Convergence factor Influencing Job Satisfaction of Radiographer (방사선사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 융복합요인)

  • This cross-sectional study was performed to offer radiographer who registered to the Korean Association of Radiographers as a basic material promote job satisfaction and lower job stress. A total of 213 radiographer were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire. The 105 questionnaires consist of general characteristics, job characteristics, job stress, and job satisfaction. The job satisfaction was categorized into 3 sub-scales; psychological variables, environmental variables, and structural variables. The job stress insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Job satisfaction in psychological variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who have a high level of education, work in seoul,have a high sense of mission, don't have job leaving attitude, have a lower job insecurity. Job satisfaction in environmental variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who get lower salary. Job satisfaction in structural variables of radiographer was higher in the radiographers who have a high sense of mission, don't have job leaving attitude, have a lower organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. Job satisfaction of radiographer was higher in th radiographers who don't have job leaving attitude, have a high sense of mission, have a lower lack of reward, and occupational climate.

  • 콘크리트에서 발생되는 균열은 구조물의 내구성뿐만 아니라 구조물의 안전성에도 악영향을 미치게 하며, 경우에 따라서는 사회적인 문제로까지 대두되기도 한다. 콘크리트의 균열은 크게 굳지 않은 콘크리트와 경화콘크리트에서 발생될 수 있는 균열로 나눌 수 있다. 굳지 않은 콘크리트에서 발생될 수 있는 균열요인으로는 대표적으로 콘크리트의 초기동결, 소성침하, 거푸집 및 동바리의 조기제거 등을 들 수 있고, 경화콘크리트에서는 물리ㆍ화학적요인, 열적요인, 구조적요인 등을 들 수 있다. 이러한 여러 가지의 균열요인 중에서 최근들어 열적요인에 해당되는 매스콘크리트의 온도균열 문제가 자주 대두되고 있는 실정이다.   • As smartphone app use and untact consumption activities become more common, a new consumption environment is starting. The purpose of this study is to measure preference and brand trust as an advertising effect through experience of UI functional factors of shopping brand app and to establish causal structural relationship to satisfaction.Based on theoretical research, the research model was set and the data of 223 people collected in the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program.App UI functional factors partially affect advertising effects, and advertising effects have been found to affect satisfaction. This could provide basic research on marketing communications for brand shopping apps.

  • This study investigated the job-satisfaction of the Radiographer's job-characteristics and job-stress. A total of 213 Radiographer were surveyed using a self-administered questionnaire. The job satisfaction was categorized into 3 sub-scales; psychological variables, environmental variables, and structural variables. The occupational stress was categorized into 8 sub-scales; physical environment, job demand, insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system, lack of reward, and occupational climate. 30 years old than 30 years later, people are highly rewarding than a low person, this person is lower than people with high sense of duty, place the larger the size of Seoul, hospital than fat, than people who do not have turnover intention this, job insecurity, organizational structure, inadequate compensation, workplace culture, physical environment, people with low job satisfaction is higher than men were. As such there is a need to identify the cause because otherwise indicated differences in job satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perceived environmental factor, active aging and self-rated health for active senior golf participants. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs for Windows. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis. After correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were used. As a results derived through the research are as follows. First perceived environmental factor had a positive effect on active aging. Second, active aging had a positive effect on self-rated health. Third, perceived environmental factor had a positive effect on self-rated health. Fourth, active aging mediated the relationship between perceived environmental factor and self-rated health.

  • For the research object of this study 112 university shooting athletes, registered with Korea Shooting Federation in 2014, have been selected. Statistics processing was carried out through SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0. The following results were obtained by analysis of frequency, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis to serve it's purpose. First, task orientation had passive influence on self-management. Second, task orientation and ego-orientation had passive influence on perceived exercise performance. Third, self-management had passive influence on perceived exercise performance.

A Study on Estimation of Input Criteria for ESG Performance Index : The Country Level of ESG Index Perspective (국가별 ESG 이행성과지표 투입기준 산정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable tool that can classify and measure detailed indicators related to the performance of ESG implementation in the country and verify their applicability. Based on World Bank's data as input data, 67 types of ESG-related detailed indicators measured in a total of 239 countries were tested to derive an optimal model that could group detailed indicators into three categories: environment, society, and governance. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 detailed indicators had a statistically significant relationship with the country's ESG performance. In addition, the detailed indicators showed a positive correlation with the primary latent variables E, S, and G, and showed a high overall index in the suitability of the model to secure the validity and reliability of variable input. As a result, this study confirmed that several detailed performance indicators constituting ESG can be classified as latent variables, and it can be said that clear criteria for the selection method and input validity of variables were presented.

  • Fodor and his followers argue that connectionist model does not have compositional structure,or else it is merely an implementation of a classicist model.'Classical constityency'is used importantly to show connectionist model does not have compositional structure.However,in contrast Fodor and his followers,I maintain that it is possible for connectionist model to have compositional structure without attributing classical constituency to cognitive model,and the very classical consitiuency makes the connectionist model nonimplementational.

  • 지표수의 유출과정을 설명하는 과정에서 중요인자이며, 생태수문학의 핵심변수이자 기상모형의 중요한 입력변수인 토양수분의 공간적 시간적 특징들은 강우 및 지하수와 토양수분간의 순환 구조를 규명하는데 매우 중요하다. 가장 널리 쓰이는 토양 수분 측정 장비인 TDR 장비 매설에 앞서 대상유역 선정에 대한 여러 가지 고려사항을 검토하고 수치지형 분석 등을 통한 사전분석을 실시하였다. 대상유역을 선정하기 위해서는 대상유역의 자료획득의 용이함, 지정학적, 시스템 운영적 측면에서의 가용성, 그리고 정밀측량 및 부수적요인 등 여러 요소의 고려가 요구된다. 청미천 유역을 대상으로 약 21 개의 대상후보사면을 정밀조사 하였으며, 충청북도 음성군 수레의산 청소련 수련원내의 산지 사면을 측정대상 사면으로, 지정학적 위치, 식생분포, 지질구조 및 심도 등의 토양특성의 고려를 통해서 선정하였다. 또한 대상 사면에 흐름 발생 및 분포를 계산하기 위해서 대상사면의 지표 및 기반암 표고를 정밀 측량하였으며, 기반암 또는 풍화대까지의 깊이를 실측하여 지표면 및 지하면의 수치지형 모형을 구축하였다. 대상사면 및 지하면에 대하여 표고수치지형모형(Digital Elevation Model:DEM)으로 도식한 후 흐름 발생 공간 분포를 계산하였다. 다양한 흐름 발생 알고리즘으로 기여사면적과 지형습윤지수를 계산하였다. 분배알고리즘의 의해 도출된 지형인자들로 인한 흐름발생 공간적 분포특성을 비교하여 센서의 매설 위치를 결정하였다. 센서 매설 위치에 대한 토양시료를 채취하여 토성을 분석한 결과는 미국 농무성 기준에 의한 분류로는 사양토로, 국제토양학회의 분류기준에 따르면 양토로 분류되었다. 대상사면의 유효입력강우를 확보하기위해서 개방공간인 수레의산 청소년수련원과 대상산림의 Canopy하부에 각각 강수측정 시스템을 설치하였고 약 6개월간 성공적으로 자료를 획득하였다.
