Some innovative strategies are being strongly promoted in records management system and institution of administrative agencies in Korea. To stabilize and institute these strategies, it is essential to improve the standards as well as legislations in the area of records management. The purpose of this study is to guide what kinds of standards to be developed and maintained, and to recommend some promoting principles and strategies. This study compares and analyzes international and foreign national standards to come up with improved standards in the national records management innovations. Four categories of standards are set for clearer explanation; national records management(KS ISO 15489), electronic records management, records management metadata, and others. Finally it suggests the promoting principles and strategies based on the analyses of the standard policies in USA and UK.

As cloud computing has enabled, a variety of cloud services has come into wide use. Thus, cloud computing products can be easily identified in the IT market. Common Criteria is international standards for security evaluation performed of IT products. In addition, Consumers can be used as a objective guideline for the evaluation results. And, it is a provides for protection profile(security target of security products). For general, IT products are providing the protection profile. However, for cloud-related products of protection profile is not being provided. Thus, about cloud security products, there is no way for evaluation. Therefore, in this paper, we propose protection profile on cloud database management system for the secure cloud environment in common criteria.

The subject heading is an elaborate access tool for subject browsing and searching in information retrieval environment. The purpose of this study is to suggest the applicable facets to subject headings in Korea. First, the concepts of subject and the definitions of facets were investigated in the literature review. Second, six cases including OCLC's FAST, PRECIS, "Thesaurus construction and use", CC $7^{th}$ edition, BC $2^{nd}$ Edition, and UDC $3^{rd}$ Edition were analyzed to focus on configuration of facets as case studies. Based on the results, twenty-two facets were proposed including Topical, Event, Geography, Chronology, Personal and Corporate Name, Title, Form, Genre, Language, and Person facets as 11 top facets. Also, Topical-Thing/Entity and Topical-Action/Status, Part, Kind, Property, Whole, Material, Patient, Product, By-Product and Agent facets as sub-facets of Topical facet.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nursing behavior and delegation status of nursing hospital nurses and to provide basic data for improving the quality of medical services. The subjects of this study were data collected from July 26 to December 23, 2013, for 140 nurses with more than 3 years of experience in nursing hospitals. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, independent t-test and One way ANOVA of SPSS 20.0 statistical program. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, independent t-test and one way ANOVA of SPSS 20.0 statistical program.. As a result of this study, the case of delegation of nursing behavior was higher in case of no protocol of nursing delegation procedure than in case of having protocol. This study suggests that nursing practice of nursing hospital nurses can be a major factor in declining the quality of medical services in the absence of specified standards or procedures for delegation. Procedures, methods and guidelines are required.

It is not easy to present a generalized operating model because the operating environment of a sport event is composed of a complex matrix structure. In this study, we propose 'standardization' which provides guidance of concept and process of sport event management to solve this sports event management problem. To purpose complete of this study, the frame was developed by the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 is applied. The standards framework for sports event process management system structure proposed in this study consists of scope of application, citing standard, Terms and definitions, organizational situation, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. This sport event process management system standard can be applied to any organization that wants to host, prepare, and operate sport events regardless of the form or scale of the sport event. In addition, this standard was focused on process management of life-cycle stages of sporting events, therefor it was possible to manage interrelationships and dependencies between processes and processes.

Jeju Island is a major area generates origin-destination trips, accounting for about 90 % of domestic air transportation, and popular tourist destination visited by more than 10 million domestic and foreign tourists annually. Travel behavior patterns of tourists in Jeju Island have great meaning for not only Jeju Island, but also the inland aviation, tourism, mobility industry. This study presented passenger travel behavior in Jeju Island based on a survey including foreign visitors and residents as well as domestic visitors. In particular, the survey was conducted in early 2020 prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is expected to be a major preliminary study for changes in tourist travel and air travel in Jeju Island before and after COVID-19.

As the increasing demand for high-quality software, there is huge requiring for quality certification of international standards, industrial functional safety (IEC 61508), automotive (ISO 26262), embedded software guidelines for weapon systems, etc., in the industry. Software companies are very difficult to systematically acquire the quality certification in terms of cost and manpower of Startup, venture small-sized companies. For their companies one test case automatic generation is considered as a core technique to evaluate or improve software quality. This paper proposes a test case automatic generation method based on the design decision table for system and software design verification. We apply the proposed method with OMG's standard techniques of metamodel and model transformation for automatically generating test cases. To do this, we design the metamodels of design decision table (Model) and test case document (Text) and define model transformation to automatically generate test cases, which will expect to easily work MC/DC coverage.

This study looks at plans for the efficient functions of the current terror response system in Korea. The results are derived from by comparing and analyzing American, British, German, Japanese, and Korean terror response systems. It focuses especially on addressing some problems with Korea's terror response system and how to operate it effectively. The study will systematically compare and analyze each nation's terror countermeasure studying organizational, functional, and legal aspects as standards. This study shows that there is not an exclusive terror response center in Korea compared with other nations such as America, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. Also it is difficult to expect effective and vigorous operations due to weak cooperation across the relevant organizations. The presidential directive of the state's anti-terrorism action guidelines is legally ineffective. This means that on legal grounds, it is difficult to take actions to prevent the terrorism. Therefore, keys to counteracting terrorism derived from this study are summarized below. In the first place, an integrated terror response system should be set up for expansion of information sharing which leads to emergence effect. In the second place, the superior legislative systems should be made for the cleardefinition and extent of what the terror is, rigid enforcement of investigation, immigration, and keeping an eye on the funds raised by terrorists and tracking down the terrorists, the plan for eco-terrorism. In the third place, to augment security of vital facilities and peoples' awareness of terrorism safety should be emphasized and a cooperative system between civil and government organizations need to be built. In the fourth place, system for crisis management must be provided in an effort to maximize management system of terrorism and unify a decentralized emergency countermeasures effectively.

South Korea, which has entered an aged society, is about to enter a super-aged society in 2025. With the increase of an aging population, traffic accidents by aged drivers have been settled as a social problem. Now, when Korea is facing a super-aged society to come, a study was conducted to prevent traffic accidents that occur while the elderly people are driving through a disaster prevention design. For theoretical research, this study examined the concept and necessity of disaster prevention design, the present condition of an aged society, aged drivers' physical and cognitive characteristics, and the policies related to the forms of traffic lights the elderly people see. In addition, to propose the design, this study investigated and analyzed the traffic safety forms and colors of the International Standards Organization and proposed the first and second forms of the design of traffic lights for the gradual improvement of the traffic lights based on that. The first improved design form is a plan for displaying a triangle, an arrow with a large area, and a quadrangle in the lens of the head of the existing traffic lights, and the second improved design form is a plan for introducing a new traffic light head and forming the traffic light with a bigger triangle, an arrow with a large area and a quadrangular lens. Since it has a visually clearer form than the present traffic lights, it is expected that aged drivers who have physical and cognitive characteristics due to aging can secure better visibility and conspicuity and that they can make better reflex responses than they can now, also in the change of driving environment (rain and heavy snowstorm, etc.). In addition, it is expected that this study would be a preceding study to prepare standard guidelines on traffic safety signs other than traffic lights to be prepared for the super-aged society.

To face with the fast and ever changing telecommunication environments, we need a real time process management system that can detect abnormal events in real time and warn the suspicious events to operations personnel. Additionally, a real time process management system can be adapted fast to various services that are developed by telecom companies. In this paper we develop a real time process management system to monitor and analyze telecom operations and management processes in real time. Toward this, we design application and database architectures of telecom operations and management processes based on Enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM) that is business process framework in telecommunication operations and management field and recognized as an international standard in ITU-T M.3050. With these application and databasearchitectures we implement eight main functions for the real time process management system based on service oriented architecture. Therefore, new services can be applied to these functions fast. Also, the functions can detect abnormal event fast. Finally, since the functions are developed along with the international standard, the system has the flexibility for the development in various situations. Overall, this research can be a good guideline of developing a process management system regarding the telecom operations and management field or other fields that need to manage the processes in real time.
