현행 유기식품생산에 관한 국제규격인 IPOAM Basic Standard와 Codex guidelines이 지나치게 유럽과 미주의 밭농사 위주에 적합하도록 규정되어져 있어, 논농사 위주의 아시아 유기농업에 얼마나 불공정한 국제규약인가를 지적하고 있으며, 가까운 장래에 이러한 불공정 유기농업 국제규격이 대폭 수정 개정되어야 함을 주장하고 있다. 또한 세계3대 식량 작물의 하나인 벼에 대한 유기식품생산규격이 없는 까닭에 소농규모 및 논농사 중심의 아시아 유기농업이 어떠한 어려움에 봉착하고 있는지를 보고하고 있으며, 향후 벼 재배의 중심지인 아시아 유기벼 생산기술과 현실을 반영하는 국제 유기벼 재배 기본규약이 제정되어야 하는 당위성을 설명하고 있다. 이를 위해 IFOAM 기본규약을 개정하기 위한 절차와 그 방법과 Codes 유기식품규격을 개정하기 위한 절차와 방법들에 대해 논하고 있다. 또한 이러한 국제유기식품규격의 수정을 위한 국제공조 과정에서 ARNOA (아시아유기농업연구기구)와 각국 정보 및 유기농업 학자들이 과연 어떻게 역할을 분담하고 협력하여야 할 것인가에 대해서도 논의하고 있다.

규격은 제정 주체에 따라 사내표준, 단체규격, 국가규격, 지역규격 및 국제규격으로 분류된다. 시장경제의 블록화, 관세이외의 무역장벽 및 공업제품에 대한 품질향상의 요구확대등에 기인하여 공업규격에 대한 인식이 날로 증가하고 있다. 최근에는 ISO 9000 시리즈가 국내 공업제품의 생산활동과 수출활동에 미치는 영향에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에서 용접관련 규격의 현황을 파악하고 우리가 지향하는 목표를 설정하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 본 글에서 규 격의 종류를 개괄하고, 용접관련 규격이 각 공정에서 어떻게 적용되는가를 살폈으며, 끝으로 용 접학회가 규격활동에 정진하여야 함을 나타내고자 하였다.

Purpose: To evaluate and analyze the quality of Korean prescription lenses according to international standards. Methods: We measured the refractive power, the thickness at optical center and the transmittance, and then made a comparative analysis them with foreign brand products according to international standards. Results: Most of Korean products had good qualities on the refractive power and transmittance, even if there was out of tolerance in a case of korean products. Conclusions: To ensure a higher preference of Korean products in the home and abroad marketplace, a high-powered quality control and marketing strategy are necessary to domestic lens manufacturers.

최근 저압 기중차단기(ACB, Air Circuit Breaker)는 고압중전기 공인시험제도 및 저압전기기기 안전인증제도와 같은 강제인중 대상에서 제외되어 해당 성능에 대한 안전 사각지대에 놓여있다는 지적을 받아왔다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 ACB관련 규격 및 성능평가기술을 분석하고, 국제규격과의 비교 분석을 통하여 국제규격에 준하는 성능평가기술 및 규격을 제시하는 방안을 연구하였다. 특히 내년에 제정이 논의되고 있는 ACB관련 KS 규격의 제정 방향 및 KS 심사기준에 대한 진행방향 설정과 연구되어야할 성능평가기술을 제품성능 특성별로 제시하였다. 향후 본 논문의 성능평가기술 및 제안 방향이 KS규격 제정 및 활용에 중요한 근간을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper we study the performance test items and improvement plans of surge protective devices for low-voltage power circuits used in railway system. Above of all, the sources of electromagnetic interference in railway system are researched. And then we compared domestic railway standard with IEC and IEEE standards far the test items and methodologies of surge protective devices. Through the investigations, we found that the domestic standard is behind in the number of test items and methods on surge protective devices. As the countermeasures, we suggest removing component tests of surge protective devices, separating standards for power and signal standards, and using international surge waveform. In applying to domestic railway surge protective devices, surge limiting voltage measuring and surge endurance tests by international standard methods are good result.

바이오 플라스틱, 에코패키징, 인체 무해성 관련하여 국내외적으로 다양한 규격 및 시험방법이 있다. 생분해 플라스틱 규격기준은 국제규격인 ISO 14855를 기준으로 국가별로 자국내 규격기준이 제정되어 있고, 이에 따른 인증마크를 시행하고 있다. 최근에 산업화가 급속하게 추진되고 있는 바이오매스 플라스틱 관련한 규격 기준은 미국, 일본을 중심으로 시행이 되고 있다. 그 외에도 GR마크, 녹색 인증, 단체 규격 인증, 회사 등이 자체적으로 만든 규격 기준 등이 다양하게 시행되고 있다.
