This study was investigated to the geographical categories and arrangement of library classifications and public organizations in ender to understand the geographical category comprehension and canon from the north-west to south-east in Korean library classification and then to develop a Korean geographical classification system Research method was the examination of different type of library classification (DDC, NDC, LCC) and geographical categorizations of the public organizations. The results show that there was not a principle of categorization and arrangement for geographical information. This study proposes to the three hierarchical structures and radial category arrangement from center-area to side area for developing Km geographical classification.

It is the most important technological progress for the computer graphics when computer has incorporated the color system. However, color system used in computer is totally different from traditional color system like printing ink or painting color because it is exist only in the form of wavelengths of light on the computer screen. Therefore, some compatible problems are still remains with traditional design process or color matching in photography. It is important to produce precise representation and management of color in the current design system which is controlled and managed by computer to merge design process. In this study, I have discussed the merits of color, technological characteristics, designer's approach to color and traditional color system. Also I analyzed the aesthetic characteristics of computer color system which are found in computer graphics technology and compared them to traditional color system to try to find some opportunity and possibility for new method of development.

Recently, public organizations have been improving the classification in order to introduce records management reference table in accordance with the act on the management of public archives. However, there is no system to mount the revised records management reference table, and there is a problem in usability. The purpose of this study is to design a system function to manage the classification which is the foundation of records management for public organizations. In order to design the function, interviews with the records management specialists of the five public organizations were conducted. Based on this, we have designed a multi-classification system registration function, a hierarchical structure setting function of records, and a record management standard management function.

바이오와 나노 분야의 비파괴검사는 nm 급의 공간분해능을 요구한다. 바이오와 나노 물질의 내부구조의 비파괴 분석을 위한 공간분해능을 nm급으로 향상시키는Soft X-ray현미경 및 초음파현미경에 대한 기술을 소개한다. 세포생물(Biology)의 단백질구조분석, 수문학(Hydrology)연구, 나노입자거동 등의 연구를 위해서 중성자현미경기술개발 및 현황을 소개하고자 한다. 초음파현미경, Soft X-ray현미경 및 중성자현미경에 대하여 Hybrid 이용자 지원 체계를 구축하여 나노 및 Bio 물질 내부구조 분석기술을 확립하여 지원하고자 한다.

웹 상에 존재하는 상이한 메타데이터들간의 상호호환성을 위해서는 각각의 메타데이터 형식에서 지정하고 있는 다양한 어의, 구조, 구문을 모두 수용할 수 있는 통합된 구조가 필요하다. 본고에서는 이를 위한 방안으로써 개념적 체계를 제시한 워릭구조와 이의 영향을 받아 W3C에서 제안한 RDF를 중심으로 고찰하며, 더블린코어를 RDF로 구현하고자 하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

현재 정부는 지금까지 관청 조직인 철도청에 의해 철도시설의 건설 및 유지관리 업무와 열차 수송 업무 등 운영부문을 일괄적으로 수행되어 오던 우리나라의 철도교통체계를 근본적으로 변화시키는 작업을 추진하고 있다. '철도구조개혁'이라 지칭되는 이러한 작업은 소위 말하는 상하분리 또는 수직적 분리의 원칙에 따라 철도청의 업무를 하부구조에 해당하는 기반시설(infrastructure) 부문과 철도차량을 운행하여 여객과 화물을 운송하는 운영부문으로 구분하여, 기반시설에 해당하는 부문은 기본적으로 사회간접자본의 개념에서 국가의 책임으로 하고 운영부문에 해당하는 부문은 타 교통수단의 운영주체 위상(예: 고속버스 회사, 항공회사 등)과 같은 민간 경영체제로 전환한 다는 것이 주 내용이다.(중략)

사석구조물의 안정성에 관한 많은 연구성과가 보고되어 왔지만 안정성 변화의 주요 원인에 대한 정량적인 평가는 아직도 미흡한 실정이다. 특히 불규칙 해파의 통계적 특성과 파군 및 고파의 지속시간 등의 외력특성에 대한 영향은 Ryu and Sawaragi (1986)나 Van der meer(1986) 등에 의해 검토된바 있지만 종합적으로 평가한 예는 찾아보기 힘들다. 또한 구조물의 건설장소, 구조물의 제원 및 시공방법 등에 따라 안정성은 크게 변화하므로 이들의 영향을 보다 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 설계algorithm이 요구되고 있다.
