  • High quality 3C-SiC epilayer was grown on Si(111) at 125$0^{\circ}C$ using chemical vapor deposition(CVD) technique by pyrolyzing tetramethylsilane(TMS). 3C-SiC epilayer was doped by tetramethylgallium(TMGa) during the CVD growth. The crystallinity of 3C-SiC was significantly enhanced by doping the gallium impurity.

  • 절연체중에 있는 하전입자의 거동은 절연재료의 특성에 많은 영향을 준다. 본 연구에서는 호핑모델에 의한 수치해석법을 TSC특성과 쌍극자분극에 대한 TSC특성은 차이가 있었다. 실험과 대응시켜 가동이온에 관한 물성정수의 평가를 하였다. 호핑모델에 의해서 불포화 TSC와 I-V특성의 수치계산을 하였다.

  • Many characteristics of space charge in insulating materials which is the cause of insulation break down was measured quantita-tively. It was confirmed that injection charge of the electrode was trapped to form mainly space charge. In the present paper, collecting potential was determined by TSSP and mean depths of space distribution was investigated by measuring variation quantity of space charge under the different bias time, voltage and temperature. Experimental resuts was in good agreement with model analysis on a stedy state.

  • Effect of Argon and Sulfur hexafloride in the transformer oil are experimented under non-uniform A.C. electric field. The result has shown that the corona frequency and corona charge quantity in liquid dielectrics were varied with gas condition in the oil and affected by the additives. SF$_{6}$ that has the effects of pressure and electrical negative characteristic is the most effective. The corona is considered to be the breakdown of bubble produced by gas contained in the oil or by dissociated ion of the oil molecules.s.

  • 사생활 침해라는 문제와 법 집행 능력의 보장이라는 문제점 사이에서 논쟁 중인 키 복구 기술은 다양한 관점에서 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 방식의 키 복구 시스템에 대하여 고찰함과 동시에 키 캡슐화 방식을 사용하는 키 복구 시스템 모델은 제안한다. 또한 이 모델은 사생활 침해 문제에 좀더 효과적으로 대처하도록 이루어진 키 복구 시스템 모델이다.

  • A thermally stimulated current measurement using a temperature gradient (TG-TSC) has been applied to the study of dipolar depolarization in polymers. It has been clarified that theoretical analysis of TG-TSC in the initial rise region corresponds with the experimental results. We conclude that the experimental results on a cross-linked polyethy-lene (XLPE) film can be explained using the above relation and that the charasteristics obtained from the above theoretical analysis can be used for ascertaining the presence of a constant temperature gradient in a film.

  • Behavior of electron in polyimide LB films of Al/polyimide LB films/Au (MIM) structures is reported in the present paper. From experimental results, it is known that there is a process where electron moves from Au electrode to Al electrode through LB film. And the electrons are presumed to move by diffusion since the direction is opposite to electric field.

  • A Thermally stimulated measurement using a temperature gradient has been applied to the study of charged particles and their polarity in polymer. Our experimental results on a cross-linked polysthylen(XLPE) film can be obtained, observing the TSC peaks of the trapped carriers in C peak determinated negative polarity that is electron.

  • It is well known that D.C voltage is generated at the element of MIM structure which is sandwiched between two electrode of Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) ultra-thin films. In this paper, the experiments are processed for the sample which is leaved at the atomosphere since it is fabricated in 1986. we measureed the same voltage as the time of fabricating in LB films.
