  • Cave survey is close relate to the culture and environment of the Area. And the Korean culture and the skeleton of the spirits are very similar to that of continent. in this paper some caves are studied and find the close relationship between the present culture and the past cultures.

  • 오는 4월 13일은 임시정부수립기념일이다. 이에 상하이의 인쇄사에서 잠시 근무했던 이봉창 의사와 독립선언서를 인쇄했던 보성사에 대해 알아본다. 이봉창 선생은 1932년 1월 8일 일본제국주의의 심장부인 도쿄에서 삼엄한 경호를 받으며 궁성으로 돌아가던 일왕에게 수류탄을 투척, 일본인의 간담을 서늘케 하고 전 세계 피압박 민족에게 큰 충격을 준 인물이다. 이 선생이 터뜨린 한발의 수류탄은 당시 침체일로에 있던 상해임시정부에 새로운 전기를 마련해 주었다. 정부는 지난 62년 선생의 장거를 기리어 건국훈장 대통령장을 추서했다. 보성사터 기념비는 지금의 조계사 좌측 수송소공원에 있는데, 천도교에서 경영하던 인쇄사로 보성학교 뒷마당에 자리 잡고 있었다. 1919년 당신 최남선이 경영하던 신문관과 함께 최대 인쇄사로 꼽혔다. 보성사는 1919년 6월 28일 일본의 방화로 추정되는 화재로 전소됐다.

Some Unrecorded Species of Oribatid Mites (Acari : Oribatida) from Korea (한국 산 날개응애류의 미기녹종(3))

  • In the course of taxonomical studies of oribatid mites, eight species, Tenuiala nuda Ewing, 1913, Cosmopirnodus angulatus Ichisawa and Aoki, 1998, Neoribates pallidus Aoki, 1988, Belba sellnicki Bulanova-Zachvatkina, 1962, Camisia horrida (Hermann 1804), Hermannia gibba (C. L. Koch 1839), Eueremaeus elongatus (Fujikawa 1972), and Licnodamaeus undulatus (Paoli 1908) are recorded from Korea for the first time.

  • Hydroforming Technology has been applied to manufacture in various parts of automobile. Especially, Exhaust manifold has been applied to hydroforming method in the foreign advanced automotive company. Exhaust manifold runner is important exhaust parts that heat-resistant and exhaust flow characteristics are requested in the automobile. The purpose of this study is to optimize the manufacturing method of exhaust maniflold runner using FEA and to propose to get a optimization design direction. In addition, Comparative analysis between conventional exhaust maniflold and hydroformed exhaust maniflold has been done in view of weight-saving, manufacturing advantage.

Effects of the addition of chelate compound in phosphating surface conditioning solution (인산염 표면 조정액 중의 킬레이트제 첨가 영향)

  • Phosphating treatments have been performed to improve paint adhesion and corrosion resistance of zinc and zinc alloy coated steels for a long time. In this work, the effects of the addition of chelate compound were studied to improve the stability of surface conditioning solution and properties of zinc phosphate films. The coalescence of colloidal Ti-compound and extraneous charged particles (alkaliearth metal cation such as $Mg^{2+}$ , $Ca^{2+}$ ) were suppressed by using a surface conditioning solution with chelate compound. Therefore, after surface conditioning solution containing chelate compound was left standing for one week at room temperature, the formation of a white sediment was decreased comparing to surface conditioning solution without chelate compound. The crystal size of phosphate film was fine and the whiteness value of phosphated zinc coated steel sheets was also high without the decrease of corrosion resistance and anti-patina. It was very effective to use chelate compound improving the stability of surface conditioning solution.

The corrosion behavior of galvanized steel sheets at the cut edges (용융아연도금강판의 단면부 부식특성)

  • As GA (Hot dip galvannealed steel sheet) has good corrosion resistance, weldability and paintability as well as excellent formability, it's demand is rapidly increasing for automotive panels. The GA coated layers are composed of several kinds of brittle Fe-Zn Metallic compounds which are susceptible to powdering during the press forming, however, very careful controls of manufacturing conditions such as galvannealing heat-treatment or bath composition are essential to meet with the required quality of automotive use. In this study the required characteristics of automotive panel are practically surveyed in detail and the appropriate manufacturing conditions of galvannealing or bath composition have experimentally investigated by using the various analyzing and simulating equipments. The result in this study indicated that the corrosion resistance at the cut edges was improved by increasing of coating weight and decreasing of thickness of sheet steels.

Study on the characteristic and behavior of dross in galvanizing bath (용융아연도금욕중 드로스의 특성 및 거동연구)

  • It is well known that the amount of hot-dip Zn coated sheet steels used for automotive is rapidly increasing. As hot-dip steel sheets show good corrosion resistance and excellent formability, the demand for outer panel of automotive has been increased in order to satisfy with the requirement of high surface qualify. There are many kinds of factors influencing on the surface quality and the dross control in the galvanising bath is regarded as one of the most important thing. In this study the characteristic and growing behavior of dross in the galvanizing bath were investigated and the effect of dross on the surface defect of GA was surveyed. The dross defects on the GA sheet steels result from bottom dross whose diameter are larger 50$\mu\textrm{m}$ in the Zn pot. Dross-free state exist for about 30 hours from starting time of GA production.

  • In the Present study, the effect of galvannealing conditions on the phase distribution of the Zn-Fe intermetallic phases in the coating layer of the galvannealed steel sheets(GA) was investigated in an interstitial free steel and two kinds of high strength steels. The composition profiles of the coating layers were analyzed using AA and EDS analysis, and the distribution of the intermetallic phases was examined with the aids of X-ray diffraction. On the basis of the pole figure and OIM analyses, it was clarified that the preferred orientation of the $\zeta$ phase depended on the development of the $\gamma$-fibre texture in the substrate.

  • 교통 관련 검지기 시스템에 의해 수집된 교통량, 점유율, 속도와 같은 교통 정보 데이터는 품질평가, 오류판단, 결측보정의 자료처리를 거치게 되며 이러한 전처리 후 다양한 목적에 의해 연구자들에게 활용된다. 신속하고 정확한 자료처리와 보다 편리하고 효과적인 웹 UI 의 제공은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 품질평가, 오류판단, 결측보정에 해당하는 세 단계의 자료처리 알고리즘을 개발하고 사용자에게 자료처리의 과정을 제공하는 웹 UI 시스템을 구현한다.

  • 현재 한국도로공사에서 운영하는 고속도로 교통관리시스템(FTMS)과 우회도로 교통정보시스템(ARTIS)은 차량 검지 장치와 CCTV 를 통해 실시간 교통 자료를 수집하고, 도로전광표지(VMS), 방송, 인터넷 등 다양한 매체로 교통 정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. 이러한 시스템들은 매일 도로에서 수집되는 엄청난 양의 교통 자료를 실시간 교통 정보 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있어, 교통 자료를 가공하고 처리하여 분석을 수행하는 연구 환경을 제공하는데 어려움이 많다. 본 논문에서는 여러 시스템으로부터 대용량의 교통 자료를 가져와 하나의 통합 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 이를 통해 얻은 교통 이력 자료를 연구할 수 있는 환경을 제안한다.
