전세계적으로 전기차에 대한 개발 및 보급과 연계하여 국제 표준화 작업이 활발하게 진행 중에 있다. 이에 우리나라도 전기차 표준화 작업을 위해 지식경제부 기술표준원을 중심으로 산학연관이 유기적으로 협력하여 국제 표준에 신속하게 유연하게 대처하는 한편, 국제표준을 선점하기 위한 노력에 힘쓰고 있다. 전기차의 연구개발 현황과 국제 표준화 동향, 전기자동차 표준화 로드맵을 통해 전기차의 국제표준에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보았다.

국제원자력기구(IAEA)의 아시아지역에서의 원자력과학기술협력협정(RCA)은 금년으로 10년을 맞이했다. 현재, 이 협정에 따라 동남아시아 여러 나라에서는 식품조사, 방사선계측기의 보수 등의 프로젝트와 UN개발계획 (UNDP)과의 협력에 의한 공업이용프로젝트가 활발하게 진행되고 있다.

1983년 12월 레이건 미 대통령의 승인으로 잉태한 우주정거장 사업은 그동안 숱한 진통을 겪으면서 국제협력사업으로 바뀌어 마침내 2005년 가동을 목표로 지상 4백60km의 우주상공에서 미국을 비롯한 16개국이 참가한 국제우주정거장(ISS)에는 최근 우리나라도 참여할 길이 열려서 그동안 남의 일로만 생각해 오던 국제우주정거장 사업에 대한 우리의 관심이 차츰 높아지고 있다. 우리나라의 항공우주연구소가 우주정거장에 탑재할 우주선 검출기인악세스를 수용할 모듈의 설계와 제작을 맡게 될 것으로 알려졌다.

Strengthening the competitiveness of Korean Industrial Technology with cooperation from EU enterprises is very important. With regard to the technological cooperation Framework Program (FP) from the EU during the period, 2007 to 2013, the most active participants involved were Germany, England and France. Additional participants were Russia, China, India, and Brazil. Korean participation as a non-EU Member State in this program was low. The aim of this study was to determine effective activation strategies for FP participation by Korean enterprises and institutions. Chapter 2 reports the theoretical background. Chapter 3 presents the methodology of the study. Chapter 4 describes the $8^{th}$ FP of the EU in detail. Chapter 5 attempts to find a solution for the optimal participation of Korean firms and institutions in the 8th FP of the EU. Through this paper, a solution for $8^{th}$ FP can be found: many Korean enterprises are unaware of the FP. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to provide information about the characteristics and processes regarding the EU $8^{th}$ FP.

21세기 첨단기술로 다기능성 금속과 세라믹 나노입자 재료기술이 부상하고 있다. 한양대 금속재료공학과 이재성교수는 활발한 국제적 협력을 바탕으로 나누구조재료에 관한 연구를 계속하고 있다. 현재 국제 나노구조재료학회 국제상임위원으로 한국을 대표하고 있는 이교수는 '나노입자분말 합성기술 및 치밀화 기술개발과 다기능성 나노벌크재료기술을 핵심기술로 발전시켜 나갈 계획"이라고 강조했다.

국제정세가 화해의 시기임을 말하고 있으며, 미국-소련, 소련-중국 데탕트와 캄푸치아의 평화가 내다보이는 이때, 동남아 3개국은 새로운 협력의 시대를 준비하고 있다. 그들을 단결시킬수 있는 어떠한 외부 위협이 없다 할지라도 이런 면에서 볼 때 싱가포르, 인도네시아, 말레이지아간의 급격한 군사협력의 강화는 확실히 동남아시아의 정치정세에 하나의 새로운 전기가 될 것이다

한국광학기기협회(회장 박상진)에서는 2011년도 사업추진방향을 정밀광학산업 기술기반 확충 및 국제 교류 협력 사업 강화, 회원사에 대한 지속적인 경쟁력 제고 등으로 정하고 적극적인 사업을 펼쳐나갈 계획이다. 주요 사업으로 국내외 전시사업, 한일협력사업, 정밀광학기술 전문인력 양성사업 등을 추진해 나가고 있다. 올해에도 국내 업체들의 제품의 우수성을 전 세계에 빌리 알리고 수출 촉진을 위해 해외 유력 전시회를 발굴하여 공동전시사업을 활발히 전개해 나가는 한편, 더욱 알찬 내용으로 일본 광기술 지도 및 언수 프로그램을 운영해 나갈 계획이다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a curriculum for international social workers. Due to the changed circumstances of social welfare agencies, the demand for international social welfare and the need for suitable training for social welfare education agencies has increased. This study explored the job competency of international social welfare and suggested a competency-based curriculum for international social welfare. Researchers analyzed the social welfare NCS, social welfare curriculum and job of international development cooperation agencies and presented a combined curriculum for international development cooperation and social welfare. The findings are as follows: the core subjects of international social welfare are "Human Rights and Social Welfare", "International Social Welfare", NGOs and International Development Cooperation", "the North Korea Development Project", "International Development Cooperation and ODA", "PCM (Project Cycle Management)", "Evaluation and Monitoring", "Seminars in International Social Welfare", "International Social Welfare Practicum", "International Social Welfare Internship", "Community Welfare and Practice", "Program Planning and Evaluation for Social Welfare", "Social Welfare Ethics and Philosophy", "Skills and Techniques for Social Work Practice", "Multicultural Social Welfare", "Poverty and Social Welfare", "Social Enterprise and the Third Sector", "Social Problems", etc.

It has been shown that the lack of sufficient defense industry cooperation between Korea and the US. The severe imbalance in defense trade between tow countries and Korea's weak defense industrial base has been a problem. This paper suggests the enhancement of defense industry cooperation with the US as a defense policy. The US policy has been changed to utilize the globalization of defense industries. The following cases were analyzed to show the policy change; The security of supply arrangement with 6 countries, the defense cooperation treaty with the United Kingdom and Australia. the defense Memorandum of Understanding with 23 countries, and the international cooperation with 8 countries for F-35 JSF program. Korea government needs to sign a defense MOU with U.S. and the defense industries are recommended to increase the opportunities of weapon system co-development and co-production. So that the Korea defense industry may improve competitiveness and to overcome the current weaknesses.
