Relationship with the Phenology of Cherry Blossoms and Associated Festival : Case of Changwon Jinhae Gunhangje (벚나무의 계절현상과 이를 이용한 지역축제와의 관계 - 창원시 진해 군항제 사례 -)

  • Festivals using plant phenology is one of the examples can represent the ecosystem services. Changwon Jinhae Gunhangje is typical spring festival using cherry blossoms phenology. This research was done to define relationship between flowering of cherry blossoms and Gunhangje. Phenological data (Julian day) of cherry blossoms and visitor number of Gunhangje from 1987 to 2013 were collected. Differences of Phenological phase of cherry blossoms and duration of Gunhangje was analyzed. Trend analysis was performed to know changes of flowering and budding day of cherry blossoms. Correlations between visitor number of Gunhangje and environmental factors was defined by factor analysis and regression analysis. Results are showed that during the 26 years, periodicity of flowering and budding day was not identified or even identified it was not significant. Environmental factors effect on visitor numbers of Gunhangje were defined as temperature factor, day factor, and precipitation factor. Temperature factor was significantly correlated with visitor numbers of Gunhangje. Though Flowering day of cherry blossoms and festival duration was not matched, however, difference of visitor numbers was not showed. These results suggest that fixed duration of Gunhangje would be more effective to visitors than changing the festival duration following the phenological day changes of cherry blossoms.

Fed Batch Culture of Hybridoma for Reduction of Lactate and Higher Monoclonal Antibody Productivity (젖산 생성 감소 및 단일군항체 생산성 향상을 위한 하이브리도마의 유가배양)

  • Accumulation of toxic waste byproducts in hybridoma culture can limit cell growth and monoclonal antibody (MAb) productivity, and one of the major toxic metabolites is lactate produced via glycolytic pathway of glucose metabolism. The factors affecting the glucose to lactate conversion rate were investigated. The conditions of high initial glucose concentration and high growth rate stimulated glucose to lactate conversion rate. The glucose-controlled fed-batch culture was investigated, and 19% reduction in lactate formation and 41% enhancement of MAb titer could be achieved by fed-batch culture.

  • The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)-inhibition test using a Clonorchis sinensis species-specific mouse monoclonal antibody (MAb) , CsHyb 0605-23, showed increased specificity over the conventional ELISA used for serodiagnosis of clonorchiasis. To characterize the corresponding antigen further, the MAb was tested against polysaccharide, protein and glycolipid fractions obtained from a crude extract of C. slnensis adult worms, using chloroform, methanol and phenol extractions. Only the polysaccharide fraction was recognized by the mb among those fractions. Mild oxidation of the antigen with sodium periodate showed decreased reactivity against the MAb. We concluded that the antigen and antigenic determinants recognized by the MAb are carbohydrates.

  • In an effort to enhance the independence of and expertise in military aircraft accident investigation, a permanent accident investigation board should be established. Establishing permanent accident investigation board would render the military accident investigation more reliable and would increase its public esteem. Because there is no provision governing the responsibilities of the investigation and cooperation between civil and military authority in case that both civil and military aircraft are involved, it is necessary to fill this gap by enacting appropriate laws. In case of civil aircraft accident investigation involving a military issue, it would be better to allow military authority to be involved in the investigation. For the betterment of investigation, it is also necessary to provide a field investigator an authority to directly collect relevant information. Since the sole purpose of accident investigation is to prevent the recurrence of aircraft accidents, the scope of information disclosure should be limited and the investigation report shall be used for neither criminal procedure nor disciplinary procedure so that the objectivity of the investigation should be ensured.

  • Wenn man das fahrl${\"{a}}$ssige Begehungsdelikt in Bezug auf ein Niveau eines Risiko der objektiv vorhandenen tatbestandlichen Erfolgsm${\"{o}}$glichkeit und auf die n${\"{o}}$tige Sorgfaltspflicht, die die T${\"{a}}$ter nimmt, um das solches Risiko abzuhalten, berucksichtigt, ergibt sich der spezielle Fall selten bei der Person, mit dem hoch-gefahrlichen Berufszweig besch${\"{a}}$ftigt ist, auf den die bestehende Allgemeine-Theorie ${\"{u}}$ber das gafahrl${\"{a}}$ssige Begehungsdelikt gleichm${\"{a}}$ssig unanwendbar ist. Bez${\"{u}}$glich des Piloten des Milit${\"{a}}$rflugzeug ergibt sich oftmals ein bestmmter Fall, die die KontroIIe des Risiko gesch${\"{a}}$ftlich uber sein eigenes pers${\"{o}}$nliches Ermessen geht, und er nimmt die Pflicht, die notwendige milit${\"{a}}$rische Zielsetzung zuerst vor allem zu ber${\"{u}}$cksichtigen, wenn auch technisch, klimatisch und umstandehalber ein normales Niveau von Risiko ${\"{u}}$bersteigt wird und zugleich ein bedenkliches hoches Risiko mit sich gebracht wird. 항공우주산업의 육성 정책

  • 우리나라의 항공우주산업은 군항공기의 기술 도입생산을 반복해 가면서 발전해 왔으나, 아직까지도 산업적 기반은 매우 취약한 형편이다. 일반적으로 항공우주산업은 군수 의존도가 큰 산업으로서 그림 1을 보면 선진 8개국의 경우를 보면 국방비의 규모와 항공산업의 규모가 정비례함을 볼 수 있다. 우리나라의 국방예산규모가 세계 10위권인 것을 감안하면 우리나라의 항공우주산업의 규모가 현재 세계 10위권 정도에 도달해 있어야 정상적인 것으로 보이며, 더욱이 1인당 국민소득 2만불을 목표로 한다면, 항공우주산업의 발전목표를 최소 세계 8위는 되어야 한다. A Design of Item pool System using XML (XML을 이용한 문제은행 시스템 설계)

  • 본 논문에서는 XML을 이용하여 문제은행 시스템(Item pool System)을 설계하였다. XML은 단순하면서도 구조적인 내용을 표현하는데 용이하며, 확장성이 뛰어난 마크업 언어이다. 문제 은행은 문항의 형태, 내용, 난이도, 등을 포함한 군항의 특성과 관련된 정보들을 체계적으로 제시해야하므로 데이터베이스에 저장된 내용들을 체계적으로 표현할 수 있어야한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 내용과 관련된 태그를 직접 만들 수 있고, 여러 개의 XML 문서들을 하나의 큰 문서로 병합할 수 있으며, 어떠한 종류의 응용프로그램과도 통합할 수 있는 범용적 데이터베이스라고도 할 수 있는 XML의 특성을 이용하여 좀더 확장성이 좋아지게 하였다.

A Berth Allocation Problem to Maximize the Available Rate of Naval Vessels (함정 가동률 최대화를 위한 선석할당문제)

  • This paper addresses the berth allocation problem in naval ports. Navy vessels need various services such as emergency repair, missile loading, oil supply and many others while commercial vessels only unload and load container at the port. Furthermore, naval vessels have to shift frequently due to a limited capacity of the port. The objective of this paper is to minimize the total number of nesting vessels at the naval port. In other word, the objective is to maximize the total number of naval battleships engaging in the sea. A mixed integer programming(MIP) model is developed and experiments are conducted with ILOG CPLEX 11.0. We compare the computational results of the MIP model to the current scheduling approach by the ROK Navy. The results showed that MIP model performed well by minimizing the number of nesting vessels. and avoiding unnecessary shifts.
