The purposes of this study are to identify important variables such as strategic motivation, performance objectives and satisfaction, managerial and functional area control, functional area conflict, resource contribution, investment environment and competition of international joint ventures (IJV) and to compare the management practices of Korean and Japanese IJVs in Vietnam. Data set consists of those Korean and Japanese IJVs with local partners in Vietnam. The results suggest that Korean and Japanese IJVs in Vietnam reveals significant differences in their international management practices at IJVs in most areas. We also found differences in satisfaction of the parent companies with the performance of these IJVs in Vietnam.

The goal of this study is to determine domestic and overseas research trends of archives and records management. To overcome limitations of existing research trends analysis, we selected 8 international journals and visualized impact factors geographically based on published articles from 2000 to 2017. And then we performed timeline based contents analysis. To compare with domestic and overseas trends, we selected 6 domestic journals of archives and records management and analyzed by same ways. Based on the results, we investigated the marco trends in archives and records management, identified the difference among countries, and finally predicted the future research trends.

우리나라 중학교 2학년 학생들은 제3차 수학.과학 국제비교연구인 TIMSS와 그 반복연구인 TIMSS-R의 수학 검사에서 최상위권의 성취 수준을 보임으로써 국내외 연구자들의 관심의 초점이 되어 왔다. 이 논문은 우선 우리나라 학생들이 높은 성취 수준을 기록할 수 있는 원인을 $\circled1$ 체계적인 수 세기 방식, $\circled2$ 상급 학교 진학을 위한 시험의 대비, $\circled3$ 수학 교사 의 능력, $\circled4$ 교육과정과 검사와의 관련성, $\circled5$ 검사에 대한 태도라는 다섯 가지 측면에서 탐색하였다. 또한 높은 성취 수준 이면에 드리워진 부정 적인 측면을 조망하여 $\circled1$ 공학적 도구 의 이용에 대한 소극성, $\circled2$ 실생활 관련 문장제에 대한 저조한 성취 수준, $\circled3$ 지역에 따른 성취 수준의 차이, $\circled4$ 수학에 대한 부정적인 태도의 네 가지로 요약하였다. 또한 TIMSS-R 의 수학 성취 수준에 대한 성별 차이를 $\circled1$ 친숙함/생소함, $\circled2$ 대수/기하, $\circled3$ 자유반응형/선택형이라는 세 가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 마지막으로 국제비교 연구의 결과는 국가별 평균성취 수준의 양적인 비교에 초점을 두기보다는, 성취도 이면에 깔린 다양한 요소에 대한 복합적인 고려와 깊이 있는 분석을 통해 수학교육의 현 상태를 점검하는 하나의 잣대로 이용해야 한다는 점을 지적하였다.

국제식량농업기구(FAO)에서는 해양수산분야 학문의 효율적인 연구활동 제고를 위하여 ASFA 데이터베이스의 세계적인 공동 협력 구축을 지원하고 있다. 이에 따라 ASFA DB의 국제상호협력 활동을 고찰하고 이와 유사한 타분야의 AGRIS, CARIS, INIS의 현황에 대해서도 비교 분석하였다. 또한 ASFA에서 제공되는 정보서비스에 대한 조사와 한국 자료입력센터의 지정과 역할 그리고 기대효과에 대하여 기술하였다.

현행 우리나라의 선내취급의약품 비치기준은 국제협약 기준과 시대상황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 생산이 중단된 약품도 있으며, 효과가 낮거나 내성이 생겨 사용을 권장하지 않는 약품도 다수 포함되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 최신 국제협약 권고기준과 외국의 비치기준을 비교 연구하여 권장 의약품의 적절성과 타당성 검증을 통해 선내 의약품 비치 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper analyzed price asymmetry of domestic petroleum products by distribution stage. Analyzing the asymmetry by distribution stage, we can investigate the gap between analysis results and consumers' perception. For the first stage, we analyzed asymmetries between retail prices including tax and the spot prices of crude oil. The results show that retail price increases more quickly in response to the crude oil prices rise than to the crude oil prices fall as consumers' perception. For the second stage, we analyzed asymmetry of international petroleum product prices in Korean Won with the change in the crude oil spot prices. The results show that international petroleum product prices increase higher in response to the crude oil prices increase than to the crude oil prices decrease. For the final stage, we examined the asymmetry of wholesale price and retail price with the change in the international petroleum product prices in Korean Won. The results show that wholesale prices increase more quickly in response to the crude oil prices rise than to the international petroleum product prices fall. The retail prices, however, decrease more quickly in response to the crude oil prices fall than to the international petroleum product prices rise.

This study is analysed about institutional change of international refugee regime with advent of supernational periods in 21 century. Especially the contents was focused on how the EU countries managed their refugee people and system compared to the Asian counterparts. In the international society, especially EU, the British and German preside the refugee policy and laws very positively so as to enter easily from other countries, however, the Asian countries do not as well like the European countries. In terms of this result, that is based on largely their basic comsiouness and values and norm of world citizenships. This research will be conduceived to erect the new international refugee regime which is related to world citizenships. And this will more help to perform a general international regime than in the past. To conclusion, the research was showed a new refugee paradigm forward between many countries as well.

This is a comparative and analytical study which comprises of the analysis of the rules of the seller's liability for non-conforming goods of four legal systems under the CISG and the CESL. A purpose of this study is to examine all the rules as to, first, the concept and the nature of the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract, second, the contents of the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract, third, the time when the goods must be in conformity with the contract and the cases where the seller is exempted from his liability for non-conforming goods. Another purpose is to compare the rules of the CISG with those of the CESL, and to evaluate them in light of the discipline of comparative law. This is for the purpose of facilitating the systematic development and reform of one jurisdiction by any solution from the other jurisdiction found by the comparative study. In addition, this study provides legal and practical advice to the contracting parties when they intend to use one of those regimes in their contract as a governing law.
