  • The sloshing phenomenon sometimes happens to be occurred in the liquid storage tank due to the unexpected and/or inevitable vibrating conditions and may result in severe effects on the structural stability. This study deals with the development of experimental techniques for the evaluation of sloshing behavior in the liquid storage tank and for the identification of natural frequencies and mode shapes by varying with various vibrating conditions. In addition, suitable method is suggested to minimize the sloshing effect on the liquid storage tank and its validity is experimentally investigate d.

  • This paper experience the mechanism for the electret of polyethyleneterephthalate(PET) by using surface potentail measurement means. We investigated the internal charge production and becoming week by evaporating electrode in sample structure of electret coexist with hetero charge and homo charge, as the study based on two charge theory. We expects that the hetero charge consists of the dipole and ion displacement of internality, the homo charge consists of injected charge of externality.

  • This paper examined the existance behavior of charged particles by measuring polarity inversion current Thermal Stimulate Current (TSC) and analysed appearance mechanism of polarity inversion current Peak and Also investigated relation between ionic space charge format ion and dielectric breakdown by measuring D.C breakdown impulse breakdown D.C - impulse superposition as a sample of FET. As a result. lie found that dielectric breakdown is likely to happen due to ionic space charge at the transient state when applied polarity inversion voltage and that charged partion of TSE Peak at the high temperature was the same as that of polarity inversion current. Also there was no effect on ionic space charge about the dielectric breakdown in stationary state when applied D.C voltage.

  • It happened that there was a sudden peak with the capacity of change, when I measured the capacity of change, cubical expansion and Thermally Stimulated Current on the Cross - Linked Polythylene. Crystal melting began at 375 K and changed into formaless shapeless at 380 K. The conduct of a particle on the surfase of dipole, electron trap was founded to be ion conduction nature under the low electronic field, wherase, the electron nature under the high electronic field. Consequentity, under the semi-conduction layer electronic a particle was injected to inter-fase and accumulated for a time and appeared to be TSC.

  • An optical single cylinder diesel engine equipped with a common-rail injection system has been built to investigate diesel combustion and emission characteristics. Three optical widows (piston crown quartz for bottom view of the cylinder, upper piston quartz for allowing laser sheet and liner quartz for side view) have been placed in the optical engine to visualize spray characteristics and combustion process inside the cylinder. Before doing further research using various optical diagnostics with the optical engine, fundamental combustion experiments and flame visualization incorporating a high speed motion analyser have been carried out with a wide range of engine operating conditions.

  • In this paper, it is attempted to distinguish the charged particles and to judge the polarity by the use of Thermally Stimulated Current(TSC) and Temperature Gradient Thermally Stimulated Surface Potential Measurement(TG-TSSP)with experimental insulation material XLPE-EVA for power cables which is made by blending cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer(EVA). In addition, it is performed to investigate the effect of EVA blending. From the experimental results, it is known that for the case of XLPE-EVA blended experimental material, the generation of space charged electric field is not obtained in the high temperature region due to the obatruction of the injection of trapping carrier by the electron and the positive hole.

  • In this paper we examined, by using the PET film with thickness of 16-350$\mu\textrm{m}$, space charge focused on TSC peak at the slightly higher temperature than transition temperture of the glass. In the result we found that charge quantity, leaking current and absorbing current at TSC peak were rarely dependant its thickness at the Al foil contact electrde. In the case of Al evaporated electrode, the absorbing current was rarely dependent its thickness but TSC charge quantity at C-peak was increased directly proportional to its thickness and leaking current was decayed inversely proportional to its thickness. Also current-volteag characteristics showed sublinerar property under ohmic area at the Al evaporated electrode.

  • This paper described the characteristics of the exhaust pressure and proposed the assistant device for detection of misfired cylinder. Misfire, one of abnormal combustion, affects a bad influence of the 3-way catalyst and emits unburned hydrocarbon. Therefore, to prevent these unusual phenomena and eliminate the factor of the environmental pollution, early detection and correction of the misfired cylinder play a very important role. The configuration of assistant device was changed by length and diameter of pipe and analyzed with the install position on the exhaust system. Experimental results showed that the configuration of assistant device is not affected more than length and diameter of pipe and the assistant device is be effective in the detection of misfired cylinder on the gasoline engine.

  • Using an aromatic system, we made a ultra thin insulator through LB-method. We measured and wrote down afternating currant characteristics of ultraviolet rays extincting-spectrum and I.R extincting-spectrum. We surveyed the thickness of a film through X-ray diffracting method and certified about $4{\AA}$ by the layer. Measuring the characteristics of direct current voltage and electric current with this sample, we produced its conductivity and discovered that this sample had a god insulating performance. Addition to this, we measured the characteristics of voltage and electric current, and the temperature dependency of conductivity in a high voltage system and with these results tried to interpret a mechanism of conduction.

  • 전자서명의 안전성은 사용된 전자서명 알고리즘과 키 길이가 가장 중요한 요소이다. 안전한 알고리즘의 선택은 물론이고, 적당한 키 길이를 선택하여만 안전한 전자서명을 활용 할 수 있게 된다. 일반적으로 알고리즘과 키 길이에 따라서 키 사용기간은 결정이 되며, 이로 인하여 특정 기간을 주기로 인증서를 다시 발급 받아야 하는 문제점이 존재한다. 또한 사용하지 않는 키로 검증을 수행 할 경우 전자서명 된 내용을 신뢰 할 수 없음은 물론이다. 본고에서는 전자서명 된 데이터의 유효성을 연장하는 방법에 대하여 제안 한다.
