This study is clarifying the relationship between domain and in-house design based on the perspective on organization and task of a design organization. Accordingly, the growth and expansion of organization requires a new strategy in respect of design sector and business domain. It is a guideline for developing advanced business domain and design management in the limited strategic system of design department to analyze relatively the structural model of design, and to seek for any feasibility of strategic application. And this study comes to be basic data for defining the relationship between domain and in-house design. Consequently, both of strategic design management to back up the task of design organization and the module to support the design planning should be flexibly systemized.

There have been diverse discourses arguing that new design has been emerging in the 21 st century. However, there have been very few trials to identify systematically the characteristics_of new design paradigm and to develop new design educational program based on them. Thus, this paper aims at development of strategy of new design educational program according to the characteristics of new design paradigm. At first, design is viewed as part of 'culture'and the structure of culture is identified: 'Artifact', 'Value', and 'Basic Assumptions'. Similarly, design is found to comprise of three fundamental attributes: 'Function', 'Aesthetics','Symbolic'. These levels are shown to be in the relation of mutually recycling influences. These structural framework is used to understand the design methods and qualification of designers over the development of design paradigms: vernacular design, machine age, and information-knowledge age. The result leads the list of requirements of new educational design program: 'Human-Centered','Situation-Based','User-Participatory', and 'Intangible'. The model of strategy of new educational design program is developed and proposed.

현재 소프트웨어 개발 생산성과 품질을 개선하기 위해 컴포넌트 재사용에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 분산 개발 환경에서 팀 개발의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 컴포넌트 재사용 방법이 연구되고 있다. 그러나, 이들 컴포넌트들을 효과적으로 개발, 공유, 관리하기 위한 방안이 부족한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 재사용성을 최대화하기 위하여 반복적 설계 문제를 해결하기 위한 구조를 갖고 있는 디자인 패턴을 대상으로 하는 공유 가능한 디자인 패턴 기반의 컴포넌트 개발 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 DPCM(Design Pattern Component Modeling) 도구는 추상적인 디자인 패턴 구조와 구체적인 컴포넌트 구조를 저장하기 위해 각각 별도의 Library를 구축한다. 그리고, 두 Library 사이에는 패턴 구조를 특정 애플리케이션에 적합하게 구체화하는 과정을 시각적으로 모델링 하며, 구체적인 구현 코드와 함께 COM 사양의 컴포넌트로 변환한다. 본 논문에서는 개발자들이 애플리케이션 개발에 필요한 컴포넌트를 제공 받을 수 있는 디자인 패턴 기반의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 개발 도구의 방향을 제시하였다.

The meaning of the diamond crystal structure and the formative beauty of the crystal form were designed from a new perspective and expressed in jewelry. In this study, we examined the literature on the crystal structure of diamonds and analyzed cases of jewelry design based on the formative characteristics of diamond crystal structure. we newly interpreted the meaning and value of diamond crystal structure, and studied the figurative design that can show the aesthetic effect of the crystal structure by designing the diamond crystal structure as jewelry. By presenting jewelry designs that take advantage of the symmetry effect of the diamond crystal structure and the repetition of the sculptural beauty, we hope that the fundamental beauty and cultural meaning of gemstones will be re-recognized.

디자인 패턴의 사용은 시스템을 좀 더 유연하고, 이해하기 쉽고, 재사용 가능하게 만든다. 개발이 완료된 시스템이 명확하게 문서화가 되어 있으면, 시스템의 내부 구조를 이해하기 쉽고, 향후 유지 보수의 비용이 적게 든다. 하지만, 대부분 시스템의 경우 개발된 시스템의 문서화가 잘 되어 있지 않기 때문에, 시스템에 문제가 생겨 수정 하고자 하거나, 새로운 모듈을 추가하여 시스템의 기능을 확장하고자 할 때, 전체 소스코드를 분석하여 시스템을 이해해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 소스코드에서 자동적으로 디자인 패턴을 인식하여 문서화를 증진시킬 수 있다. 따라서 신뢰할 만한 디자인 패턴 인식 시스템이 중요하다. 지금까지 디자인 패턴 인식 방법은 시스템의 구조적인 특징만을 이용하여 패턴을 인식하여 왔다. 그래서 본 논문은 구조적인 특징뿐만 아니라 동적인 분석, 그리고 자동학습(machine learning)에 기반하여 소스코드로부터 디자인 패턴을 인식하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 전 작업에서 만든 자바로 쓰여진 에이전트 개발 툴을 대상으로 실시하여 인식한 디자인 패턴에 대한 평가를 하였다.

환경을 고려하는 제품개발에 대한 시대적 요구는 자연스럽게 그린 디자인 개념을 형성하게 되었고, 이러한 그린 디자인에 대한 관심이 디자인의 가치기준을 근본적으로 변화시켜 나갔다. 또한 소비촉진을 부추겨 환경파괴에 일익을 담당했던 디자인은 환경문제를 고려한 새로운 디자인철학을 바탕으로 환경을 위한 실천노력이 요구되는 시점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 환경문제를 고려한 실천노력의 하나로 플라스틱을 주요 소재로 사용하는 제품 디자인의 제품설계단계에서 폐기물을 사전에 줄이고, 발생된 폐기물 중 재생 및 재활용이 가능한 재료를 최대한 회수하여 효율적으로 자원화 할 수 있도록 구체적인 재활용 설계방법을 모색해 보았다. 연구의 진행은 재활용 설계 시 고려해야 할 요소를 재료에 관한 문제, 구조에 관한 문제, 2차 가공에 관한 문제로 나누어 진행하였다. 재료의 문제는 플라스틱 재료의 재활용 범위를 검토해보고 재활용을 가능하게 하는 재료의 선택 및 활용방법을 제시해 보았으며, 재활용 재료의 분류를 돕는 재료표시방법에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이어서 구조의 문제를 생산 및 재활용 시 조립과 분해를 용이하게 하기 위한 임시고정구조와 영구 조임 구조의 디테일 설계방법을 정리하였고, 제품완성단계에서 필요한 2차 가공방법이 재활용에 미치는 영향을 검토해 보았다. 이상과 같이 세 가지 연구방향을 토대로 재할용 설계를 위한 종합적 가이드라인을 추출하여 제시하였다.

현대의 디자인에서 가장 주목할 특징은 Convergence, 즉 융합적 사고 전개이며 그 외적형식이 감성디자인이다. 즉 감성의 지표인 니즈를 통하여 디지인 기획단계에서부터 최종 소비까지 사용자의 감성을 고려한 총체적 메카니즘을 말한다. 따라서 감성디자인은 감성에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 감성에 대한 기존의 연구에서, 감성은 직관적이지만 모호한 것이었다. 그러나 학제간의 연구성과에 힘입어 감성은 이성의 상반적 개념으로 지각, 쾌감과 감정을 외연으로 갖으면서 인간지성을 매개하는 심의의 능력인 것이다. 이때 감성은 니즈의 통계학적 분석에 의한 평균값이 아니라 기호해석의 구조적 강제성에 의하여 보편성을 획득하게 되어 실천적 행위로써 디자인 프로세스를 거쳐 다시 감성의 출발지인 소비자에로 이행하는 순환적 고리를 형성하게 된다. 이것인 감성디자인의 의미전달의 구조이다.

Market globalization rapidly has changed market environment. So, in this study, we suggest global design process for many global companies which try to get global competitive advantages over through design. We create a new frame of study for global design as examining the circulative causal sequence structure of global consumer culture, global design, and global segment consumers in the meaning structure of global consumer culture and movement. And, with the new frame of study, the purpose of this study is to propose global consumer culture-based global design process for preference design. For the purpose, we reviewed global segmentation market, global consumer, global consumer culture and global design. And to search the circulative causal sequence structure, we applied to the theory of cultural movement structure by McCraken to constitute the frame of this study. For the empirical research, we focused on global teens consumer culture as the second data. Finally, we suggested global consumer culture-based global design strategy and discussed our future study.

The purpose of this study is to explore the morphology of polyhedra as a tool diversifying the approach to structures and shapes, and to consider the way of the morphogenesis as structural design sources. First, through many examples in nature and styles used as the rhetorical representation of buildings, the shapes of which are based on one of polyhedra are shown. Secondly, the morphogenetic characteristics of polyhedra limited to pure lattice structure are investigated. Thereby the methodology of spatial morphogenesis of polyhedra as structural design sources are generated.
