선진국들은 단순 소재형태의 렌즈 개발이 아니라 고 부가가치의 광학응용장비 개발에 힘을 쏟고 있다. 광학응용기기는 수술용 현미경, 치과용 카메라, 검사용 현미경, 공장 자동화 등 산업, 의료, 일반 영역 전반에서 폭넓게 사용되며 매년 새로운 시장이 형성되며 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 국내는 아직 태동기이고 장애가 많긴 하지만 최근 연구소 출신의 우수 인력이 속속 창업하고 있어 전망이 밝다.

98년도에 들어서면서 CATV망을 이용한 초고속 인터넷 접속서비스(케이블넷)시장이 국내에서도 본격적으로 열리고 있다. 현재 국내에는 크게 3가지 형태의 CATV망이 구축되고 있다. 중계유선사업자의 자가망과 한국통신의 한통망, 한국전력의 한전망이 그것이다. 따라서 각자 자신의 CATV망을 이용하여 부가서비스 시장을 선전하기 위한 시도가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다.

IDC 보고서에 따르면 전세계적으로 2004년까지 전자책 콘텐츠 판매량은 연평균 127% 성장이 추정되며, 2004년도에는 출판시장의 10%인 39억달러에 이를 것으로 추정하고 있다. 국내 전자출판 시장규모도 1,000억원대에 이를 것이라고 한다(2003년도 국내 디지털콘텐츠산업 시장조사 보고서, 한국소프트웨어진흥원).

우리나라 잉크산업의 시작이자 미래라고 말할 수 있는 (주)동양잉크. 동사는 1948년 창업 이래 72년간 쉬지 않고 신기술을 쏟아내며 국내 잉크시장의 미래를 제시하고 있다. 그러한 동양잉크를 이끌고 있는 최대광 (주)동양잉크 대표이사를 만나 국내 잉크시장, 특히 연포장 관련 잉크시장에 관한 이야기를 들어보았다.

우리나라는 정부의 전력시장 구조개편 계획에 의거 2001년부터 전력시장을 도입하도록 하는 결정에 따라 초기단계 전력시장을 운영하기 위한 "발전경쟁 (CBP Cost Based Pool)시스템"을 국내기술로 개발하여 현재까지 운영중에 있다. 또한 단계적인 시장도입 정책에 따라 2004년 4일부터 운영할 예정이었던 전력시장운영시스템(MOS : Market Operating System)은 정부의 도매전력시장 개설중단이란 정책변경으로 우수한 성능과 기능을 보유하고 있음에도 불구하고 활용이 불투명하기 도 하였으나, 2007년 세계최초로 발전경쟁시장시스템에 접목하여 MOS 상업운전을 개시하여 경제급전 효과를 극대화 할 수 있게 되었다. 경제급전 및 계통안정운영을 위한 MOS 시스템의 기능중 하나인 급전지시시스템(MX : Massage Exchange)은 미국 ABB사에서 개발하였던 초기의 기능은 매우 초보적인 단계로 단순히 5분 에너지 급전지시값만 전달하는 것으로서 국내 급전운영체계의 반영이 미흡하였다. 이에 따라, 2005년 국내기술로 초기 시스템을 개발한 이후 2007년에는 에너지 급전지시값 외에 보조서비스 데이터 제공 등의 성능 개선을 통해 중앙급전소 급전원, 현장 발전운전원 등에게 정확하고 신속한 계통운영관련 DATA를 실시간으로 제공하여, 계통운전에 활용함으로서 전력계통의 안정운영과 효율적인 시장운영에 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 완벽한 계통운전의 실현과 효율적 시장운영에 중요한 요소로서 역할을 수행하고 있는 급전지시 시스템의 개요와 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 하겠다.

최근의 글로벌 IT시장은 HW 중심에서 SW 모바일 중심으로 급속히 변화하고 있으며, SW, PC, 휴대폰 등 비교적 명확했던 IT 경계가 사라지고 융합화 되고 있어, SW산업은 IT 산업 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 그러나, 2010년말 국내 SW시장은 세계시장의 2.0%(임베디드SW 포함)에 불과하며, 적지 않은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, SW시장질서가 공정하지 못하며 생태계가 왜곡되어 있다. 둘째, 인력 기술 창업 등 SW산업의 기초체력이 미흡하다. 셋째, 임베디드시스템 경쟁력 부족으로 융합 시장이 활성화되어 있지 못하다. 넷째, 협소한 국내 시장을 넘어 글로벌 시장에 도전하는 기업가 정신이 부족하다. 이러한 상황에서 젊은 인재와 SW전문기업이 글로벌 시장에 도전하고 성공할 수 있는 생태계를 조성하기 위해 2011년 10월 27일 제102차 비상경제대책회의에 "공생발전형 SW생태계 구축 전략"이 상정되어 확정되었다. 동 전략의 기본 방향은 1) IT서비스 대기업 중심의 시장 질서를 전문 중소기업 중심으로 전환, 2) 패키지 SW 임베디드SW를 우리 경제의 사활이 걸린 분야로 선정하고, 핵심경쟁력 제고여건 조성에 있다. 이를 위한 추진과제로 SW공정 거래 질서 확립, SW기초체력강화, SW융합 활성화가 추진될 계획이며, 또한 정책의 지속적인 수행을 위한 재원 마련 방안 및 추진 체계를 확보함으로써, 공생발전형 SW생태계 구축의 새로운 전기가 마련될 것이다.

This paper examines the possibility of 'parallel reimportation', the reimportation of goods originally produced in the country and exported to another country by profit-pursuing arbitrageurs. The chance of parallel reimportation implies unusually high level of market power of domestic enterprises, and promoting parallel reimportation can be an effective welfare-enhancing, competition-generating policy for the situation. Motivated by the finding, this paper proposes a methodology to measure the welfare effects of parallel reimportation. Specifically, this paper makes use of a structural empirical model to estimate the demand and supply system of Korean automobile market for performing a counterfactual experiment to measure the welfare effects of the parallel reimportation. The results indicates that parallel reimportation can enhance social welfare considerably by increasing consumer surplus and government tax revenue altogether, though it reduces the producer surplus.

IT시장분석기관인 KRG(Knowledge Research Group)가 국내 300개 대학을 대상으로 조사해 발표한 '국내 대학 원격교육 도입 현황 보고서'에 따르면 국내 대학(2년제 포함)의 원격교육에 관한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 네트워크 성능이 발달과 쌍방향 비실시간 교육에 대한 수요확대에 힘입어 국내 대학들은 절반 가까이가 원격교육 시스템을 도입하고 있으며, 비 도입 대학들도 60% 이상이 원격교육 시스템을 도입하거나 도입을 검토하고 있다. 특히 텍스트 중심의 교육보다는 동영상과 연계된 멀티미디어 원격교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 것으로 보인다. 국내 대학들의 원격교육 솔루션 도입 실태를 살펴보고, 앞으로 원격교육 시장의 발전을 예측해 보고자 한다.

Global construction market has grown rapidly since 2000. Even though developing countries grew into an economic, the most of oil-producing countries of continuous high oil prices due to an increase in plant construction orders is to present a lot of influence. According to the growth of global construction market, the domestic construction companies in the overseas market share have recorded 3% of the performance of the top 10 world records. However, current performance has analyzed the expansion of the market rather than competitiveness development of domestic construction companies. Therefore, to improve competitiveness in the global construction orders for the domestic construction companies in terms of long term, the government in Korea has ordered various research projects related to the plant since 2005. This paper presents not only global plant market trends and plant project in domestic but also introduction of completed research standardization recently.

As the urban development economy is stagnating due to the reduction of the budget for Social Overhead Capital (SOC) and the stabilization policy of the real estate market, there is a steady increase in the interest of domestic construction companies to enter the overseas market. However, domestic construction companies are showing a decline in overseas urban development market as compared with advanced foreign companies having excellent financial management and overseas project management ability. Therefore, it is necessary for domestic companies to select an urban development model that meets the environment and the level of the country of entry, and to establish an advance strategy to manage the risks of overseas business. For this purpose, the factors of entry into the overseas urban development market through the existing research, literature analysis, and FGI were derived, and survey strategy and IPA analysis were conducted to develop strategies for entering the overseas urban development market. As a result, we have established a strategy for private companies to enter the overseas urban development market.
