Customized information analysis system is a software system that can help to extract useful information from non-structured natural language data, process the information to customized form, and provide future forecast and reasoning information. To implement the information analysis system, we need natural language processing technology to analyze natural language, information extraction technology to detect necessary entity and its relationship from text, and data mining technology to discover new and unknown information from extracting data. This paper suggest virtual customized information analysis system processing national defense news data and introduce base technologies for information analysis.

본 논문에서는 사회연결망분석을 이용하여 무인체계 관련 뉴스, 기사 자료를 분석하고 이를 통해 무인체계 발전의 중심을 파악하고자 하였다. 국방부는 인구감소로 인한 병역자원의 감소 문제를 해결하기 위해 발전하는 과학기술을 바탕으로 기존 병력 중심의 유인체계에서 AI 기반 유·무인 복합전투체계로 전환하기 위한 계획을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 5년간의 무인체계 발전 동향을 확인함으로써 국방 무인체계 발전의 중심이 되는 노드를 살펴보고자 한다.

이 글은 미국의 월간 <야전포병>지 1988년 6월호에 수록된 다차원 개념(Multi-Demensional Concept)의 내용을 번역한 것으로서, 전선에서의 실병력 전투부대의 절약으로 공지전투교리에 의한 효과적인 기동전동전(Manuever) 수행부대를 확보하는 것을 비롯하여 과학적인 전장배치를 하려는 발전적인 개념이라고 생각됩니다. 그리고 이 개념은 아직은 실용화 단계에 도달하지 못한 것이지만, 과학기술의 급진적 발전에 따라 새로운 전장구상을 하는 한가지 모델이 될 수 있으며, 구태의연한 보수적 관념으로 군사문제를 해결하는 시대가 지나가고 있다는 암시를 받게 됩니다. 우리의 경우도 전방의 초전상황과 관련하여 고심하고 있는 문제해결의 실마리를 이 개념에서 찾을수 있을 것도 같아서 더욱 의의가 있는 기사라고 생각됩니다.

The purpose of this study is to review what the Rodong Shinmun newspaper which represents the social communication of North Korea seeks, to search that the newspaper of North Korea consider the libraries to do certain roles in North Korea, and to review how these things, Rodong Shinmun and library, have developed themselves from historical and cultural aspects. First, it was reviewed whether the Rodong Shinmun and library had been closely related each other. Then, it was analyzed whether the formats and contents of the articles related with the libraries in the Rodong Shinmun had certain particular points or not. As the results, the 62 articles which were related with libraries were searched from 1971 to 2012 in the Rodong Shinmun and they had been analyzed by the aspects of subjects and styles. It was revealed that the actions of libraries in North Korea had been the special characteristics in formats and ways.

Asia is developing rapidly in 21st century. Human and material exchanges between Korea and Asian countries have greatly increased. Korea entered the multicultural society. It became important for Korean people to understand Asia more correctively. Korean media can play a key role for this. In this point, I analyzed 1786 news contents reported in 2011 by four Korean newspapers(Chosun Ilbo, Dong-A Ilbo, Hankyoreh newspaper, Kyungh Kyunghyang Daily News), to see differences of Asia and West news aspect and its reason, focusing on news topic, amount of news, news tone and foreign media sources. In amount of news, the percent of West(54.3%) was higher than that of Asia news(45.7%). In news tone, negative news were the most in Asia news, but the least in West news. Korean newspaper showed more positive attitude to West than Asia. 1786 news were classified into seven topics(morality and justice, politics, economics and science, society, diplomacy and national defense, human interest, people). In news amount of seven topics, Korean newspapers reported hard news like morality and justice more than soft news like human interest about Asia. However they reported many soft news about West besides hard news. In news topics and tone, hard news showed negative tone most and soft news showed neutral or positive tone most. As a result, Korean news showed the negative attitude to Asia and the positive to West. Among five main sources(media, government, private organization, individual and material), only media source affected the differences of news attitude to Asia and West. Asia media source took the more positive attitude to Asia than West. West media took the negative attitude to Asia most and the neutral attitude to West most. Korean newspapers used West media as main sources in the news of all areas except East Asia. As a result, Korean newspapers showed the West-centered-attitude and reported the negative news more than neutral and positive about Asia. It was suggested that Korean newspapers had better increase Asia news in diverse spheres by the direct reporting of the correspondent and the more use of Asia media through the internet.

Since media articles, which have a great influence on public opinion, are transmitted to the public through various media, it is very difficult to analyze them manually. There are many discussions on methods that can collect, process, and analyze documents in the academia, but this is mostly done in the areas related to politics and stocks, and national-defense articles are poorly researched. In this study, we will explain how to build an automatic analysis system of national defense articles that can collect information on defense articles automatically, and can process information quickly by using topic modeling with LDA, emotional analysis, and extraction-based text summarization.
