The Korean government has established a plan on the 'service operating system of public libraries', which divides the local libraries into a central library, regional libraries, and small branches. However, due to the low interest of the libraries and, above all, the structural problems caused by the dualization of the library administrative bodies, no action plans have been developed. This study intends to propose an integrated operating system for public libraries in Busan metropolitan and to design specific roles and functions according to the library status. To the ends, this study examined the Korean government's plan for public library operation, analyzed the operation cases of foreign public libraries, and finally suggested the detailed action plan of an integrated operating system based on the case of Busan Metropolitan City. The data were collected from literature review and on site field survey, supplemented by e-mail inquiry and official statistical information.

토목구조물의 설계 패러다임이 2차원에서 3차원으로 전환될 때 효율성과 재활용성의 관건이 되는 기술적 제약사항이 호환성이다. 대부분의 캐드 엔진이 형상모델 수준에서 호환성 혹은 연계성을 지원하고 있지만 3차원 정보모델에서 요구하는 정보모델의 호환성은 지원하고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 콘크리트 박스 교량에 대해서 3차원 교량 정보 모델을 구성하고 건설 프로세서에서 이를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 시범적으로 적용한 사례를 정리하였다. 적용 대상 구조물은 FSM 공법으로 시공되는 경간 40미터의 콘크리트 박스거더 교량이다. 견적, 시공시뮬레이션, 해석 등의 프로세서의 요구사항을 반영한 분류체계에 따라 형상모델의 체계를 정의하고 각각의 형상모델 단위에 정보를 부여하는 방식을 사용하였다. 개별 프로세서를 위한 솔류션에서 이러한 형상과 정보가 연계된 내용을 받아들이거나 캐드 엔진에서 필요한 형태로 내보내는 방식을 모두 시도하였다. 3차원 형상 모델과 시간이 부여된 4D 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 공사 스케쥴에 따라 모델 레이어 분류 작업으로 공사 진행 단계가 가상으로 보여진다. 시범 적용을 통해서 가상건설 시스템의 구성하는 개별 솔류션 혹은 정보체계에 대한 문제점과 개선사항을 도출하였다.

In this paper, we discuss the current status of ROK-US wargame model interoperability and propose the future federation architecture. ROK and US Armed Forces have made an effort to make their wargame model interoperable to fulfill operational requirements since 1999. Currently, they have achieved some degree of their final goals even though there is long way to go. ROK Armed Forces is now considering future federation architecture. We propose the future federation architecture of ROK-US wargame model interoperability considering technical advantages and system availability. It will be the next federation architecture led by ROK side for the ROK Armed Forces joint exercise and ROK-US combined exercise.

In this study, dynamic load and dynamic contact force between a building block and wire ropes of a goliath crane are calculated during lifting or turn-over of a building block for the design of an optimal lug arrangement system. In addition, a multibody dynamics kernel for implementing the system were developed. In the multibody dynamics kernel, the equations of motion are constructed using recursive formulation. To evaluate the applicability of the developed kernels, the interferences and dynamic contact force between the building block and wire ropes were calculated and then the hull structural analysis for the block was performed using the calculation result.

The objectives of this study were to discuss policy for university restructuring from the viewpoint of Habermas' theory of communicative action in Covergence Society, and to provide implications for university restructuring policy in Korea. This study was conducted as a literature review, it discussed the university restructuring policy in Korea, the meaning of Habermas' theory of communicative action, and its implications for university restructuring policy. The main concept of Habermas' theory of communicative action is mutual understanding, and the theory perceives society as systems and lifeworld. Lifeworld pursues communicative rationality. University restructuring in Korea should be promoted through communication between the government and university members rather than through the forced distribution of money by state power.

The purpose of this study is to deduct the structural damage / work process risks factors which can be occurred during the decommissioning in the NPP containment concrete structure. To achieve these purpose, risk profile specified in the construction industry is analyzed, and the work process of NPP decommissioning and the construction project were matched based on the similarity of each works. Accordingly, human and physical risk factors are classified. Finally, the risk associated with the building structure and work process was classified as per their process activities, and risk typology explaining the disaster which put the structure, equipments, machine and workers in serious danger was developed.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 환경의 정보검색 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 메타데이터 기반구조인 PICS를 분석하여 인터넷 자원의 검색 및 필터링에 적용할 수 있는 요인들을 제시하였다. 또한 시스템의 실재 구현을 도모하기 위해 의학 정보를 위한‘OMNI-PICS’라는 등급체계의 프로토타입을 설정하고, 기계가독형 RAT파일을 설계하였다. 따라서 웹에서 특정 주제 영역을 다루는 주제게이트웨이들이 자원을 협력적으로 필터링하기 위한 표준 포맷으로 PICS 등급체계를 적용하여 운용할 수 있는 구체적 지침을 제공하였다.

본고에서는 현재 ISO/IEC JTC1에서 활발히 추진되고 있는 국제기능표준 제정 활동과 JTC1/SGFS에서 작성된 기술문서 TR10000을 기본으로 프로파일과 분류법, 상세분류사항, 적합성 요구사항 그리고 프로파일구조에 대하여 기술하고 있다. TR10000은 국제기능표준의 형식, 내용구조 및 분류체계를 정의함으로써 국제기능표준안 작성을 위한 지침을 제공한다.

최근 공간정보의 짧은 갱신주기와 효율적 관리를 위하여 공간정보참조체계에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 객체기반연속수치지도식별자 관리를 위한 각 기관별 공간정보참조체계현황을 분석하였고, 이를 기반으로 객체기반연속수치지도식별자의 구조분석과 수명주기에 따른 객체기반연속수치지도식별자의 관리유형을 구분하였다.

컴퓨터 기술과 정보통신기술의 발달로 인터넷이 보편화되고, 인터넷을 이용한 정보공유가 활성화되고 있으며, 이와 함께 위성영상정보에 대한 통합시스템 구축사업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반구조(PKI)의 공개키 인증서와 권한인증기반구조(PMI)의 속성 인증서를 이용하여, 인터넷 웹서버 접근통제방안을 제시한다. 또한 웹서버에서의 권한인증을 통하여 분산된 위성영상정보 통합체계의 아카이빙시스템에 대한 효과적인 접근통제방안을 제시한다.
