대해 알아보고자 합니다.

  • 고품질의 전력공급에 대한 고객 Needs가 급증하고 권리의식이 증가되고 있는 상황이다. 한국전력은 1997년 변전설비 예방진단시스템을 최초 도입하여 지속적인 진단기준을 수립하여 왔다. 하지만 설비 운영여건의 변화와 예방진단분야의 급속한 기술 발전으로 인해 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 한국전력에서 새롭게 수립한 신뢰도와 경제성 기반의 예방진단 중장기 운영전략을 소개하고자 한다.

  • 철도로 인한 소음 문제는 최근 국민의 정온한 환경에 대한 권리의식 증대와 삶의 질에 대한 높은 관심으로 철도 소음에 대한 민원이 급증하여 지역 갈등을 초래하고 막대한 사회적 비용 부담으로 철도 산업을 저해하는 요소이다. 이에 따라, 철로 부근의 진동 및 소음에 대한 모니터링 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있으나, 레일의 조도상태 및 방진재 사양 등 철도진동소음에 영향을 주는 인자를 충분히 포함하지 못하고 있으며, 측정 및 분석 데이터의 체계적인 관리, 축적 구조를 갖지 못하는 문제가 있다. 또한, 연구기관의 인위적인 데이터 양식의 사용으로 실용적이고 개방적인 구조를 갖추지 못해 실제 엔지니어링 현장에서 활용하기 어렵다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 실제 엔지니어들이 현장에서 취득하는 정보를 체계적이고 지속가능한 형태로 데이터베이스화 하는 일체의 시스템 구축에 대해 논한다.

  • 수준 높은 공공서비스를 제공받고자 하는 국민의 권리의식이 향상되고 정보기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 고객의 요구사항이 다양하다. 신속하고 정확한 상담의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 수단으로서 콜센터에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 공공기관의 고객접점인 콜센터에서 근무하는 상담원들의 직무특성과 직무태도를 통하여 직무만족과 이직의도에 대한 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이직의도를 낮추기 위해서는 상사의 관심과 지원이 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 고객접점을 운영함에 있어서 직무상 발생하는 스트레스를 효율적으로 관리하여 상담원의 직무만족을 증대시켜 이직의도를 낮추는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • 'Born Global' is a core value that small to medium sized enterprizes (hereinafter SMEs) in Korea are pursuing due to increasing competitiveness and relatively smaller market size in domestic markets. How can we build capabilities to be born global? This paper seeks to find the answer for the question, and investigates the role of psychological ownership of top executives. Results show that psychological ownership of top executives positively influence the ratio of export in revenue, surrogate for global performance. In addition, the results show that psychological ownership can be built through information access, participation in decision making, and procedural justice.

  • In knowledge-based society, various forms of visible and invisible works are produced and published. As production and distribution of those works are increased, importance and value of copyright are gradually emerged. In the light of importance, students must learn and understand the concept and the right use of copyright as early as possible. Scales that students experience in the introduction stage of the class take the role of Advance Organizer. Through these scales, students can combine concept of copyright into their existing recognition structure and are interested in study contents. According to test results, it is concluded that the proposed system is very useful to enhance copyright consciousness for students.

A Study on Human Rights Sensitivity of Occupational Therapists in the Republic of Korea (국내 작업치료사들의 인권감수성 조사연구)

  • Objective : This study aimed to investigate the level of human rights sensitivity of occupational therapists and compare the differences in the level of human rights sensitivity between variables to provide a basis for awareness, human rights behavior, and the development of human rights education programs. Methods : A questionnaire consisting of general characteristics and 10 human rights susceptibility episodes was distributed, and 131 copies were analyzed. Results : The average score for human rights sensitivity was 58.75 for male and 55.44 for female therapists. As for the difference in human rights sensitivity by episode by sex, statistically significant differences were found in the right to avoid illegal arrest and restriction and the right to freedom from imprisonment. In addition, as a result of differences in changes in human rights sensitivity by subcategory, there was a statistically significant difference between males and females in the perception of responsibility. In the case of males, the average score for perception of responsibility was the highest, and in the case of females, the average score for perception of the situation was the highest. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strengthen the content of educational programs in clinical settings to improve human rights consciousness and behavior.

Nursing Students' Awareness of Human Rights and Influencing Factors (간호대학생의 인권의식에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study was done to identify awareness of human rights in nursing students, and to evaluate the factors affecting human rights for nursing students. A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 440 nursing students from two university in Incheon and Kangwon province. The score for right consciousness was much higher than duty consciousness inherent in human rights. The predicting factor for human rights was mother's rearing attitude in terms of autonomy and this factor explained 7.6% of human rights for nursing students. There was a significant difference on human rights for nursing students according to age and awareness of human rights were related to perceived parents' rearing attitude, self-esteem, psychological home environment.

Effectiveness of Evaluation for Visiting Care Service Institution: From the User's Point of View (방문요양서비스 기관 평가의 효과성 : 이용자 관점에서)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of the evaluation of long-term care insurance visiting care service institutions for the elderly from the user's point of view. To this end, data from a survey of 266 users collected through allocation sampling by region(14 cities and counties) in Jeollabuk-do and public data from 47 institutions were combined and analyzed using a multi-layered model. The main research results are as follows. First, among the five evaluation areas, the higher the score in the 'Rights·Responsibility' area, which is to give users a sense of rights and respect users, the higher the service quality and satisfaction. Second, among the five evaluation areas, the 'Rights·Responsibility' area had an effect on loyalty. In addition, it was found that the 'Outcome' area for satisfaction with institutions and employees and changes in users had an effect on loyalty. Third, it was found that 'Institutional Management', 'Environment·Safety', 'Process' did not affect service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Based on these results, it is proposed to reorganize the evaluation scale that users can recognize and that is faithful to the purpose.
