국회 문화체육관광방송통신위원회(위원장 정병국 의원 한나라당)와 출판인쇄 단체장 정책간담회가 지난 9월 2일 오전 10시부터 오후 2시까지 파주출판도시재단 컨퍼런스룸에서 개최됐다. 정병국 위원장은 인사말을 통해 "출판인쇄계가 어려움을 겪고 있는데 우리가 현장의 목소리를 청취하여 국회차원의 지원 방안을 마련하기 위해 이 자리를 마련했다"고 밝혔다. 이날 간담회에서는 각 단체장들이 당면과제와 발전방안을 발표했다.

한나라당 김성수 국회의원과 협회가 공동 주최하고, 축산신문사가 주관한 긴급 정책 토론회가 12월 15일 국회 귀빈식당에서 열렸다. 한 EU FTA 발효에 이어 한 미 FTA도 국회비준을 통해 발효를 앞두고 있는 시점에 낙농강국인 호주, 뉴질랜드와도 FTA가 진행 중에 있다. 축산업, 그 중 단연 낙농분야 피해가 가장 클 것으로 예상되지만 정부의 낙농산업 유지를 위한 피해보전 대책은 전무한 실정이다. 이날 토론에서는 정부의 주제발표와 각계 지정토론이 이어졌으며 FTA 시대 낙농산업 유지를 위한 여러 의견들이 제시되었다.

대부분의 빅 데이터 분석 결과는 문장으로 다듬어진 보고서로 결과를 제시하기보다는 비주얼라이제이션으로 결과를 보이고 보는 사람이 갖고 있는 배경지식과 통찰력에 따라 의미 있는 내용을 도출할 수 있도록 한다. 본 고에서는 공공 데이터와 비주얼라이제이션의 중요성을 알리기 위한 국회의원 투표 성향 분석 프로젝트를 소개한다. 우리나라 국민이라면 누구나 관심을 가질만한 국회의원의 성향을 파악하는 것을 세부 목표로 하고 18대 국회의원의 본 회의 회의록으로부터 투표 데이터를 수집하여 유사한 투표성향을 가진 국회의원을 가깝게 배치하여 누구나 쉽게 의원간의 유사성을 알 수 있도록 하였다. 데이터 수집부터 분석모델 개발과 웹 페이지를 만들기까지의 프로젝트 진행과정에서 모델의 수정이 필요했으며 왜 그러한 선택을 했는지를 설명한다.

The study aims at providing alternative strategies for the National Assembly's archival information services. In this context, it conducts a literature review and discusses current status of the National Assembly's archival information services. Furthermore, this study draws six critical problems of the National Assembly's archival information services, ranging from a lack of comprehensive archival information services to a deficiency of value-added contents. As a case study, it reviews legislative archival institutions in the US and the UK, and classifies their legislative records management services into 3 different types, including retrieval assistant services, contents services, and extensive services. Base on the case study, as a result, it provides 5 strategies for the development of the National Assembly's archival information services.

This study is to present an improvement of security for the National Assembly by survey of persons who use the National Assembly facilities. Most of respondent said that their security consciousness level is above average, and they know National Assembly building is National Major Facility First class but they did not know well what the Major Facility First class is. Many of respondents thought security design of National Assembly building is inadequate, so reinforcement of access control management is necessary. For reinforcement of access control management, security gate and preparing of some obstacles are required. They said that they could put up with inconveniences incurred as a result of reinforcement of access control management, that could be affected positively for the reinforcement. The recognition on the necessity of security education is high, but there is no proper security education program. For practical security education, contents and different method followed by different facilities user should be considered.

Given the few studies on the responsibilities of assembly, government, and president for social conflicts, this study analyzes the influence of conflict causes upon that responsibilities. First, the need for the mediation mechanisms for dealing with social conflicts and the level of labor-management conflict are positively associated with the responsibilities of assembly, government, and president. Second, the levels of conflict between social strata and ideological conflict are positively related with the responsibility of assembly or president. Third, interdependence and mutual understanding between stakeholder, among independent variables, are positively associated with the responsibilities of assembly and president. Finally, all of the levels of conflict types, except the level of ideological conflict, moderate the effects of conflict causes on the responsibilities of assembly, government, and president. These results reflect the importance of managerial and institutional approaches to the conflict resolution focused on conflict causes and types.
